in Hollywood in Los Angeles, California.

:01:01.:01:01.

Because the films that win go on and take more money in the cinema

:01:02.:01:06.

and the actors and actresses, the people that win the Oscars,

:01:07.:01:08.

Star Wars is up for five Oscars in the technical categories,

Yes, a show which darted out on CBBC is up for an Oscar.

:01:41.:01:46.

The story of Shaun taking his day off has appealed to the people

:01:47.:01:49.

Perhaps the CBBC show could actually win an Oscar.

:01:50.:01:56.

When you're at the Oscars, it feels like the

:01:57.:01:58.

In fact, they fight over getting invited to the Oscars.

The limousine queue goes back a whole mile throughout Hollywood.

The red carpet is more than 600 metres long.

Six acts are competing to represent Britain.

:02:46.:02:50.

The last time we came first in the contest was 19 years ago,

:02:51.:02:54.

You can find out more about the Uk's Eurovision

Blue Peter's Lindsey has told Newsround she hopes she's inspired

:03:04.:03:10.

kids like you to do something for Sport Relief.

:03:11.:03:12.

She was trying to zorb across the sea from Northern Ireland

:03:13.:03:15.

to Scotland for her epic challenge for the charity.

:03:16.:03:19.

Unfortunately, weather conditions yesterday forced her to stop.

:03:20.:03:23.

She sent Newsround this message once she made it to dry land.

:03:24.:03:28.

I finished my challenge today, we had a really good go at it.

:03:29.:03:37.

Unfortunately, I didn't make it all the way to Scotland from Ireland

:03:38.:03:40.

when I was crossing, but I did go a really long way.

:03:41.:03:44.

I did 17 nautical miles in the end, which

:03:45.:03:47.

and chocolate, you would not believe.

:03:48.:03:54.

But we gave it a really, really good go but we

:03:55.:03:57.

But I just wanted to let you know that I'm

:03:58.:04:01.

rested and healthy and happy, and the Blue Peter crew

:04:02.:04:05.

were all here supporting me, I just ate a massive bowl of pasta

:04:06.:04:08.

Thank you for all the support throughout this incredible

:04:09.:04:11.

If it inspires you to do anything, hopefully it's to get involved this

:04:12.:04:18.

Well done Lindsay. We are very proud of you.

:04:19.:04:30.

Meet 5-year-old Murtaza from Afghanistan.

:04:31.:04:31.

A photo of him wearing a plastic bag from a supermarket spread online.

:04:32.:04:34.

He was wearing it because the bag looked like the Argentina strip,

:04:35.:04:37.

When the Barcelona star saw it he sent Murtaza a signed shirt

:04:38.:04:41.

so he never has to play football in a shopping bag again.

:04:42.:04:47.

Head online to listen to the loudest burp!

:04:48.:04:51.

I'll be back on CBBC tomorrow morning at 8:55.

:04:52.:04:55.
