Afternoon, guys - Martin here with the kids preparing to perform

But first to the question of how secure your personal gadgets and

computers really are. Experts have told Newsround that many of us are

using passwords that are far too easy for other people to guess.

Millions of passwords used to access software company Adobe's editing

programmes were stolen by hackers last month, and they have now

surfaced on last month, and they have now

Passwords. They're meant to stop other people from logging into your

accounts. But a recent security flaw leaked 150 million passwords, and it

revealed just how lazy some of us are when it comes to our security

online. The Adobe leak showed that almost two million people used

"123456" to gain access to their account. The second most popular was

123456789 and the third, simply "password." Other popular codes

include "iloveyou", "1234" and "abc123". Now, there is a serious

side to this story. Hackers know that unfortunately, people have bad

habits when it comes to pass words. So they take advantage of the common

use of phrases like password, password one, and they will try that

common set of words across lots of sites and services. So what you can

you do to stop the attackers from breaking into your account? I would

mix it with numbers and lower and upper case letters. I go with the

first thing I see. Instead of dictionary words, "password" or a

pet's name, try taking a line from your favourite song. For example,

you're going to hear me roar 20 3. According to a password testing

website, 123456 would take a hacker less than a second to crack. But if

your password is longer - with a mix of letters and numbers like

ilovenewsround123 - it would take a hacker two billion years to figure

Next, the biggest names in men's tennis are fighting it out at the

World ATP finals in London all this week. Rafa Nadal's on court right

now, but it takes more than just the players to make a tennis match work.

Ayshah went to see the tournament's hidden heroes prepare.

Fast speed, quick hands - just some of the skills that might come in

handy if you fancy being a ball boy or ball girl. Here at the base

camp, 30 kids have been whittled down from over 2000. Soon, there

will be collecting balls for the likes of Doctor Finch, Nadal and

help grow. But at the moment, they are learning about teamwork, agility

and hand-eye coordination. We are teaching them also is of aspects of

the court. Some are working on the warm-up and what the players do

where the ball players have to stand. They have got to stand pretty

still. They have to try not to have any checks macro -- and itch! That

will put the players off. A lot of pressure on these guys, so how are

they feeling? I am more nervous about when I get onto court, because

if I mess up, there are millions of viewers watching on TV. It will be

great to be on court with the players at the same time and see the

different strokes they do. I got hit what is yesterday. It did hurt, but

they are serving at speeds of 1 0 miles an hour. So next time you are

watching tennis with top players, spare a thought for the boy --
