First to the amazing story of a 13-year-old

girl called Anne Frank, who wrote a diary while

Jenny went to meet a group of girls who've just read it.

I hope I will be able to confide everything to you.

It's like she was telling someone all her secrets, and she used her

diary as her best friend. That made me feel like I was actually talking

to her like I was a friend and I knew her personally. I thought that

she was really funny. She was just like a normal, average teenage girl.

70 years on from when it was made public, these girls are reading and

Frank's diary for the first time with the help of the Anne Frank

trust, UK. They are the same age as and was when he started writing. She

had to go into hiding with her mum, dad, sister and friends and they

lived for a two years in a secret apartment called in annex at the

back of a warehouse in Amsterdam in the Netherlands. They were hiding

because, as they were Jewish, they were in danger. At that time the

German that he party were killing millions of dues in what is now

known as the Holocaust. I think that Annan wants people to look past

religion that the person that she really is. It wasn't fair at all.

They should not be treated differently from anyone else just

because of what they believe. Being in such a small space and not being

able to do things she would normally get to do before she went into

hiding, it must have been really hard for her, I do think that she

was really brave. Having to be quiet all the time and be really careful

and keep the curtains shut. It must've been hard for her to write a

diary. Anne Frank was eventually captured

and died in a concentration camp, which were places where people were

deliberately killed by the Nazis. If she could have known now that her

diary had become this massive famous thing I think she would be

overwhelmed. My main reflection on the vote was you shouldn't judge

people just because of their religion or their race or skin

colour, because that doesn't matter. At the end of the day they are just

a normal person like you are. I think she got me to always look at

life optimistically and always think of the good points. Like she did.

And I thought, after everything that happened, that she was so positive,

that she was so strong and inspiring, and people should be so

painful for her story. You've been telling us what you're

to a cousin's house to give and receive presents and then she's

going to eat Asian food. Lana is celebrating with her

Daddima, which is her Grandad, she's not sure what she'll be

eating, but she says she'll be happy to be

who finished the night off on the Pyramid stage

This dog has won the prize for ugliest

She's a mastiff who came out on top over 13 other contestants.

I think they're all rather lovely - I love dogs.

It wouldn't be Newsround without a panda story.

This is Meng Meng and Jiao Qingwho were

flown in from China to Germany.

They were shown to the press and it was all going well

until the Chinese embassador got a bit too close.

They'll soon be moved to their new home at Berlin Zoo.
