Scientists say some teenagers should be allowed to start school later to

get more sleep. What time do you wake up in the morning? Are you the

first person up and out of bed or do you need to be under the duvet? I am

supposed to be in bed at 8:30 p.m., that normally I stay in bed until

nine. I go to bed at half 12 at night, but sometimes later. Our

brains have their own clock, just like on your wall. The body clock

tells us when to wake up in the morning. When we are really young we

get up early in the morning, but for teenagers, dead clocks drift later

in the day and they stay well into the night and slight in in the

morning. But as you get older, the crop goes back again and that is why

your parents have to get up early. For a long time it was thought to

teenagers were grumpy and lazy and any other explanation, but it is the

biology. That is how it really is. The natural clock gets delayed as

you go through teenage years. According to expert teenagers have

an excuse for lying in in the morning. Some schools have started

lessons later in the date to stop grumpy teenagers falling asleep.

Organisers of the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow

have apologised after problems on the ticket website and phone line

meant many people struggled to get tickets yesterday. An extra 100,000

tickets for all 17 sports and the opening and closing ceremonies went

on sale on Monday but customers were faced with long waits to get

through. Organisers have thanked people for their patience and say

Mo Farah said he will compete in Glasgow later this year.

He posted a message this morning to the news,

saying, see you in Glasgow. He still is not sure which event he

will run, but his coach had advised him not to run any more marathons

until after the 2016 Olympics. Rio Ferdinand is leaving Manchester

United after being told he would not be offered a new contract. He has

been at the club for 12 years. It is understood he wants to carry on

playing, but his next club is unknown.

A new robotic arm which can move like a real hand can be used on

amputees in the USA. It can pick up delicate object like eggs and can

make it easier for people to zip up clothes. Finally, check out this

building in South Korea which started to tilt to one side. It is

still under construction and no one knows what has caused it. The degree

is five times greater than the leaning Tower of Pisa.
