Hi, I'm Ricky and this is your live newsround update on Saturday. | :00:00. | :00:10.
Astronaut Scott Kelly gives his first interview back | :00:11. | :00:15.
And we go behind the scenes at the Velodrome. | :00:16. | :00:32.
While British astronaut Tim Peake continues his expedition on board | :00:33. | :00:41.
the International Space Station, for others like Scott Kelly | :00:42. | :00:44.
After spending 340 days in space, Scott is getting used to being back | :00:45. | :00:48.
The astronaut was talking to reporters in America | :00:49. | :00:51.
about what life's been like since he returned. | :00:52. | :00:55.
Scott Kelly back on Mother Earth after 340 days in space. | :00:56. | :01:05.
On Tuesday he touched down on this planet and since then Scott Kelly | :01:06. | :01:08.
Yesterday he spoke to journalists in Houston in the US. | :01:09. | :01:16.
He told them how his body has reacted to being back on Earth. | :01:17. | :01:20.
My level of muscle soreness and fatigue is a lot higher | :01:21. | :01:23.
Because it had not touched anything for so long, | :01:24. | :01:35.
It is very, very sensitive, it is almost like a burning feeling, | :01:36. | :01:41.
It was in February last year when he set off on his mammoth | :01:42. | :01:49.
At 340 days, the longest single space flight by a US astronaut. | :01:50. | :01:56.
His extended stay on board the International Space Station | :01:57. | :01:59.
could help Nasa plan for a possible journey to Mars. | :02:00. | :02:05.
He got a phone call from the US president Barack Obama. | :02:06. | :02:09.
The ride, it's like going over Niagara Falls in a barrel, | :02:10. | :02:18.
While on board the space station, Scott Kelly grew nearly four | :02:19. | :02:29.
Although that quickly disappeared because he was back on Earth. | :02:30. | :02:40.
Next, 50 hours after kick-off, an epic game of five-a-side football | :02:41. | :02:43.
is still taking place outside the studio here | :02:44. | :02:46.
It's all in aid of Sport Relief, with ex-professional footballers | :02:47. | :02:52.
Alan Shearer and Robbie Savage captaining two teams who've been | :02:53. | :02:54.
battling it out in all weathers since Thursday. | :02:55. | :02:56.
I popped out a few minutes to see what's going on! | :02:57. | :03:03.
eye catching up with some of these girls who are just plain football. | :03:04. | :03:12.
-- I am catching up. Playing football. Let's have a look at this | :03:13. | :03:21.
medal. Have you seen Alan Shearer? What was it like seeing him? It was | :03:22. | :03:28.
cool. Do you know who years? A legend. -- who he is? It is a good | :03:29. | :03:39.
atmosphere. It feels good to be part of charity. I want to see what the | :03:40. | :03:51.
scores at the end. It is 501 to 438. That is a lot of goals. Giving you | :03:52. | :03:57.
can add to that? Probably. Who knows? | :03:58. | :04:04.
Next, the Track Cycling World Championships are taking place | :04:05. | :04:06.
Britain have won their second gold of the championships thanks | :04:07. | :04:11.
to Jon Dibben's win in the men's points race. | :04:12. | :04:13.
While Great Britain's women's pursuit team have beat New Zealand | :04:14. | :04:15.
Double Olympic cycling champion, Victoria Pendleton, is commentating | :04:16. | :04:20.
at the event and sent us this report from behind the scenes. | :04:21. | :04:27.
I'm Victoria Pendleton and I'm here in the London velodrome. It was the | :04:28. | :04:37.
home of the 2012 Olympics and all the second event on the track. We | :04:38. | :04:41.
are on the track centre and at the World Championship competitions. The | :04:42. | :04:45.
centre is divided up into little pens for each country and this is | :04:46. | :04:48.
where the athletes warm up and prepare for the competitions ahead. | :04:49. | :04:54.
There are a lot of things to look at such as rollers which are used to | :04:55. | :04:58.
warm up and the bikes go on them and the guys balance on them just to get | :04:59. | :05:07.
their legs moving. There are mechanics preparing the bikes for | :05:08. | :05:10.
competition and to fix them if necessary after any crashes. | :05:11. | :05:15.
Athletes will be getting physio here and will be warming up and preparing | :05:16. | :05:19.
and will be talking to their team-mates and just getting ready | :05:20. | :05:22.
for the race ahead. This is a very exciting place to be but it is a | :05:23. | :05:28.
very tense place to be because it is all about the competition today. As | :05:29. | :05:31.
you can see the competition is going on around me the whole time. This is | :05:32. | :05:39.
where I started off now I am up there in the commentary box | :05:40. | :05:43.
commentating on the cycling events which is a lot of fun so welcome to | :05:44. | :05:45.
the track centre. That's all from me, Newsround's back | :05:46. | :05:54.
right here in about half an hour. Don't forget to check out | :05:55. | :05:57.
the website for all the rest | :05:58. | :06:01. |
