Me and my friends are worried about robots taking over	:03:23.	:03:31.
so I've come to Bristol Robotics lab to see what robots can do.	:03:32.	:03:35.
How are robots changing the types of job people have?	:03:36.	:03:37.
So we're seeing a lot more robots in jobs that don't	:03:38.	:03:41.
Like, I went to San Francisco recently and there's a cafe there,	:03:42.	:03:46.
where all the coffees are made by robots.	:03:47.	:03:47.
Do you think the changes are good thing or a bad thing?	:03:48.	:03:50.
We're seeing more and more robots designed for helping people,	:03:51.	:03:56.
so going in if there's a natural disaster and	:03:57.	:04:00.
If robots can be used for good, that's great.	:04:01.	:04:07.
But we are seeing people losing their jobs and that's	:04:08.	:04:09.
In the future, we possibly won't need to drive cars,	:04:10.	:04:12.
What happens to people like taxi or lorry drivers	:04:13.	:04:16.
If you have a driverless car, you don't really need the driver.	:04:17.	:04:22.
So we really need to look very carefully at what other jobs we can	:04:23.	:04:25.
find for these people, to make sure that they	:04:26.	:04:28.
Would you like to have a go in the simulator?	:04:29.	:04:34.
It sees the other car coming from the right,	:04:35.	:04:40.
it stops, it makes sure that we have no accident.	:04:41.	:04:44.
All types of jobs could be taken over by robots.	:04:45.	:04:48.
What can I do to prepare for the changes in the future?	:04:49.	:04:52.
I think we know that there are going to be some jobs that	:04:53.	:04:55.
If you're a nurse, if you're a carer, it's very, very difficult	:04:56.	:05:00.
for a robot to really have that human interaction and also,	:05:01.	:05:05.
we need people that are programming the robots, hopefully for good	:05:06.	:05:10.
I think robots are good, because they help people	:05:11.	:05:15.
with disabilities and I also think they're bad, because	:05:16.	:05:18.
