and it's perfect when you're having a bad hair day. | 0:00:24 | 0:00:27 | |

All you need is a hair band and some clips. | 0:00:28 | 0:00:31 | |
First of all, tip your hair upside down. | 0:00:31 | 0:00:33 | |

And scrape it into a ponytail on top of your head. | 0:00:36 | 0:00:39 | |
Then you want to twist your hair in the ponytail... | 0:00:42 | 0:00:45 | |

And then secure it with another hair band. | 0:00:51 | 0:00:54 | |
