I mean, we haven't had the precision measurements,

so we've got to kind of just go by eye and see how it is.

Start with it on the neck like that, flick it up...

Wow, a rugby ball flies very differently

through the air, doesn't it?

So how much more difficult does it make it to do tricks with?

Even to just do the basic kick-outs with a rugby ball is hard.

To do ten with a rugby ball is like 100 with a football, I'd say.

Wow. So, can I have a go?

-You can indeed.

-Excellent, I'll give you that one.

-Right, so I'm going to start off like that.

-Yeah.

You have no idea how many times I've heard that.

How's training being going? Have you been hitting the record target?

A lot of mistakes in training,

you have to fail if you want to achieve things and I've failed a lot

-on this one.

-What's the best you've done in training?

If I can break 20, I'll be very happy.

'must be used. There must be a clear space between ball and neck

'for a throw be valid.

'Should the ball touch the floor at any time, the attempt is over,

'and the record attempt doesn't have to take place in a disco,
