Here are the seven celebrities preparing for tonight's show.

Only one of them will win the prize money

of up to £15,000 for Children In Need.

The rest will leave with nothing as, round by round,

they're voted off as the weakest link.

Anne was scarier than I thought.

The first round, she was just digging into me.

I was thinking, "Oh, my God!" I was sweating and everything.

Just to remind you,

and young people all across the UK

and here's Mary Berry to tell us more.

You're about to meet a little girl called Nellie-Mai.

She's been through a lot in her short life

and whilst you might not have met her, your donations have helped her

and many others just like her.

This is Nellie-Mai.

Jeff and Sarah met her when she was seven months old.

-VOICEOVER:

-We had been involved with foster care for a few years

and the people who we fostered through phoned

and asked if we'd be interested

in just visiting a little girl who had had no visitors.

She'd been left in hospital.

She had a severe heart condition and she was going to die.

We were just there to watch over her until then.

The only thing that would save Nellie's life

was a heart transplant, but that seemed out of the question.

She was very weak and she was alone.

They said, "She can't go on the transplant list

"because she's not got a family to look after her.

"She needs somebody to be there regularly

"to give her her medicine," and I don't even think we spoke about it.

We just sort of looked at one another and blinked and said,

"But...we're a family.

"If that's what it needs, where do I sign?"

Within a matter of months, my mobile went off and Sarah said,

"Can you get home as quickly as possible?

"They've found a heart for Nell."

At just ten months old, Nellie had a new family and a new heart

and what should have been a new start at life.

But, sadly, her problems weren't over.

At two years old, she developed a rare type of cancer

and then when she was just four years old,

Nellie suffered a stroke

which would change her life forever.

-I'm fine.

-Yeah.

-Most days, she's in pain for one reason or another.

What she goes through is terrible.

I love you.

I love you, too, Nellie-Mai.

Once Nell had the stroke,

she couldn't talk and she couldn't swallow properly

and she had to learn all that over again

and she has, now, learning difficulties.

She loved music before her stroke, but since the stroke,

it became at one point the only thing that she would do

and music's helped her through an awful lot.

Your donations have meant that Nellie has been visiting

Sunbeams Music Trust, a centre for children

with life-limiting conditions and complex needs.

It completely relaxes her, no matter what mood she's in.
