Hi, Ricky here with your Thursday Newsround update.

First up, it's a big night for English and Scottish women's

football teams tonight, as both will be battling to make

it through to the next round of Euro 2017.

BBC Newsbeat reporter Ben Mundy sent us this.

So, Scotland play Spain into Deventer, England face

Portugal here in Tilburg, where there is a huge

We have seen some football fans enjoying some of the rides.

England and Scotland can qualify for the quarterfinals.

England need just a draw against Portugal to finish

Scotland need to beat Spain by two goals and hope England win.

It should be a very interesting night football at Euro 2017.

More sport now and this guy, Adam Peaty, is shaking

up the swimming world with his superfast skills right now.

He won his second gold in the World Championships

And he keeps breaking so many records, we can hardly keep up.

Here's what you need to know about him....

Superstar swimmer, record-breaker and hip-hop music fan,

He broke his own world record in the swimming pool not once...

Being the first swimmer in the world to go under 26 seconds in 50 metres.

There's not many things you can do in 26 seconds.

By the time you've done that, Peaty has already stormed

through the pool and is probably chilling at the side waiting

That's why we're giving him the nickname Super Peat.

OK, we might need to work on that but here are three other

Recently, the numbers of these tiny mammals have dropped.

Whitney went to meet the people on a mission to help them.

The hazel dormouse weighs between 18 to 20 grams, fruits,

flowers, nuts and insects are what they like to eat

and woodland in parts of England and Wales is where they live.

I've come to these woods in Nottinghamshire where nest boxes

have been put up to help keep dormice safe and it's Ian's job

It looks like we've got a dormouse in there in a very deep sleep,

so we can take that off and have a look

So, they go into a large bag just to make sure if they are active,

that they can't escape, because they are very fast

It's in a very deep sleep probably because it's been raining

We've marked some of these animals with a small chip and we're just

looking to see if this one's got one in.

We're just putting him in a small bag to weigh him.

There's plenty of air in there for the time this

Simply because we don't manage our woodlands very well.

We used to cut our woodlands regularly to take timber out and

firewood out and we don't do that any more. So a lot about woodland is

becoming shaded. So the areas where dormice live,

the shrub storey is not so frequently found in our

woodland any more. So, now he's back inside that box

and we block the whole again so he can't escape and what we do

is we take this box and we put it back on the tree where we found it

and now we know he's back safely in his box,
