Hi, guys, Martin here with your

Sunday afternoon Newsround.

First to rugby league, and England

are through to the semifinals

of the World Cup after a 36-6

victory over Papua New

Guinea this morning.

Some impressive team work

from Jermaine McGillvary

and Kallum Watkins helped give

England the huge lead, with

the players getting two tries each.

They'll face Tonga next Saturday.

The Queen and Prince Philip

will celebrate their 70th wedding

anniversary tomorrow.

To mark the milestone,

Buckingham Palace has

released this new photo.

A set of six special stamps have

also been issued by Royal Mail

to mark the occasion.

They feature the couple's

engagement and wedding.

Now, what do you think should be

done about cyber-bullying?

We're asking because this week

Prince William announced new advice

on how children should behave online

so they can keep safe.

We've been asking what you think.

What worries you about being online?

It just worries me that the people

think they can take advantage of

younger people.

That you don't know if someone

is being the real them.

Different people could hack

into your accounts.

If you say something negative,

if it is about you it will

maybe hurt your feelings.

Cyber bullying is an

issue, because anyone

can be bullied online.

Almost one in five young

people say they have been

bullied online, so who should

make things better?

I think the sites should make

it a bit more strict.

Your parents should always look

through what you do.

I think the social

media websites are

responsible, because I think they

can tell if you are under 13 or over

13.

I think it is your parents and your

responsibility, because when you

decide to make a social media

account you have to be aware of the

things that can happen.

Loads of people talk

about this issue, but

things don't seem

to be getting better.

So what would you do about it?

I think the sites should be stricter

and should be more careful

to check what people put online.

More security, more monitors.

They should be more report signs.

Social media sites

should make all accounts

private.

If you put your age in, you have

to get a parent to put it in

for you.

Make a tutorial at the beginning

to say where all the

report buttons are.

I think parents should

be more aware of cyber

bullying and should know

what their kids are looking

at and what they are on.

Prince William revealed

a new list of rules for 11 to

16-year-olds about social media.

I began work on the issue of cyber

bullying a few years ago.

As I explored it in

more detail I felt a

growing sense of alarm.

I came to realise what it

meant for bullying,

an age-old problem sadly.

To be supercharged

by the power of social

media.

His charity the Royal Foundation

has worked with social

media, tech companies

and anti-bullying charities.

They say, stop, take

a step back, try and see

what is going on.

Check the guidelines of the site you

are on. Speak. As an adult friend

you trust for their advice. Report

bad behaviour and speak to charities

that help with issues like cyber

bullying. Support. Help the person

being bullied. Get them to speak to

someone they trust. So will

something like this but?

With it

being Prince William it will get a

lot more attention.

Some children if

they are getting bullied online and

they don't know what to do and they

get nervous so I think it is really

good because it tells you what to

do.

I don't think it will work

because a lot of people like to know

what they want to do, they don't

like people tying them what to do.

I

don't think this will work because

bullies are just going to be

bullies.

I think it is helpful

because it is made by people who

know what they are talking about.

Next, to a girl from Saudi Arabia

who couldn't find an emoji

that looked like her,

so she invented one!

Now it's ready for the world to use.

Hello, my name is Rayouf.

I am 16 years old and I am

from Saudi Arabia.

I made the hijab emoji.

I was in a group chat

with my friends and I wanted to use

a hijab emoji to look like me,

but there was not one,

which is why I began

thinking and decided to do

something about it.

I wrote a letter to an organisation

that deals with emojis

and everything about emojis called

Unicode.

There are many women

that wear the headscarf

and they should be represented.

Thankfully they allowed it

and Google, Twitter, Facebook,

they have to decide how should

we create this emoji, how do we want

the headscarf to look like,

how should we make the eyes look

like, so they all look different

on different platforms.

The idea has been very big

and I travelled to many

places to talk about it.

It is amazing to know that so many

women, so many people,

billions of people all around

the world, will be able

to use it because of me.
