Let's start with this

exciting sport story...

England have become the first

country to have five teams

in the Champions League knock-out

stage.

I've been taking a look at last

night's thrilling seven goal game

between Liverpool and Spartak

Moscow.

Liverpool went into last night's

game against Spartak Moscow knowing

they couldn't lose if they wanted

to be sure of reaching

the knockout stage for the first

time in nine years.

So they pulled out all the stops

for a brilliant 7-0 win at Anfield.

Phillipe Coutinho scored a hat-trick

and also won man of the match.

Sadio Mane got

a couple of goals too.

They are the first English team

to score 23 goals in a single

Champions League group.

Even manager Jurgen Klopp

was surprised by the score.

With my assistants I was sitting

outside when it was 6-0

and we were looking at each other

and thought, wow.

How did that happen?

Liverpool's victory means this

is the first time in history that

five English teams have qualified

for the Champions League last

16 in the same season.

Chelsea, Manchester City,

Manchester United and Tottenham

will join the Reds in Monday's draw

at Uefa headquarters in Switzerland.

Liverpool could now face current

champions Real Madrid,

five-time winners Bayern Munich

and Italian champions Juventus.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge

have been in Manchester to raise

awareness about children's

Mental health.

They dropped by Newsround HQ to see

how kids feel talking

about their emotions and issues

around mental health.

William and Kate have been

encouraging people to talk more

openly about their feelings

and mental health.

One person who has opened up

about his own mental health issues

is 15-year-old Josh.

Earlier this year he spoke about how

it affected his life in a Newsround

special called Inside My Head.

I'm Josh, I'm 14 and I

love playing hockey.

I'm just like you,

except for one thing.

I've got a mental health problem.

Josh decided to talk about this

to help other kids who are going

through a similar thing.

Having someone else to share

it with just means it

feels so much better.

Today he was happy to chat

to the royal couple about why

he wanted to share his story.

Really well done with the film that

you made, it was so impressive.

You are so articulate I think,

and that's what is so

extraordinary to hear from you.

What I would like to know

if possible, like you said,

you didn't realise you had a mental

health issue, you just

thought it was you.

At the time was it quite normal,

or you didn't really

notice the difference?

I thought I was very,

very different, and then I started

to realise that something was really

wrong, not just different.

Did it take you a long time

to build up your courage

to speak to your father

or was it quite quick?

From when I first started

to feeling anxieties,

to when I told dad was about a year

and a half.

Things started to develop very

quickly, then it got to the point

where it took an hour to get out

of bed every day.

Really?

Eventually it reached

the point where I thought

I had to tell someone.

How old are you now?

15.

To have the bravery and courage

to do what you have done

Josh, is very important.

You are a shining example

to everybody, adults

and people your age.

Talking about it might be scary

but actually the process

of going through it is the right

thing to do it makes you feel better

and ultimately everyone is a winner.

Prince William also gave a speech

about the safety of children

when they're online.

He said he's working with social

media companies to try to stop

cyberbullying and wants to encourage

children to be 'smarter,

stronger and kinder'

when they're online.

What we heard is that cyberbullying

is one of those issues that has been

allowed to slowly take root.

An age-old problem had been

gradually transformed

and accelerated by technology,

that allowed bullies

to follow their targets even

after they left the classroom.

Firefighters are doing their best

to put out a fast-moving wildfire

in southern California.

It's now hit the main road along

the coast and the Pacific Ocean.

More than 150,000 people have had

to leave their homes in an area

north of Los Angeles.

Hundreds of buildings

have been damaged.

Strong winds are making fighting

the fire really tough.

A feathered dinosaur,

which looks a little

like a strange swan,

has been discovered by scientists.

The weird creature had a long neck,

but also sharp claws,

a tail like a reptile and a beak

lined with teeth.

It's thought to have lived

75 million years ago.

Now if you're heading

to a panto this Christmas -

I bet you've never been to one

like this - on real snow.

Oh no it isn't you might think...

But oh yes it is!

Rather than a stage,

it was performed on a ski slope.
