Hello, it's Ayshah here with

the stories to kickstart your week.

Ever hit post and regretted it?

Celebs tell us why we should be

careful on social media.

And, more help for pandas in China.

First, people in Bali in Indonesia

have been warned that a volcano

on the island could erupt

at any time.

Mount Agung has been sending clouds

of thick ash and smoke

into the air since Saturday.

The airport on the island

is now closed, and people

are being moved away from the area

to keep them safe.

In the football, Manchester City

are still unbeaten at the top

of the table after winning 2-1

against Huddersfield Town.

This goal by Raheem Sterling

eventually got City their win.

But they had to come back

from 1-0 down to beat

the Premier League new boys.

They are now eight points clear

of rivals Manchester United

at the top of the table.

And in Scotland, Celtic have won

the Scottish League Cup

for the second year in a row,

after beating Motherwell

2-0 at Hamden Park.

The goals came from winger James

Forrest and stiker Moussa Dembele.

You might recognise these famous

faces, but they've all hit

the headlines in the last few days

for the wrong reasons.

So, what's going on?

I want to start off with that

I'm sorry, and I'm just

really, really sorry.

YouTuber Jack Maynard has left ITV's

I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here!

Zoella and Stormzy

have both apologised.

Why?

It's because of offensive comments

they made years ago on Twitter.

What do some of you make of it?

They said they didn't know

that they were going to be

celebrities, but no matter

who you are, you've got to be

careful with the words that you use.

If someone does post something bad,

that's in the past,

everyone makes mistakes.

They should have thought

about what they said

before they did it.

If it was a long time

ago, people can change

and their opinions can change.

Zoella, Stormzy and Jack Maynard

have now deleted a number

of their old tweets,

which included insulting

views and language.

Stormzy said his comments

were "unacceptable and disgusting".

Zoella said, "I'm sorry

if I ever offended anyone."

And Jack Maynard went

online to say this.

I messed up.

I've been really stupid in the past.

Growing up online is hard.

All I can do is just beg

and encourage that you guys don't

make the same mistake as well.

Don't ever put anything online that

you wouldn't say to your mum.

Newsround asked one expert

what he thinks you should do

before posting comments online.

Don't be insulting, don't be racist,

don't use offensive language.

You're leaving a digital footprint,

and those messages that

you send on social media

are there to be discovered forever.

Don't send something

just for the sake of it,

just to be popular, just to get

the retweets, just to get

the shares - it's just not worth it.

Has this made a difference

to what some of you might be

posting online in future?

When you think, by deleting

something, you think it's gone when,

in reality, it's not,

it's never gone, so it just makes

you realise you've got to be really,

really careful what you post.

Everyone, not just celebrities,

need to think about what you post

on social media, otherwise it

could come back to haunt you.

My dad always used to tell me,

"Don't post anything you wouldn't be

comfortable to show your grandad

or your grandma," so I always think

about that before I post.

Remember, what goes

online, stays online.

Cricket now, and it wasn't

the best start for England

in the Ashes tournament,

as they lost the first

match yesterday.

Despite a promising start

to the game, Australia won easily.

The English side can still win

the tournament if they draw

or win the next game.

In netball, England beat Malawi

at a fierce match in London.

They had a tricky start, though.

But they fought back to win 61-53.

There's still one more match

in this series, and that's

on Wednesday in Birmingham.

Now, the last thing you want

when you're exploring another

planet is a flat tyre.

Well, Nasa has created a new one

to help avoid this happening.

These aren't just any old tyres.

These are Nasa's new

airless chainmail ones.

They look pretty cool,

and they've been designed to cope

better with the rocky surfaces

of other planets like Mars.

They're made from a material

which has its own memory.

After it's rolled over something,

it can remember its original shape.

This particular material doesn't

deform like conventional materials

where, in those materials,

when we put stress on them,

we basically are stretching

the bonds between the structures.

This has a unique characteristic

that allows it to do

anatomic rearrangement

to accommodate deformation.

We could actually deform this

all the way down to the axle

and have it return to shape.

Sounds very high-tech

and a bit complicated,

but essentially what it means

is even if the tyre gets really

squashed, it won't burst or break,

but will bounce back.

That will come in handy when it has

to drive over those big space rocks.

Now, that's tyre-rific!

Finally, we love panda news

on Newsround, so let's hear some.

Two countries, China and Indonesia,

are working together on a research

project to help the animals.

Two pandas, Hu Chun

and Cai Tao, have been flown

from China to Indonesia.

They'll live there for

the next ten years.
