We're all friends!
Hey, hello! I'm Justin!
And I've come here to Nantwich in Cheshire
to meet my friends at their gymnastics class.
Hmm, I wonder what Mr Tumble is doing today.
Oh-ho-ho! Ooh, ho-ho!
'What are you doing, Mr Tumble?'
Ooh, well I'm playing with my Tumble Tap. Ho-ho!
'The Tumble Tap, Mr Tumble?'
Ooh, yes! You have to tap a spot and then you see a picture!
'Justin and his friends are going to love that.'
Ooh, yes! Ho-ho!
'Put it in the spotty bag, then, Mr Tumble.'
-'Don't forget the magic!'
'Yes, the magic, to send the spotty bag to Justin and his friends.'
Ah, yes, the magic!
Ooh, erm...you're my friends!
Can you help me?
Take your finger, touch your nose.
Blink three times and off it goes!

Now then, where are my friends? Erm...ah-ha!
Here they are! Hi, guys!
Hi! Good to see you!
Now, this is Emma! Hello, Emma. Hello!
-And this is...?
-That's right, Zack. Great to see you both,
and I'm very excited to be joining your gymnastics class!
It's good, isn't it?
Now, before we start, we need to warm up our bodies,
-so what should we do first?
-Walk round in a circle.
Zack, that's a great idea! Let's walk around in a circle.
Come on, then. That's it.
Good walking. This is warming up our bodies nicely.
Here comes Zack! He's moving fast!
I always walk quite fast in school.
'We're making our bodies nice and warm
'before we start our gymnastics.'
Oh, well done! I'll tell you what, we're warming up nicely, aren't we?
I wonder what we should do next? What do you think?
-Star shapes, yeah. Will you show us?
OK, great. Oh, I see, I've got it.
So stretch your body and your arms out like that.
Oh, yes. And make a star shape.
'Emma is stretching her toes and her arms.
'Zack is pulling his knees.'
Good tuck shape, Zack! Well done!
-So, are we ready to do some gymnastics?
-Yeah? All right.
Let's have a look inside...
BOTH: Mr Tumble's spotty bag.
OK, and see what we can find. Ah-ha! What's this?
-That's right, Emma, it's the Tumble Tap.
Now, would you like to tap the spot?
-What is it?
That's right, it's some rings.
'Where are the rings? Are they here?
'When you see them, wave or cheer!'
'Well done, Emma. Well done, Zack. You've found the rings.
'Can you see the rings? Yes, there are the rings.'
It's time to sign!
'Ha-ha! Well done, Ethan.'
'That was great, Simon!'

Wow, did you see that?
Zack was swinging on the rings and then he used his body
and did his tuck shape with his legs. High five!

It's time to sign!

'Well done, Yusuf.'
Wow! Look guys, it's a trampoline!
And it looks very bouncy as well,
-so who is going to have a go on the trampoline?
Ah, Emma's going to have a go! OK then, Emma.
-And Steven, your coach, will help you.
Walk into the middle.
Right, start jumping.
Great jumping, Emma!
Can you do me a nice star shape, now?
Emma is doing a star jump while she's jumping up and down.
This time, I want you to do a seat landing and then stand up.
Justin, she did a seat drop.
Oh, yes! Zack likes Emma's seat drop.
-And walk off.
-That was brilliant! Oh-ho-ho!
-Hang on a minute! What's that noise?
You know what? It's time for Mr Tumble and a Tumble Tale.
So shall we all call for him?
Yeah? After three, as loud as we can,
and why don't you join in too? Ready? Here we go.
-One, two, three!
