This is Newsround. First, donations to the charity backed by teenage

fundraiser, Stephen Sutton, are continuing to flood in after the sad

news he died yesterday. He raised more than ?3.5 million for the

teenage Cancer trust after being diagnosed with the disease four

years ago. He became famous for his positive attitude and a string of

amazing fundraising attempts. Thousands of people are still

playing tribute, including pupils and teachers from his school. Very,

very difficult because he was so special. We are all very proud and

that is an overriding emotion. We want to celebrate the person Stephen

was, what he contributed to the school and the amazing achievements

in how much money he raised. And remember, if anything in the news

upset you, there is lots of help and advice on the website. To Syria next

and the city of Homs. It has been devastated by the fighting between

Army rebels and army forces. Groups who want the government out for the

last two years. But now for the first time since the war began,

fighting has stopped. Rebel fighters have fought back

British Library has taken on with the launch of digital project that

aims to bring classical books to life.

twist. I am here at the home of Charles Dickens, one of the greatest

authors in history. He wrote his books over 150 years ago, when life

was very different. But does learning more about the life of an

author, make you want to read their books? The British Library think so.

He wrote classics like a Christmas Carol. How will they make his

stories exciting and interesting today? For the first time, the

original handwritten works of Victorian authors, will be online.

Letters, diaries and belongings from Charles Dickens and Emily Bront?

will be there to paint a picture. We want to inspire people with a love

of reading and a love of books. It may inspire them to write their own

stories. Today, these kids are getting a sneak peek of some of the

stuff online. It will make me read more. Seeing where Jane Austen

wrote, I can see why she read those books. After reading the poems and

books Charles Dickens went through, I get an idea what it was like. I

was reading more modern books, but now I am going to try and find a

Charles Dickens book and read that instead. Who knows, maybe having

this at the click of a button might inspire some of you to become a

modern-day Charles Dickens yourself. That is all,
