I'm Martin and you're

watching Newsround.

First up, this week's

Saturday Night Takeaway

has been cancelled.

It's because one half

of the presesnting

pair of Ant and Dec,

Ant McPartlin, has been

arrested for drinking

alcohol and then driving.

The people who look after Ant say

he is now going to take time

off to get treatment.

It's not clear yet who will present

the last two episodes of Saturday

Night Takeaway in this series.

Next, our Paralympic GB heroes

are back home, after delivering

the most successful winter games

in over 30 years.

We can see skier Menna Fitzpatrick

and her guide, Jen Kehoe,

leading the team out at the airport.

Paralympic GB finished

the Games with seven medals.

Next to Russia, where people have

voted to keep their president

for another six years.

But not everyone is

happy with the result.

You might have heard of this one.

President Vladimir Putin. He has

ruled Russia for nearly 20 years and

he is one of the most important

world leaders. He used to be a spy,

and often likes to show off how

strong he is. People in Russia have

voted to keep him in charge for

another six years. He'll more than

75% of the votes. -- he'll more than

75% of the votes. You might think he

is popular. But not everyone is

happy with the result. Something the

election was not fair. There were

claims that some of the votes for

President Putin were not real, that

his supporters made them up and put

them in boxes to be counted. He was

against seven other people, but one

important challenge wasn't allowed

to stand for president. In some

areas, voters were tempted with

food, music and even small presence.

Some world leaders have

congratulated Putin on his win, but

other countries, which have a more

difficult relationship with Russia,

haven't.

Now, when it comes to

recycling, do you always

know which bin to use?

Here's Ricky to rubbish some

myths about rubbish.

game show that nobody wants that

everybody needs. Have you heard the

Anywhere, on with the show. So these

are the rules. I show you an

everyday household item and you have

to tell me if it can are can't be

recycled. It is time to play.

First up, kitchen foil, perfect for

sandwiches and wrapping cold meat.

Can it be recycled? Start the clock.

Kitchen foil? It can be recycled.

It

can be recycled. That's right. But

make sure you wash it first. Crumbs

will not be tolerated. Next,

wrapping paper?

I think it can be

recycled.

I am going to say put it

in the paper one.

That is definitely

able to be recycled.

It can't be

recycled. Not all wrapping paper is

actually made out of paper. Some of

it is plastic -based. If it is

covered in sticky tape or glitter,

that is even worse. Lastly, takeaway

coffee cups? Take it away, people.

Get it?!

I think the top is

definitely recyclable. But the cup,

maybe not.

Well, it depends. Most

coffee cups have a special coating

inside them which helps to give the

drink warm. They can't be recycled.

Some companies make cups that can

be. As with everything else, always

check with your local council to see

what can and can't be recycled. That

is all we have got time for.

Remember, you've got to be in it to

play. I'm not sure that catchphrase

makes any sense whatsoever. Are you

sure this game show is going to do

well?
