I'm Ricky, with loads of stories that have got you talking today.

First to the Paralympics in Rio, where day seven's action kicked off

a few hours ago and there are medals medals for Para GB already.

Good afternoon. There's been another strong day for the Paralympics team

in GB. The bets now have 38 golds, which beats the amount they won in

London 2012. In the last hour Kadeena Cox won a gold medal and set

a world record in 8038 400 metres. She has now won two golds and two

different sports at these Paralympic gold in both the cycling and the

athletics. Britain's most successful female Paralympian has won her 13th

NEC five time trial. Karen Darke quickly followed that up with

another in the road cycling winning the time trial. Finally in

equestrian silvery Wells one Britain's fourth medal of the day in

the dressage. I've got to Paralympians here who have added

that medal tally. Bronze medal winning tennis players. Thank you

for coming in. Congratulations. Lucy, what is it like winning a

bronze medal with your team-mates? It's been fantastic. The shared the

experience and beyond the podium together with the bronze medal

replicating London's achievements. It's fantastic. Well done. For any

young viewers watching, how do they get involved with wheelchair tennis

and what makes the sport so great? Get involved with the tennis

foundation and just come and give it a try. That's what I did. That's

what you can do now. But Magdi get a lot of young people trying the

sport, since London 2012? Yes, you can Google it. There are development

days. There is a wealth of information there and you can try

the sport and see if you like it. You have a pretty good prospects for
