Two more gold medals for Team GB at the Olympics in Rio. This is a

Newsround and we are alive with all of this coming up. To rowing golds

for men as we move up the medal table.

I will be talking to some of our silver medal winning rugby players.

It has been an exciting day, day seven, and how thrilling it has

been. Two more gold medals and just in the last hour. The mood here is

fantastic. Everyone is excited, including me. It is brilliant. In

the last hour Helen Glover and Heather Stanning took an impressive

win in the rowing, the second time they have won the Olympic gold after

winning in London 2012. There was another gold medal in the men's

rowing. It was never in doubt as Great Britain breeze to victory

beating Australia to win the Olympic title. On the track Ennis-Hill has

had a good start to a hot start of the defence of the heptathlon with a

win in the 100 metre hurdles. -- horror start. Great Britain are now

fourth in the medals table. One of those silvers came from the rugby

sevens, the first-team rugby sevens has been at the Olympics and joining

me now as Mark Robertson and James Davis. Well done, lads. You must be

thrilled. How was it was much cable like a crazy experience. It was the

first day of being in an Olympics. The support from home was

unbelievable and the games are what we have only been together ten weeks

and we have come together with a quickly and to beat New Zealand and

South Africa was amazing. It is quite fitting the Fijians stole the

show as they have been the best in world for the past two years so

we're pretty chuffed with the experience, all experience, all in

all. That shone a spotlight on the sport. Do you think it will get more

kids involved? Over the past few days seeing the sport at home, it is

to be shown how rugby sevens can be an Olympic sport and has been

fantastic. The Jews celebrate last night? Just a little bit. -- did you

celebrate last night. The camp must be fantastic right now. Can you talk

us through what it is like at the moment? We are a squad of 12 and a

very close but to come as Team GB has been fantastic. Every medal but

comes and we are always celebrating. It has been one hell of a journey.

Team GB rocks all the way. Plenty more action on the way. Bradley

Wiggins is an action and also Jazz carlin in the swimming. Here is what

else you can expect on day seven. Rowing action continues for the next

hour for the men and woman as they battle it out.

On the track we will have the rest of the event in the heptathlon.

Watch out for Jessica Ennis hell and Catherine Johnson Thomson. They are

in the qualifying stages and have the shot but an 200 metres coming

up. -- watch out for Jessica Ennis-Hill. Google Chrome crown a

fencing champion as well. Watch out for the super fancy footwork. -- we

will crowd a fencing champion. Michael Phelps will try and get

another record breaking medal in the swimming.

If you want to check out something a bit different trampolining

superstars will be jumping to qualify for the final. Expect some

seriously impressive moves. It has been such a fantastic day and

such a fantastic couple of days. I cannot believe I am here and I am
