Thursday afternoon show packed with some of this. What do the UK's eight

million moggies get up to at night? It sends your heart rate up, gives

you shakes... What's Steve Backshall talking about? Find out, on

Newsround. First up, spot the difference. Which

is the real Beyonce, and which, well, isn't? This recent image of

pop superstar Beyonce has been created by the top fashion designer

Roberto Cavalli. Some people say it makes the superstar look unnaturally

thin, adding to the long running debate over how images of celebs can

be altered. As Joe's been finding out, it's something that's becoming

easier and easier. This is the image that has caused a stir. Be on sale

with long legs, a far cry from her normal as lactic image. Roberto

Cavalli has defended his picture, saying it was only meant to be a

stylised vision. But it has opened up a debate as to how much fashion

photographs are manipulative. You can make lots of little changes.

can move acne, and whiten teeth. See this? It looks like you have been

eating your spinach. Massive arms. That is incredible. And cannot

believe how quick it is. Techniques like this are used all the time in

fashion and media, but how does it affect how we use -- how we see

ourselves. A recent study suggests that only half -- over half of the

country have dissatisfaction is with their body. These physical

perfections are not attainable. People often feel bad when the

cannot live up to them. We call on the fashion industry to show people

as they are, the people that what done this street, so we can

celebrate our bodies. Debenhams today said it will not be retouching

models. But when it brushing is as simple as this it is easy to see how

an industry that is all about image find it hard to resist.

Next to news of another shocking example of altering a picture -- but

this time it's a painting of Her Majesty the Queen. Paint was sprayed

on the portrait in Westminster Abbey. It's been taken down so work

can be done to fix the damage. A man's been arrested for vandalism.

Next to a failed record attempt to swim over 100 miles through

shark-infested waters without a protective cage. But it wasn't the

sharks that were the problem, it was these guys. Chloe McCardel wanted to

do what no person had done before, swim from Cuba to Florida in

shark-infested waters, but without a protective cage. It might not look

too far, but you'd have to swim an Olympic-sized swimming pool 3,320

times. And all the time knowing you're not alone in the water. Not

just with sharks, but also jellyfish, some of them deadly.

Chloe had swum just part of the way when she was stung on her face and

mouth by what's thought to be several jellyfish. Some reports

saying one was a Box Jellyfish, with has one of the deadliest venoms

known to man. The powerful ones get through your whole system, it is

like a neurotoxin. It gives you shakes and the pain is absolutely

extraordinary. It can be quite dangerous. The stings forced Chloe

to stop her swim and she was taken by her support boat to Florida. It's

not the first time that jellyfish have put an end to this world record

attempt. Last year swimmer Diana Nyad attempted the swim but had to

stop when she too was stung. Chloe's team say it will take her around 24

hours to get over the injury. So for now, it looks like only the

jellyfish will be swimming from Cuba to Florida.

24/7 surveillance by scientists, recording their every movement using

GPS trackers and tiny cat cams, for a BBC Horizon science programme.
