this Saturday. Here's what we've got coming up.

Batman crazy! San Francisco is turned into Gotham City for the day.

And we've got some exciting news about X Factor and Britain's Got

Talent. We're talking about the endangered

animals people are trying to bring into the country in suitcases. Hippo

teeth, walrus horns, tortoises, eight live big cats, are just some

of the rare animal products confiscated by the UK Border Force,

who have seized more endangered animal items in the last year than

in any other year. Take a look. Not quite what you would expect to

find in a suitcase. Stuffed and even live animals, some of these things

people try to bring back from holiday. Others were ordered and

bought as part of illegal trade. UK Border Force stopped a haul of

endangered animals coming into the country last year. On the list were

93 live animals, including big cats. A dead alligator's head and a dead

snake in a bottle of alcohol were found. Ivory and medicines made out

of rare species were seized. It is from the traditional Chinese

medicine we used to see, now we are seeing New Age beauty products,

slimming pills that are having endangered species within the

ingredients. While some animals can be imported, it is illegal to bring

lots of these into the UK. Wildlife officials are worried that as the

economy picks up and people have more money to spend, the problem is

only going to get worse. The UK is giving an extra ?30

million to help people in the Philippines after the devastation

caused by Typhoon Haiyan. This brings the total pledged by the

British government to around 50 million. We've just heard reports

that the first UK government aid flight has landed in the country.

The United Nations says around half a million people in the Philippines

are still without food and shelter. Now you all know it was BBC's

Children In Need last night and it was a record breaking one. The final

amount raising more than ?31 million for charities around the UK. Loads

of different celebs took part, including the cast of the musical

Matilda. Dancing On Ice's Torville and Dean swapped their skates for a

bit of strictly Come Dancing and there was a sneak preview of Dr

Who's 50th anniversary show, and the world's biggest boy band, One

Direction, took to the Children In Need stage.

Loads of you have been in contact online about your Children In Need

highlights. Next, for hundreds of years the

hills in Dartmoor have had a pretty unusual feature - thousands of

ponies roaming the land. Next, if you're a fan of X Factor or

Britain's Got Talent then you'll pretty happy to hear that the shows

will be on our screens for at least another three years. Simon Cowell,

who's the boss of the company that makes the shows, has agreed a new

deal with ITV but he hasn't said whether he will return to the show

as a judge. Head judge, Gary Barlow, says this will be his last year on

the show whilst Louis can't seem to make his mind up.

Next, if you're a fan of X Factor or Britain's Got Talent then you'll

turned in to a film. We grabbed author and comedian David Walliams

off the set of a Gangsta Christmas special to answer your story telling

questions. My ins oration was that when I was a

kid, eight, 910 and my grandmas were in the late 60s and 70s, I thought

they may be a bit boring. I never thought they would have had an

interesting and exciting life. That was the integration for the story.

Don't think people are boring because they are old. If you ask

your grandparents stories, they will have great ones to tell. That was

not the question I was expecting. I suppose I would call the book The

Odd Sock. You are getting started on a story is hard. A blank page is

very scary. But I think we can all write stories because we all have

dreams and wake up in the morning. If you can dream, you can dream up

things in your mind. It is a hard one. I think it would be annoying if

someone tried to be funny all it is quite wearing. I have lots of

friends who are comedians. I can think of one person who I will not

name, who can be annoying just because he is cracking jokes all the

time. It does get tiring. Bit of sport now and Indi I think it would

be annoying if someone tried to be funny all of the time.an cricket

legend, Sachin Tendulkar, had tears in his eyes as he officially retired

from the game after 24 years. The batsman, who's an international

icon, helped his side beat the West Indies in his final 200th Test

match. He thanked the crowd and his family, especially his sister, who

gave him his very first cricket bat. That's it. Last up here's a Batman

mad boy who turned San Francisco into Gotham City for a day.

Thousands of people turned up as Batman extras for five-year-old

Miles Scott, a super fan who's recovering from the disease
