We take a look at the surfers riding waves up

to nine metres high.

And the dog with almost two million followers on Instagram.

First this morning, we're talking internet safety.

In a survey carried out for Newsround, more than one in five

ten to 12-year-olds who use social media said they'd been trolled

or bullied online.

You've told us bullying is something you're

really worried about.

So here are our top tips on what to do.

It's really important not to respond or retaliate to bullies online,

no matter how mean or hurtful things they've said.

Much better to seek help.

You should keep the evidence.

Save any nasty texts, e-mails or web pages so that you can

show someone who can help you.

Make sure you know how to block bullies.

Most websites let you block people from trying to

communicate with you.

If someone's being mean or hurtful, block them.

Make sure you learn how to report any mean pictures,

videos or comments to the website that they've

been posted on.

Most sites will have a process for doing that.

If you need help, ask an adult how to do it.

Bullying can be really hard to talk about but you shouldn't have

to suffer alone.

If you're being bullied, talk to an adult you trust,

like someone at school or someone in your family.

They'll be able to help and support you.

And on the website, there's lots of advice on how to stay safe

online - take a look.

Let's look at some sport now.

Both Wales and Scotland are searching for their first wins

of the Six Nations competition.

Wales drew with Ireland in Dublin last weekend - but they haven't lost

against Scotland in Cardiff since 2002.

But Scotland are hoping they can get a win,

after eight Six Nations defeats in a row.

Their last win came at Murrayfield nine years ago.

They narrowly lost to England last weekend.

Defending champions Ireland are in Paris.

Ireland are unbeaten in their last five games against France.

This dog has been described by some people as the ugliest dog

in the world, but now Tuna the five-year-old Chihuahua cross

has 1.7 million followers on Instagram.

He had his own signing for a new book about

him and his owner.

These professional surfers in California are competing in one

of the biggest competitions.

But some of the waves are more than nine metres high.
