Good afternoon, I'm Nel, and in my opinion there's no better way to

start the Easter holidays than a jam-packed Newsround. Hold tight for

this. Could the future stars of X Factor

be even younger than these boys were?

And, nice to see you, why Brucie's hanging up his shoes after a decade

of dancing. First, then, just two months ago,

this railway line along the Devon coast was torn to pieces by the

winter storms. It's the main track that links Devon and Cornwall to the

rest of the country, so it was a massive problem for people who live

there. It needed fixing, fast. Over the past eight weeks, a team of 300

workers, nicknamed the Orange Army because of their bright outfits,

worked around the clock to get Devon back on track. So, after all their

hard work, today it was bunting and brass bands in the town of Dawlish.

All today in tallest, a real sense of celebration in the air, as you

can see, the main railway line is back open after weeks of being a

mangled mess from the winter storms. David Cameron came here on a train

to thank the local people for their patients. I know how cut off people

felt fear after that terrible storm. It was so important to get this work

done. Here at the station, I have been speaking to kids who have been

affected by the closure, and who were excited the trains were back. I

am really happy to see the trains again. I am excited, next year I am

going to a school that as far away, and I need to get on the train. It

has been very busy, a lot of passengers to move between stations,

we have changed our stations into bus stations, a lot of schoolkids

have had to get to school, so I have had headmasters ringing me up. It is

great to see people back on the station, it has been dead without

any customers. People here are amazed the job has been done so

quickly. There is a real feeling of relief that things can get back to

normal. Next to two big stories about

Saturday night's biggest shows. Starting with X Factor, boss Simon

Cowell has said he'll lower the entry age of contestants back down

to 14 to try to attract fresh new talent. The last time 14-year-olds

could take part was back in 2008. The age restriction was increased to

16 after the show was criticised for putting too much pressure on the

younger contestants. So, is lowering the age a good thing? You've been

getting in touch. Meanwhile, on the BBC, it's just

been announced that Sir Bruce Forsyth is quitting as presenter of

the X Factor's biggest rival, Strictly Come Dancing. Brucie's led

the show for ten years but says now's the right time to step down

from the live shows. He will still work on special pre-recorded

Strictlys over Christmas-time. So, how big a deal is this for the

primetime show? It is big news, he has been a part

of Strictly Come Dancing, a very big show, since it started. He is the

reason a lot of people watched it to begin with, he helped it become

popular and beat its rival, X Factor, in the ratings. He has had a

few weeks off due to illness and has started taking more breaks, stepping

down from the Sunday night show, so it felt like the right time for him

to step aside. Cricket now, and England's women

have shown up their male counterparts by breezing through to

the final of the World Twenty20 tournament in Bangladesh. They

thrashed South Africa by nine wickets. An unbeaten 44 from Sarah

Taylor helped England knock off the runs they needed with plenty of time

to spare. They'll meet Australia in Sunday's final.

Last up, a warning to everyone who's a bit too fond of their phone. It

can get you into big trouble. Here's a girl in a drain. 16-year-old Ella

got completely stuck after she climbed in to try to save her phone,

and had to be rescued by the fire service. After being pulled out

unhurt, she went straight home and jumped in the bath. Which feels like

a safer place to relax. Told you it was a jam-packed show.
