Good morning guys. Ayshah with all the news you need to know this

Thursday morning. Is there anything Beckham can't do? The Winter

Olympics have well and truly landed. This is Newsround.

First, the Prime Minister is going to add extra cash to the pot of

money given to primary schools in England to spend on sport which

could mean an improvement to your PE lessons. David Cameron says that if

his party wins the next election then every year until 2020 schools

will get to share ?150 million between them. They can spend it

however they want on new equipment, sports coaches or more after school

clubs. The idea is to keep you guys more active and carry on the legacy

of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games. We are hoping to speak to the

Prime Minister about this later today and we want to know what you

want to ask him. If you have one question to put to David Cameron

about sport in your school, what would it be?

Sorry guys, but more bad weather on the way today if you are living in

parts of Southern England and Wales and that's after days and days of

heavy rain and battering winds. More than 200 homes have already been

evacuated and a section of the railway line that connects Exeter to

Cornwall was destroyed. With the bad weather causing chaos for thousands,

the Government has promised to spend ?100 million rebuilding those

communities that have been affected. A group of MPs says that plans to

cut down on the number of plastic bags used in England won't work. The

Environment Committee says the scheme is too complicated because

there are so many different rules. The main one being a five pence

charge for carriers, but smaller shops the won't have to pay. It the

committee says the systems work in Ireland and Wales because they only

have one rule for everyone. Next, the Olympic Games are back.

sandpits have been replaced with snowballs and the heptathlon with

half pipes. The winter Games open tomorrow, but the snowboarders hit

the slopes this mornin -- morning.

Break neck speeds. The Olympic Games in Russia will bring together some

of the coolest athletes in the world. Bobsleighing and freestyle

skiing are what you have got to p look forward to over the next couple

of weeks with hopes of a record medal haul for Team GB. You have got

to go back to the first Games held in France in 1924. But with a new

generation of young and talented stars, this time we are targeting

between three and seven medals. So who are the ones to watch? Freestyle

skiing, Katie Summerhayes won a medal last season. James Woods

became Britain's first freestyle skiing medallist for 20 years when

he won silver. In snowboarding, Billy Morgan and Jenny Jones is

representing the women. There are big hopes Team GB can have success

on the ice after Eve Muirhead led Scotland to a world title in March,

but it is in the skeleton that Britain's hopes lie. Lizzie Arnold

won the junior skeleton title in 2012 and is fresh from winning the

skeleton World Cup two weeks ago. So let the Games begin!

This man has promised to bring some of the world's top players to Miami

after confirming he is to become the owner of a new football club in

America. Becks was given the option of running a club when he signed for

LA Galaxy in 2007. Fans will have to wait for a few years until the team

is ready and in that time Beckham is looking to build a stadium in
