30 correct answers stand between you and the finish line.

And with every correct answer

you will win £100 for the communal prize pot,

waiting for you all to share at the end.

But any one of you can, if you choose,

Breakaway from the pack.

And if you cross that finish line

the entire prize fund will be yours.

If you Breakaway, every question is worth £300.

Three times as much.

But answer a single question wrong

and you run the risk of instant elimination.

of three questions each.

And then the final nine questions are pot luck.

They could be about anything whatsoever.

But before I start asking you those questions,

you have an important decision to make.

You will be given the chance to Breakaway now,

and after every three questions.

You will have five seconds to decide

and only the person who buzzes in first will Breakaway.
