Morning, I'm Whitney.

Let's start with the World Para-Athletics Championships today

and Kadeena Cox has won Britain's 14th gold.

Kadeena won the T38 400 metres easily, and was six seconds ahead

of everyone else in the race.

She already holds the world record for the event and they'll be another

chance for a medal when she competes again later today.

I was confident for the 300 metres, but I knew I just didn't

have the strength for the last 100.

I have not been on the bike, the bike is where I get a lot

of my strength from, and I've not put in the work.

Sticking with sport, Usain Bolt has ran his fastest time this year.

He won the 100 metres in 9.95 seconds in the

Diamond League in Monaco.

It's the first time Bolt has ran under 10 seconds this season.

Next up, someone who's more of a long distance runner.

This is the story of the cat who went on an extraordinary

three-month trek by accident.

Here's Ayshah.

Hey, Whiskers!

He looks happy now in the arms of his owner, but this

is what happened three months ago.

He was on a trip in the Australian outback with his owners,

a thousand kilometres away from home.

But the caravan they were in broke down and they were stuck for hours.

And Whiskers escaped for a walk in the middle of the night.

In the morning, his owners couldn't find him.

They searched all day, but then eventually had to leave.

Three months later, the owners got an unexpected phone call.

Whiskers was found!

He'd been taken to a vet who scanned a microchip

which said who he belonged to.

Now he's been reunited with his owners, it might be

a while before he's allowed out on another trip

Next, new plans have been announced to make flying drones safer.

The UK Government wants owners to register their drones and take

safety tests before flying them.

"No fly" zones are also planned - stopping people from flying drones

in places where they are dangerous, like near airports.

The aim is to keep the public safe from the flying objects.

And finally, happy birthday to Prince George!

Its his fourth birthday today and to celebrate the Royal Family

have released this special photo.

His mum and dad, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge,

are said to be delighted with the photo.

The whole family are on a tour of Poland and Germany at the moment.
