coming from the front of the car. The noise turned out | :02:51. | :02:58. | |
to be the brakes. And getting the garage to put right | :02:59. | :02:59. | |
the faults on her dream car started It started overheating in traffic | :03:00. | :03:07. | |
and then I ended up with the engine Over the next five months, her car | :03:08. | :03:16. | |
was in and out of the garage, until eventually Chrissie | :03:17. | :03:23. | |

nothing had been done. It's left Chrissie and Caspar | :03:40. | :03:42. | |
struggling to get around. I have to catch the train, | :03:43. | :03:48. | |
I have to catch the bus, and it's just literally turned | :03:49. | :03:50. | |
into a nightmare. As for Chrissie's RAC warranty, | :03:51. | :03:54. | |
well, it turns out Birchgrove Motors never registered it, | :03:55. | :03:58. | |
so it's worthless. It's a familiar story to Michael | :03:59. | :04:06. | |
Ryman, who bought his Chrysler from the Birchgrove Motor Company | :04:07. | :04:09. | |
nearly a year ago. He paid ?6,000 plus ?200 | :04:10. | :04:14. | |
for a warranty and drove away Within 35 miles, two management | :04:15. | :04:17. | |
lights came on on the dashboard, which rendered the car unable | :04:18. | :04:31. | |
to accelerate and drive normally. It took me three and a half | :04:32. | :04:33. | |
hours to get home at The car had a problem | :04:34. | :04:36. | |
with its turbo-charger. And just like Chrissie, | :04:37. | :04:39. | |

bought this BMW there in August. He hasn't had any problems | :05:23. | :05:26. | |
with it but the Ford Fiesta I put a ?700 deposit down | :05:27. | :05:29. | |
on the vehicle on the understanding that they were going to pay | :05:30. | :05:38. | |

didn't keep their word. I had a letter from Ford Credit | :05:42. | :05:51. | |

to come and collect the car and I'd be blacklisted for credit | :05:59. | :06:01. | |

but wouldn't clear I was paying for this car | :06:07. | :06:08. | |
that they'd sold me. And I was paying for | :06:09. | :06:16. | |
the Ford Credit as well. So Leigh decided to take | :06:17. | :06:19. | |
matters into his own hands. I thought, "This can't | :06:20. | :06:25. | |
go on any longer." So I sort of went | :06:26. | :06:34. | |

relaunched as Right Cars Online, claiming to be the right people | :07:48. | :07:52. | |
