Morning guys - Ayshah here with record-breaking footy transfer

Plus: top tips on moving from Primary to Secondary school.

First though - imagine growing up in a country where there were all kinds

of restrictions and bans on using the internet. The President of Iran,

in the Middle East, says his country needs to change its attitude to

online restrictions to give young people more freedom. Iran's heavily

influenced by religious leaders, who currently say things like social

media and YouTube are bad influences and should be banned. The President

has asked everyone to be more tolerant of technology.

Now it's back to school week for loads of you across the country and

for many, it'll be the step up from Primary to Secondary. That can mean

all kinds of new challenges. But if you're worried, then don't be.

Newsround's recruited some Year Eights, who did it all last year, to

dish out their top tips to the new Year Sevens.

Is it scary starting high school?

Yes, but you get through the year, it gets easier because you meet new

friends and start knowing the older people.

Ask your teacher if you forget something - they'll help you out.

You should use a check list to ensure you've got everything.

You need stationary like pencils and rulers and rubbers. Just basic

stuff. Clothing wise, you need a PE kit. And a uniform, obviously!

Once you get used to the school you get to know your way around,

and you can ask people. How do you deal with bullies? You ask a teacher

or tell a parent or friend - they'll help you out.

How do you get to know people? Start off the conversation by asking what

primary school they went to. Ask how old they are and what their name is.

With the advice from the older ones, I think I will be a bit more

confident when I start secondary school.

Next - to all the ins and outs, of a very exciting last night of the

footy transfer window. Manchester United were the busiest, loaning

Javier Hernandez to Real Madrid and selling Danny Welbeck to Arsenal for

?16 million. They also signed one of the world's best players - Monaco

striker Radamel Falcow - on loan from Monaco.

Now, British rowers are in super form after winning multiple golds at

the World Championships in Amsterdam. They took away six medals

from the Regatta. Helen Glover and Andrew Triggs-Hodge were part of the

team and both won golds. They join us now.

In the world record to win in the Women's Pair. I was relieved to

cross the line. There was a lot of pressure on us. Winning the biggest

event of 2014 was amazing. Andrew, why are British rowers so good? We

are really well supported. We go out there and there was nearly 100

people in Amsterdam. Both of you have interesting stories about how

you got into the sport. I went on to an identification programme called

Sporting Giants. It didn't matter if you were not sporty. Rowing is good

for tall people. So, I started when I was 22. What about you, Andy?

Rowing is a sport to enjoy, like any sport. If you want to try something

different, it is all out there for you. Just go out and do it. Nothing

is holding you back. Helen, what do you think of Britain's chances for

Rio 2016? I think it is really exciting. After the London Olympics,

the was so much excitement. I think our chances are to look to equal
