Good morning. Hayley here, with a quacking story about this giant duck

:00:00.:00:08.

Keep watching newsround to see me, 20 Marko, the new Dr Who, and string

:00:09.:00:25.

But first to the mischief-making monkeys causing havoc in Gibraltar.

:00:26.:00:33.

Big gangs of them have started roaming the streets of the British

:00:34.:00:36.

territory that's off the coast of Spain. And there's so many that the

:00:37.:00:37.

authorities there have come up with a plan to try and stop them.

:00:38.:00:44.

These cheeky monkeys have been creating quite a stir in Gibraltar.

:00:45.:00:49.

They mostly live on the Upper Rock, which is a mountainous area that

:00:50.:00:52.

But the bold creatures have been causing

:00:53.:00:56.

lots of trouble for people, because they're making their way into town,

:00:57.:00:59.

They've been known to rummage through rubbish bins, play tricks

:01:00.:01:05.

They even got in the way when this BBC reporter tried to find out more

:01:06.:01:13.

At one school, this teacher says they can cause disruption.

:01:14.:01:24.

In the past three months, we have had packs of monkeys coming

:01:25.:01:28.

And lots of babies, lots of little monkeys.

:01:29.:01:34.

Some of them very cute and others a little bit threatening.

:01:35.:01:37.

However, some tourists are excited to catch a glimpse of them.

:01:38.:01:41.

We just came out of our hotel to do some shopping

:01:42.:01:46.

and we did not think we would see a monkey come out onto the ledge,

:01:47.:01:50.

But now authorities have had enough of the havoc.

:01:51.:01:54.

They've decided that some of the monkeys will be split up

:01:55.:01:58.

Thirty of them will go to live in a safari park.

:01:59.:02:02.

And it's hoped that might mean there's

:02:03.:02:04.

a little less monkey-business on the streets of Gibraltar soon!

:02:05.:02:12.

Next, Team GB's latest athletics super-star has told Newsround she

:02:13.:02:15.

really didn't expect to be a double-gold medallist while she was

:02:16.:02:17.

still at school. 14-year-old para-athlete

:02:18.:02:19.

IPC European Championships yesterday, to add to the 100-metre

:02:20.:02:23.

crown she claimed on Wednesday.

:02:24.:02:29.

It's been quite a week, and after her race,

:02:30.:02:31.

time to tell us how it all feels.

:02:32.:02:36.

It's just a major achievement for me.

:02:37.:02:42.

Conditions were not as good, it was cold and windy,

:02:43.:02:44.

but I am pleased with the time and the overall result.

:02:45.:02:55.

You are only 14, how does it feel to have such success so young? I am

:02:56.:03:05.

really pleased. I have been training all year round and I am really

:03:06.:03:07.

pleased my hard work has paid off. after thrashing Wales in Cardiff

:03:08.:03:16.

last night. pick of the goals in a 4-nil win, as

:03:17.:03:18.

the team kept up their 100 per cent record in qualifiers. It booked

:03:19.:03:23.

their place in the finals in Canada next summer. Wales could still

:03:24.:03:26.

qualify through the play-offs. Next, the new series of Dr Who will

:03:27.:03:36.

start tomorrow. This week, the new 45 map rope Peter Capaldi has been

:03:37.:03:43.

and string of questions from fans who visited the set in Cardiff,

:03:44.:03:49.

including whether there could be a female doctor -- answering. I think

:03:50.:03:54.

quite possibly, why shouldn't there be. If you can completely convert

:03:55.:04:02.

your dying body into a brand-new one, an older one in my case, you

:04:03.:04:07.

could easily do it into a female. And a female doctor would be fun.

:04:08.:04:13.

And there's loads more to help you build up to the new series on the

:04:14.:04:16.

Newsround website, with a tour of the Tardis and a guide to how you

:04:17.:04:20.

involved in that and send us pics your Time Lord pics.

:04:21.:04:25.

Finally, this giant rubber duck is creating a bit of flap in LA, after

:04:26.:04:29.

floating into the city's Port. It's thought to be the biggest rubber

:04:30.:04:32.

ducky in the world, weighing a whopping eleven tons. The feathered

:04:33.:04:34.

floater, designed by the artist Florentijn Hofman, has also appeared

:04:35.:04:37.

in Australia, Brazil, China and Belgium, and people who've managed

:04:38.:04:39.

to catch a glimpse are going quacky.

:04:40.:04:46.

I am pretty excited, I have not seen it this big before and I am excited

:04:47.:04:54.

to see him come to LA. He is really big and it would be scary if I was

:04:55.:05:02.

in the bathtub with him! Have a

:05:03.:05:03.
