First, Mo Farah or the "Mobot" was in action last night,

winning the 5,000m at the Anniversary Games in London.

This is Mo's last race before he jets off to the Rio Olympics.

Mo said running on the same track where he won two gold medals

at the London Olympics brought back lots of memories.

It is amazing. I got amazing support from the crowd. I just wanted to go

for it. This was my last chance to go quick before Rio. This track has

so much meaning for me. You dream of the Olympics but to do it in your

hometown is amazing. Next, to the extraordinary traffic

jam causing big problems at the Port of Dover

in the south-east of England. Thousands of vehicles were caught up

in delays of up to 14 hours Families have spent the night

in their cars and police are warning that the disruption could last

for another day. Officials are blaming the huge

queues on lots of people trying to get away on holiday

and stricter security checks. Raging wildfires have

forced hundreds of people to leave their homes in mountains

creating a thick cloud Next a plane powered only

by the sun has taken off on the last leg of its historic

round the world flight. The plane called Solar Impulse 2

took off over a year ago and last night left Cairo to travel back

to Abu Dhabi where it all began. So far it has travelled 22,000 miles

without using a drop of fuel. Finally, the British cyclist

Chris Froome is set to make history today when he wins the Tour de

France for a third time. He will be the first Briton

to achieve the feat and Chris said the last stretch in Paris

is likely to be emotional. Just an amazing feeling. Absolutely

amazing. It could be the first Tour all over again for me. Again, all

those emotions coming down that final descent, the suspense of not

putting a foot wrong and making sure I just got down there safely. Coming

into that last too long letter with my team-mates around me, just that

feeling of happiness.
