Good morning, I'm Ayshah, its Tuesday and here's what's

:00:00.:00:00.

We bring you all the action from Day 10 in Rio

:00:07.:00:11.

and we find out why Australia is on the move.

:00:12.:00:23.

There were more medals for Team GB at the Rio Olympics yesterday -

:00:24.:00:26.

one of each colour - a gold, a silver and a bronze to add

:00:27.:00:30.

It means Team GB still sit second in the medals table behind the USA.

:00:31.:00:34.

Here's Ricky with a round-up of what happened.

:00:35.:00:43.

It's one of the hottest days here inside the Olympic Park in Rio and

:00:44.:00:52.

after fantastic weekend, let's find out how Team GB got on on day ten.

:00:53.:00:58.

Let's turn our attention to dressage, where Team GB got its

:00:59.:01:02.

first and only goal of the day. Charlotte the Jardin and her horse

:01:03.:01:06.

and impressed the judges with this routine. I am so happy, it's been a

:01:07.:01:13.

dream come true, for me to come here and defend my title from London is

:01:14.:01:19.

just absolutely incredible. So if Charlotte got a medal, what did

:01:20.:01:24.

allegro get? He got lots of sugar, he loves sugar cubes, he is addicted

:01:25.:01:29.

to them. He got a lot of apples, he will have a lot of carrots tonight

:01:30.:01:35.

as well, he gets lots of treats! Cyclist Mark Cavendish got his first

:01:36.:01:39.

ever Olympic medal, a silver in the Omni. He makes sure he has the

:01:40.:01:50.

silver medal! Think of it as the pentathlon of cycling, it's

:01:51.:01:54.

extremely tough going. Sophie Hitchon, used to be a ballet dancer,

:01:55.:01:58.

made history for Team GB, winning bronze in the hammer, she threw a

:01:59.:02:04.

new British record of 74.54 metres, about the same length of four

:02:05.:02:10.

bowling alleys! I had to do a double-take! Because it was just

:02:11.:02:14.

incredible. To see the number three there and the national record, I

:02:15.:02:18.

couldn't be happier, my coach has stuck with me through the bad times

:02:19.:02:26.

and now the good times. GB's women beat Spain three Harper want to get

:02:27.:02:30.

through to the hockey semifinals. -- 3-1. And in gymnastics, Team USA's

:02:31.:02:39.

Simona Boils, finished third on the bin, she added Abrams to her goals.

:02:40.:02:46.

I think the answer still pretty good. Are you going to come to the

:02:47.:02:55.

UK? Hopefully one day! We would love you to come on our show.

:02:56.:02:58.

This really heavy rain in Rio put a stop to some

:02:59.:03:01.

Events like the men's pole vault and women's discus were affected.

:03:02.:03:05.

And some would say that coming sixth and not getting a medal

:03:06.:03:12.

Next to the country of Australia, where it's been revealed

:03:13.:03:15.

that the whole country has moved north by a metre and a half

:03:16.:03:18.

Confused? I've been looking into it.

:03:19.:03:21.

Australia is a country on the move, no seriously -

:03:22.:03:24.

It's only shifting at about 7cm every year which is about the same

:03:25.:03:29.

But the reason it's moving is all to do with the way

:03:30.:03:34.

It might look like one giant rock, but it's actually made up

:03:35.:03:39.

The ground we stand on is called the crust and it's made

:03:40.:03:43.

of huge slabs of rock called tectonic plates.

:03:44.:03:47.

They float on top of a different layer of hot molten rock,

:03:48.:03:50.

But over long periods of time these floating plates move around and maps

:03:51.:03:56.

That's because they work using satellites to work out

:03:57.:04:04.

where something is using a sets of coordinates called

:04:05.:04:06.

latitude and longitude Think of it like a graph over

:04:07.:04:17.

Think of it like a graph over the top of the earth.

:04:18.:04:20.

Latitude goes this way, longitude goes this way

:04:21.:04:22.

So if you want to tell someone where you are on earth,

:04:23.:04:26.

you can tell them your latitude and longitude number.

:04:27.:04:28.

But because Australia's tectonic plate is moving,

:04:29.:04:30.

its latitude and longitude numbers are now a bit off.

:04:31.:04:33.

Take the famous Sydney Opera House for example -

:04:34.:04:36.

GPS devices say the opera house is here.

:04:37.:04:38.

But actually it's here - about a metre and a half away -

:04:39.:04:41.

Fixing the issue will be a big job - but scientists say it's important

:04:42.:04:56.

That's all for now. We're back in about half an hour.

:04:57.:04:58.
