Morning.

I'm Leah and you're watching Newsround.

First up and junior doctors in England have called off

a series of strikes.

They had been set to walk out of work several times over

the next three months.

It's because they're unhappy that the government wants

to change the hours they work and how they're paid.

The strike was called off by the junior doctors

because they are worried about how striking would affect the safety

of patients but they say they'll carry on protesting

about their conditions.

The Government says the changes it wants to make would improve

services for patients.

The UK's biggest gaming show is happening in

Birmingham this weekend.

Thousands of fans have been able to check out

all the latest consoles, gadgets and games.

BBC Radio 1 Newsbeat reporter Steffan Powell went along

and has sent us this.

I'm here EGX, the UK's biggest gaming show.

It's at the NEC in Birmingham and, as you can see, it's pretty busy.

They're expecting around 80,000 people to come here over the

next few days.

Now, this is a big deal because it is the first time

many people will get to play some of the big,

upcoming titles for the first time, here in the UK.

So, I thought I would help you out by telling

you three things to look out for coming out.

One is just behind me, here, actually.

There it is.

Skylanders Imaginators.

It's a new take on the famous franchise and,

if you like Skylanders, check out that game.

Back here, just over there, they're testing out the new

PlayStation Virtual Reality machine.

It's that headset you put on that can take you off

to all sorts of different worlds.

You can play loads of different games on that.

That's pretty cool, too.

Also, there is a small, independent game called

Ukelele.

You might not have heard much about it but it is really

colourful and really fun, so it's worth taking

a look at that as well.

So now all the stars have danced their first number -

it got us thinking - who are you impressed with the most?

And it was Super Strictly Saturday last night.

As the dance show

made it back onto our screens with the remaining celebrities

hitting the dance floor.

Fashion model Daisy Lowe flew straight to the top of the leader

board with a near flawless waltz.

But former Labour MP Ed Balls is bottom after getting 21 points

for his first dance

Can a fish sing?

Well the answer is YES according to scientists in the US

who say they've finally cracked

why a species called the Midshipman sings.

Its down to a melatonin hormone which helps many animals sleep.

But for this species of fish THAT hormone actually makes them sing

at night which in turn helps them attract a mate too!
