Coming up today:

Children in Need raises the most

money ever in one night.

Taylor Swift's Reputation becomes

a mega-selling album.

And - are the princes

going to be in Star Wars?

First up, did you watch

Children in Need last night?

Well, it was mega,

and it broke the record

for the amount raised on the night -

more than £50 million.

Highlights of the programme included

an Eastenders musical,

singing Countryfile presenters,

and Blue Peter does

Strictly Come Dancing.

Since 1980 the appeal has

raised over £900 million.

Sticking with record breakers -

next up is Talyor Swift.

Her new album is number one

in the charts after selling more

than 80,000 copies.

That makes Reputation the fastest

selling album by a female

pop singer this year.

The album is only available

in the shops for now and isn't

on streaming sites like Spotify

or Apple Music.

If you're a gaming fan,

then you've probably heard

of the Golden Joystick Awards.

The big ceremony was held

in London last night,

with all winners voted

for by you guys -

the people that play them!

So what were the best games of 2017?

Here's Will from Newsbeat.

This room has been full of hundreds

of people from the gaming

industry and they have been

going through what the gamers have

voted as the best games of 2017.

Have you got a Nintendo Switch?

It was a big night

for Nintendo Switch.

Two games nominated

as Ultimate Game Of The Year.

There was Legend of

Zelda Breath of the Wild

and Super Mario Odyssey two.

Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild

ultimately won it and it

won critics' choice,

and best audio designed too,

so a good night for that game.

If you're into E-sports,

you want to know the E-sports Game

of the Year went to Overwatch,

and if you don't have a console

at all, don't worry.

There was a category for Best Mobile

hand-held, too, and that went

to Pokemon Sun and Moon.

Lots of people are confused

after Donald Trump said he's

going to pause a new law

he was bringing in about

hunting souvenirs.

Watch this.

A law has been in place in America

since 2014 to stop people

bringing part of elephants,

like tails or tusks, back

into the US after hunting trips.

But last week, President Trump

announced that he was going

to change that and let people do it.

Lots of people were

shocked and very angry.

Two of Donald Trump's sons have been

on hunting trips in the past

in pictures began to resurface

on social media of them

posing with dead animals.

Conservation groups are calling

for more protection

for elephants, not less.

Now Donald Trump has gone back

on his decision and put a pause

on the change to the law saying

he needs more time

to study the evidence.

It mainly affects African countries

like Zambia and Zimbabwe,

which allow tourists to come

and hunt there.

Elephants are in decline in Africa,

mainly due to poachers

killing them for ivory,

which is also against the law.

Conservationists will hope

Donald Trump decides

to leave the protections

as they are and not weaken them.

And there's loads more

Lots of people experience online

bullying and even Youtube Stars have

to deal with trolling.

This past week has been

anti-bullying week and we asked some

Youtubers for their advice

on what do if you are

being bullied online.

My advice for keeping safe online

and avoiding seeing people saying

horrible comments is,

if you do see it, firstly,

you can block them.

Or if they are a friend,

you can unfollow them.

That's the first thing you can do.

And if it still persists,

you can always report them

if they are being horrible.

The best thing is

just to ignore them.

They are just trying to get

a reaction out of you.

So I just say, ignore it,

or if you're really upset

about something, talk to someone.

Especially your parents,

because your parents love

you so much and always

listen to you.

Trust me.

Talk to someone and just

ignore all of it.

Because they are wrong!

You are amazing.

If you are getting bullied online,

I think the best thing to do is not

to respond to it because responding

to somebody is giving them

the attention that they want.

So, for me personally,

everybody gets hate in life.

I get so much hate.

But you just block it out

and when you just ignore them,

that's not necessarily

what they want, but you won't

have to see it any more

and it is a lot nicer.

So, the internet can be a place

for great things but also

you can get bogged down

with some negative comments.

We all get them.

Silly comments that don't matter.

My favourite thing

to do is block trolls.

Block the haters.

They don't know.

And it is like power to you.

Every social media

has a block button.

Personally, if I am receiving

negative comments, I mute them

because they will never find out

and scream into a void.

Last up, could Princes Willam and

Harry be in the next Star Wars film?

Actor John Boyega who plays Finn has

said that the Princes do have small

parts as storm troopers in the next

movie - which means you probably

wouldn't see their faces.

John Boyega told the movie magazine

Hollywood Reporter that he'd filmed

a scene with the Princes

when they made this visit

to the film last year.
