I'm Ayshah with Tuesday's Newsround. Today, how to fix a broken camera,

Space Station style. We have the first picture of the Doctor in his

new outfit. Find out what it revealed about the Time Lord. First,

one of the biggest countries in Europe, Ukraine, is in crisis.

Violent clashes continue to grip the nation between the police and

protestors who are unhappy with the president, Viktor Yanukovych, but

two big things have happened today. The Prime Minister and his

government have quit and a controversial anti-protest law has

been scrapped. The BBC's Duncan Crawford sent us this special report

from the capital city, Kiev. This is a road leading into Independence

Square which has been at the heart of the anti-government

demonstrations since they began two months ago. There is lots of

activity. The men over there have been chopping wood, someone cooking

there for the demonstrators. Over here tents are being used for people

to sleep in. There had been a lot of concern about these anti-protest

laws which were brought into force last week. That banned the use of

tents. It banned people wearing hard helmets and masks. Today, in a

dramatic turn around, the parliament has voted to cancel out those laws.

Also, the Prime Minister has offered his resignation. Speak to the people

on the ground here though, they insist they still want President

Yanukovych to resign. Unless he does that, they're not going to go home.

Next, level crossings can be dangerous. Cars and pedestrians

should wait safely while trains pass, but when people try to beat

the closing gates they put their lives at risk. So now rail bosses

are trying to make big changes. Leah's got this one. When it comes

to level crossings, just like this one, there is always a risk of an

accident, on a road, footpath or cycleway crosses the tracks. Someone

will always try to beat the barrier. Level crossings weren't always

considered dangerous. When railway lines were built trains were slow.

Trains now move very fast. Often 100mph and more. They are quiet. You

think you have plenty of time, you don't really. The only truly safe

level crossing is one that doesn't exist any any more. Not easy to

close them. Business youy ones have to to remain in place, a footbridge

was built. Keep an eye out when you are at a level crossing. Know what

you are doing. Top stebthing, look left and right, cross over as safely

and quickly as you can. 750 crossings have been closed and

Network Rail want to close 500 more, they hope it will will mean many

more lives are saved. Next, there's a new Doctor in the Tardis and today

we've had our first glimpse of his new outfit! Ricky's been checking

out Peter Capaldi's Time Lord look. Later this year the Doctor returns.

He's got a new face and with it a new look. He's wearing a dark blue

coat with red lining, matching trousers, white shirt and black Dr

Martens boots. But we're still in the dark about what sort of Time

Lord Peter Capaldi will be. What clues can we take away from his new

robes? Well, I know just the man to shed some light on this mystery.

At first I wasn't keen. I was worried it was too minimalist. There

wasn't any signature design. Then I thought about it. You see the red

lining. It's a flash of that. Not much. A dash of colour. That youing

ises this Doctor is something under the surface you wouldn't assume from

the outside. It reminded me of Chris Ecclestone, who looked like a bloke

from the street. You wouldn't assume he was an alien saving planets. You

have been telling us what you think. Anti-says, "the coat is so cool."

deal. Here's how running repairs happen at the International Space

Station. Russian cosmonauts took an eight-hour spacewalk, it's their

second attempt to fix the camera which is used to take pictures of

Earth. Now, these pictures might look a bit like they're from the set

of Horrible Histories, but it's actually a festival in the north of

Scotland every year, called up-hellia. And it's happening
