Hi everyone, Leah here with today's top stories.

First, Great Britain's Paralympic stars are arriving home from Rio

this morning, after their most successful Games

in nearly 30 years, winning 147 medals including 64 golds.

They're due to touch down shortly at London's Heathrow Airport.

But one athlete who's come home a bit earlier is Paralympic champion

sprinter Jonnie Peacock who joins me now.

He has got his amazing gold medal. How you feeling this morning? Good,

it is a little bit early for me. At enjoying it. You were a fan when you

were younger so some of our viewers have been in touch. Tom says, what

is it like to be a Paralympic gold medallist? I will hold this. Go

crazy. It is awesome. I am so blessed to have a great team around

me, I have an awesome coach and set up around me, so it shows if you

have got a good team and you put your mind to it, you can achieve

anything. I didn't even know I was a good sprinter Angela gave it a go.

If you want to try a sport just give it a go because you never know.

Kirsty says, how did you get into sprinting and who were your sporting

inspirations? I got into sprinting by going down to London and trying

out lots of different sports, wheelchair tennis, pistol shooting,

I did 60 metres sprint and loved it that I did it three times. Because

of that I got called up to do a programme and before I knew it I was

set up with the coach and things snowballed. I didn't know I would be

good at it, I gave it a go and someone said, you could be all

right. In terms of sporting inspirations, as a kid I was David

Beckham man, posted on the wall. Anyway he went I would follow. If it

was Manchester United or Real Madrid. He was my inspiration. And

you will continue to be the inspiration to children moving

forward. How does that feel? I don't know, I never really see it like

that! It is simple enough to say if anyone thinks they have a

possibility to get something like this, try lots of different sports,

because you do not know what you're going to enjoy until you try it. I

didn't try athletics until I was 15 or 16. We love your name, Jenny

Peacock, and we thought we were testy with other sporting stars --

Johnny Peacock, and we thought we would test you with other sporting

names. Who is that? Tiger Woods. One point, and next? A basketball

player. Won gold at the Olympics. I am not that into basketball! That is

Sue Bird. This is a skateboarder. Tony Hawks! I used to play the

games. This medal shakes, jealous about that? -- tell us about that.

Because some guys are visually impaired, they got something special

here, so it makes a bit of the noise. Thank you for joining us.

It's that time of year where grey seal pups are being born on beaches

around the UK as pupping season gets going.

But experts in Cornwall in the south-west of England

are worried, because some of them are being forced into the water

Ayshah's been looking into this for us.

The golden beaches and the rocky coves of the UK coast are home

to 38% of the world's population of grey seals.

If you're really lucky, you might see one out at sea

Or you can spot them on beach just having a nap.

This is Snoozy, one of the first pups of the season.

But Snoozy has had a tough time after being pushed back into the sea

by passers-by who thought that's where he should be.

Young seal pups are very small when they come out of their mothers,

and they have a lot of growing to do.

They don't have any muscle so they aren't very good swimmers.

The last thing that we want people to do is put them back in the water.

Grey seals are surprisingly rare, there are about the same number

of them as there are African elephants in the world so it's

really important that we look after them here and make sure that

as many as of our pups survive as possible.

I have just got a call about a baby seal pup being rescued so we're

going to go straight to the sanctuary to find

Rescue pups often end up here at the Cornish seal sanctuary,

where they are cared for by a team of vets and animal experts.

So the little fellow is off to get checked out,

we can't go in any further, it's kind of like being in hospital.

The doctor is going to have a look at him, they're going to get him

hydrated and everything because he was out on his own,

We had a phone call earlier this morning about a young seal pup

that was potentially distressed, so a couple of our guys went down

and found the seal pup and it was wedged between two rocks.

We think it's probably about four weeks old.

What would you say to people who saw grey seal pups on the beach?

When a pup is on the beach, and it's on its own,

people sometimes think that they need to chase it back

into the water or physically pick it up and put it in the water

but that's completely the wrong thing to do.

If you do see a seal pup, leave it alone, keep well back

from it, keep dogs away and just contact us and we'll get people

The sanctuary have called the new arrival Orca.

He is doing well and will probably be released in a few months.

Fortunately, the work here has given these seals a fighting chance.

But what the team wants to do is avoid them coming in the first

place by leaving them well alone in the wild.
