and Great Britain have on their first ever gold medal. They beat the

Netherlands in a dramatic penalty shoot out. The final finished 3-3

2-0. Nick Skelton became Brent's second

oldest British gold medallist at 58 years old. He had retired 16 years

ago after breaking his neck but returned here and claim the

individual goals after 86-1 jump off. In tae kwon do Brennan won

silver after a last second defeat. In the diving Tom Daley qualifies

with an Olympic ten metres semifinal personal best. Will 2016 be his

year? We'll find later today? And finally Usain Bolt assist third

goals, his ninth overall pick medal, completing the treble treble. I live

for these moments. For me it is beautiful and I came through and I

am proud of. Everybody is no stopping the bolts.

trip at just six years old. Since then she has taken part in lots of

competitions and has even smashed the record for winning the most

medals ever at the world gymnastics Championships. You were hoping to

maybe get five goals here, I do think people but this pressure on

you? Surely you put the pressure on yourself. I think everyone sees the

potential in me so they hope that that is the result in the end, but I

think brands are still pretty good. What makes her so amazingly good? I

met former gymnast Beth twiddle who won a bronze in London for a few

answers. She skills she is performing are incredible, she makes

them look so easy. We know that the video she has been putting on the

Internet, she is actually training harder skills is she is performing

here at the Olympics it is almost a skill level down from what she is

able to do. Simone has also invented a new move. It is so congregated

that not many people can do it. It is a double backward somersault

followed by a half twist with a blind landing. What an impressive

lady. Some are calling how one of the best athlete in the world. I

guess it is not hard to see why. There'll be a homecoming parade

for all the Olympic and Paralympic And it's been decided

the paralympics have finished. While we've been enjoying

the Olympics there have been some problems in the build up

to the Paralympic games. The International

Paralympic Committee have said that because of money problems and bad

ticket sales for the event, they would have to make savings,
