This is my finished Waverunner machine,

you can see it's got the Blue Peter ship there,

and that's going to be spinning around

for about 20 hours on the sea with me.

Climb through this way, you can see that all around the side,

we've got Blue Peter, Sport Relief, it is looking amazing.

It's huge, as well.

This has now got real.

You suddenly see it and it's not a theory, it's not an idea,

-this is real.

-I think this might just be

one of the most difficult challenges that you've seen on Blue Peter.

We all have to train for things over a certain period of time.

That, if you think about what that's got to do

and who's going to be inside it, it's an incredible challenge.

It's like running a marathon but on water.

So, I've just had my first-ever session.

I'm actually kind of buzzing.

I'm really excited, it was great to do it.

One thing that really scares me was how much I've got to use my arms.

All of the strength for this challenge is going to come

from arms and shoulders, which is great,

because I've been training my legs really hard.

Which is a little bit of a problem, but you know what,

it's made me want to get in that gym, work even harder.

It's scary, though. Big challenge.

I hope you have your dancing shoes on, you're singing in tune,

and if you don't want to sing or dance,

just maybe have your headphones ready.
