Hi, I'm Martin, it's Saturday, and here's what's coming up

in the next few minutes.

We ask, is tech taking over?

And, Johanna Konta flies the flag for british tennis.

But first, Newsround's latest special is all about tech,

and finding out if you are using it too much.

So we asked some of you guys whether you think you're addicted

to tech, or could you do without?

The most amount of time I ever spent on tech was in one day,

it was 20 hours.

I could use tech 24/7.

I would say, like, eight hours.

On a Sunday, I would probably use four to five hours of tech.

The most amount of time I've spent looking at a screen was 11 hours.

I spend about three to four hours using tech, I don't think that's too

much.

I spend at least up to ten or 12 hours a day on technology.

It is really bad.

And don't forget to head to the website to see the full

Football next, and England manager Roy Hodgson has picked a young team

to face Germany tonight.

Danny Welbeck and Harry Kane will start up front.

They also have Daniel Sturridge joining Jamie Vardy in the squad.

Stand-in captain Gary Cahill says the amount of good attackers has

made it hard for their boss.

Our strikers are obviously on top form, especially with the likes

of Harry Kane and Vardy this season, they've been tremendous.

And it is a huge boost for us as players and for

the manager to have Daniel Sturridge and Welbeck back fit.

The timing of them coming back fit is great, so there's certainly

a headache for the manager in terms of choice upfront.

We are blessed to have two, at the minute, of the best English

strikers, in top form.

And in tennis, British number one Johanna Konta is into round three

at the Miami Open in Florida, America.

She won 6-4, 6-2 against Montenegro's Danka Kovinic

and will next play Russian Elena Vesnina.
