Welcome to the style booth with me, George.

Today, I'm going to be showing you how to

change your plain phone case into a creative piece of art.

Want your phone looking like your favourite star, or just individual?

Then listen up.

I'm going to show you two designs.

One of the cases we're using is clear.

The great thing about this, you can put any picture on it.

I've gone for one of Aiden, wearing a funky moustache.

Take the picture

and put two small bits of tape either end of the image.

Take the case and just put it in like that,

making sure the tape is firmly down.

Use the phone and the pressure will keep it in.

And there it is.

This one is a bit more tricky.

We're going to be using our plain plastic case.

To prevent things getting messy,

we're going to lay down some paper. Put our case there.

We're going to use three different types of glitter.

Some child-safe fabric glue. And the cut-out shape of your choice.

I've used a heart because I'm sending my love to you.

First, we're going to glue the heart to the middle of the phone.

We'll leave that there just to dry a bit.

The next step is taking the glue

and putting a strip of it across the top.

Make sure you do about a third of the phone.

We're going to take our silver glitter, shake it off.

That's one third done.

The case is all dry.

What we've got to do now is take off that heart.

I'm just going to peel that off. One final tip, a bit of hairspray.

We're going to spray that on, away from ourselves.

That'll make everything stick together nicely.

Here it is. The finished result.

If you didn't get any of that whatsoever, here it is again.

The portrait case.

Take a picture of your favourite actor, pop star,

football team or even a mate.

Cut to size and stick to the inside of your clear case, facing outwards.

The picture case.

Cut out your shape and stick to the middle of your case.

Use a tiny bit of glue because you will be peeling it off later.

Add a strip of glue along the top third of the back.

Sprinkle with glitter, shake off and wait to dry.

Repeat twice more using different glitter each time,

until you've covered it all.

Peel off the shape, add hairspray for hold

and you're done. And that's it.

Two cool ways to create brilliant-looking phone art,

but I wonder how they compare to real art. Let's find out.

OK, so I think this one might be mid to late 19th century.

Renoir, perhaps. Oh, this is a beautiful piece of art.

I'm thinking Picasso, maybe van Gogh.

This one is much more contemporary.

I'm thinking Andy Warhol, maybe Jackson Pollock.

Now, for the centrepiece.

This is such a good piece of art, some people think it's a photo.

This is Tate Modern worthy.

And that proves it.

They're up there with the best, so they've passed the test,

so that's Style Download complete.
