More record breaking medal wins for Paralympics GB.

:00:00.:00:12.

Martin grabs a selfie and has a chat with paralympics silver

:00:13.:00:17.

And we've got some awesome stunts from this bike competition in Italy.

:00:18.:00:34.

First up Paralympics GB are still second in the medal table

:00:35.:00:36.

behind china after another strong day of competition in Rio.

:00:37.:00:39.

The British team have now won 35 medals in Brazil,

:00:40.:00:46.

including 15 golds and they'll be looking to add to

:00:47.:00:48.

Martin is in Rio and he sent us a round up of the best

:00:49.:00:53.

Tens of thousands of people packed in the Paralympic Park on Day 3.

:00:54.:01:01.

The Brits didn't win as many medals as the first two days but that

:01:02.:01:05.

doesn't mean the action was any less exciting.

:01:06.:01:10.

Kadeena Cox became the first Briton since 1988 to win a medal in two

:01:11.:01:14.

sports at the same Paralympics as she took cycling gold in Rio.

:01:15.:01:20.

Cox won the C4-5 time trial in a world record time -

:01:21.:01:25.

adding to the T38 100m athletics bronze that she picked up on Friday.

:01:26.:01:32.

Over in the athletics stadium,

:01:33.:01:34.

Britain's Hannah Cockroft triumphed in the T34 100m race,

:01:35.:01:39.

holding on to the title she won in London four years ago.

:01:40.:01:44.

The 24-year-old set a new Paralympic record as she stormed to victory.

:01:45.:01:49.

Hannah's 15-year-old team-mate Kare Adenegan,

:01:50.:01:51.

who started racing after watching the London Paralympics, took silver.

:01:52.:01:56.

Earlier, Andy Lewis won PT2 gold as triathlon

:01:57.:01:58.

The 33-year-old, who had his right leg amputated at the age of 22,

:01:59.:02:06.

Paralympics GB also won a silver

:02:07.:02:11.

and three bronze medals, making Day 3 another successful day

:02:12.:02:13.

Well Stef Reid won Britain's first medal of the 2016

:02:14.:02:22.

Paralympic Games, picking up silver in the T44 long jump.

:02:23.:02:26.

She started running with a prosthetic leg at university

:02:27.:02:31.

and is now a three-time Paralympic medallist.

:02:32.:02:33.

Martin met up with her at the Games in Rio to talk about her success.

:02:34.:02:41.

I came into these games are so determined that I was going to enjoy

:02:42.:02:47.

the whole thing. Just coming here and being able to

:02:48.:02:50.

jump and to jump really well. That was one of the best performances I

:02:51.:02:54.

have ever done. It is unbelievably satisfying. The people in Rio are

:02:55.:03:00.

just awesome. They were achieving through the whole competition. They

:03:01.:03:04.

really got into it. Do you think things are getting better in terms

:03:05.:03:07.

of understanding disability at how people approach you and you as an

:03:08.:03:13.

athlete? I think it is. I do speak that a lot of schools and I always

:03:14.:03:19.

know that I have really projected what I want to project when as I am

:03:20.:03:26.

leaving IQ of the casing that is so cool I want an artificial leg! And I

:03:27.:03:29.

just think that is brilliant. It is no longer seen as a negative thing.

:03:30.:03:34.

It is just different. If you want to be a part athlete there are three

:03:35.:03:38.

things, you must be really strong, you need to be really fast and you

:03:39.:03:45.

have also got to have quite a solid head on you. You need to be

:03:46.:03:50.

confident under pressure. The only way to learn how to do that this

:03:51.:03:57.

just try. It has been amazing to see how the Paralympics has taken off at

:03:58.:04:00.

every year evolves and it is so brilliant to see this group of

:04:01.:04:05.

people come together every four years. I love being in the village

:04:06.:04:09.

and chatting to other athletes. We all come from these different

:04:10.:04:14.

backgrounds, different stories, and it is an amazing group of people

:04:15.:04:16.

that ended up doing something that everyone thought was impossible.

:04:17.:04:23.

Sticking with sport and Olympic athlete Mo Farah

:04:24.:04:25.

has become the first man to win the Great North Run

:04:26.:04:28.

He finished the half marathon in one hour and four seconds.

:04:29.:04:31.

Next up - some of the best mountain bikers in the world

:04:32.:04:40.

were in action this weekend, showing off of their sick skills.

:04:41.:04:43.

One rider even managed to break a world record.

:04:44.:04:45.

So turn the volume up and take a look at this!

:04:46.:05:00.

I am not going to talk about Celeste to sit back and enjoy some of these

:05:01.:05:08.

incredible moves that the -- at the mountain bike event in Italy. Does

:05:09.:05:13.

go full on, full speed, full throttle.

:05:14.:05:24.

Clemens Cuadrilla from Austria broke the record for the highest jump on a

:05:25.:05:33.

quarter bike. Best trick of the day went to alt. Silver from Spain with

:05:34.:05:39.

his double backflip. Great Britain's San pilgrim stepped up with these

:05:40.:05:44.

moves. This is the Superman and this is the full wet. The overall winner

:05:45.:05:49.

otherwise known as the ruler of the day went to Spain's Haldol silver.

:05:50.:05:55.

That's all from me and the team this weekend,

:05:56.:05:57.

Newsround's back bright and early on Monday morning.
