-My name is James Lusted

-and I'm 3'7".

0:00:030:00:07

-I don't believe in the word

-disabled.

0:00:090:00:11

-Oh my Gosh.

0:00:120:00:13

-I do believe that everyone can

-take part in some type of sport.

0:00:130:00:17

-I'm no Usain Bolt in these!

0:00:170:00:19

-I used to be a badminton champion.

0:00:200:00:22

-I travelled all over the world

-to compete.

0:00:220:00:25

-It's a really good feeling.

0:00:260:00:28

-In this series, I will meet people

-with disabilities...

0:00:290:00:32

-..who take part

-in all kinds of sports.

0:00:320:00:35

-I will see how that

-can change their lives.

0:00:370:00:40

-Champagne, a red carpet

-and a posh hotel near Cardiff.

0:00:460:00:50

-The profile

-of sport for disabled people...

0:00:520:00:55

-..has risen dramatically

-over the years.

0:00:550:00:58

-It's great to see so many people

-who work in this field...

0:00:580:01:01

-..coming together.

0:01:010:01:03

-We're ready to celebrate

-Disability Sport Wales.

0:01:040:01:08

-Every success is celebrated...

0:01:080:01:11

-..from the Paralympic Games

-to community sports.

0:01:110:01:15

-I'm going to be presenting

-on the stage tonight.

0:01:150:01:19

-I feel a little bit nervous.

0:01:190:01:22

-But I'm very excited to be here.

0:01:220:01:24

-Ladies and gentlemen,

-please welcome James Lusted.

0:01:250:01:28

-Welcome to the second Disability

-Sport Wales awards night.

0:01:300:01:35

-It's a pleasure

-to see you all here tonight.

0:01:360:01:38

-In Wales, 22,000 people

-with disabilities...

0:01:380:01:42

-..are members of sports clubs.

0:01:420:01:45

-It's no wonder that several

-have gone on to become champions.

0:01:450:01:48

-I'm delighted

-to have won this award.

0:01:490:01:52

-I just can't wait to bring back the

-medals from the world championships.

0:01:520:01:57

-That was the skier,

-Menna Fitzpatrick.

0:01:580:02:01

-Many sports

-are represented here tonight.

0:02:010:02:04

-From bowls

-for the partially sighted...

0:02:050:02:08

-..to wheelchair basketball.

0:02:080:02:10

-Debbie Bashford

-is a coach for the latter.

0:02:110:02:13

-I understand disability.

-I live it every day myself.

0:02:130:02:17

-An important part of the evening

-is celebrating the contribution...

0:02:170:02:22

-..of thousands of volunteers

-and coaches.

0:02:220:02:26

-Those people

-who give so much time every week...

0:02:270:02:30

-..to offer opportunities

-for athletes of all levels.

0:02:300:02:34

-Aled Sion Davies is an athlete

-who has reached the highest level.

0:02:360:02:40

-He has won twelve gold medals...

0:02:410:02:43

-..for shotput and discus

-in the Paralympic Games...

0:02:440:02:48

-..the European Championships

-and the World Championships.

0:02:480:02:52

-However, he is a very modest man.

0:02:540:02:57

-When I spoke to him

-later in the evening...

0:02:570:03:00

-..he wanted to talk about the help

-he had from Disability Sport Wales.

0:03:000:03:05

-There is a huge team

-behind these athletes.

0:03:050:03:08

-I wouldn't be here without

-all the support I've had...

0:03:080:03:12

-..from the very start.

0:03:120:03:14

-I go to Games in London or Rio

-or the World Championships...

0:03:150:03:19

-..and I might win.

0:03:190:03:20

-I want to make sure that

-when I'm too old to do this...

0:03:200:03:25

-..there will be someone else

-coming through.

0:03:250:03:28

-We need to ensure that we keep

-bringing medals back to Wales.

0:03:290:03:33

-Hopefully we can inspire

-our future athletes.

0:03:330:03:36

-The awards night

-was a great opportunity...

0:03:390:03:42

-..to meet people like Aled

-who have achieved so much.

0:03:420:03:45

-But before they can dream

-of reaching the top...

0:03:450:03:49

-..we need to attract disabled people

-to take part in any type of sport.

0:03:490:03:54

-That's the idea behind this event

-in Cardiff.

0:03:550:03:59

-We're at the Insport Series event.

0:04:010:04:04

-It's a fantastic two-day event.

0:04:040:04:06

-People can come to see

-over 30 different sports.

0:04:070:04:10

-It's an opportunity

-to see what kind of sport...

0:04:110:04:13

-..people with disabilities

-or different conditions, can do.

0:04:140:04:17

-There is something for everyone

-here.

0:04:200:04:24

-It's a good opportunity to try out

-some of the adapted equipment.

0:04:240:04:28

-I was attracted by two sports

-in particular.

0:04:370:04:40

-First, the badminton court.

0:04:400:04:43

-No, I haven't lost my touch!

0:04:430:04:45

-Secondly, the football pitch.

0:04:450:04:48

-There, I meet Josh Law...

0:04:480:04:50

-..a fellow former pupil of

-Ysgol y Creuddyn, near Llandudno.

0:04:500:04:54

-These days, Josh is a coach

-with Cardiff City.

0:04:540:04:58

-This is too hot!

0:05:000:05:02

-It's stuck on my head.

0:05:040:05:06

-How are you? It's been a while.

0:05:060:05:08

-Alright?

0:05:090:05:10

-I'm fine, thanks.

0:05:100:05:12

-I can't play football in a suit.

0:05:120:05:14

-You've got the wrong shoes on.

0:05:160:05:18

-I'm no Usain Bolt in these!

0:05:190:05:21

-You scored though.

0:05:230:05:24

-You scored though.

-

-Yes, just about!

0:05:240:05:26

-There is a fantastic atmosphere

-here.

0:05:260:05:28

-There is a huge mix of children

-here.

0:05:280:05:31

-We've had about 200

-trying out football today.

0:05:310:05:34

-It's great.

0:05:350:05:36

-Disabled and non-disabled people,

-adults, young children. It's great.

0:05:360:05:41

-I know you work for Cardiff City

-club. What exactly do you do there?

0:05:420:05:47

-I work for the Foundation,

-the club's charity.

0:05:470:05:53

-We go out to the community

-and play football.

0:05:540:06:00

-We try to get more people

-involved in football.

0:06:000:06:03

-Make them fitter and healthier.

0:06:030:06:05

-We try to improve their lives.

0:06:050:06:07

-That includes running three teams

-in the Cardiff area...

0:06:080:06:11

-..for people with disabilities.

0:06:110:06:13

-How much football

-have you played since school?

0:06:140:06:17

-I used to play quite regularly

-on a Sunday night with chapel.

0:06:170:06:21

-I'm married now,

-so I don't do as much sport!

0:06:210:06:25

-But I need to start, I think.

0:06:250:06:28

-I know that 700 children and adults

-have been here today.

0:06:310:06:37

-They've had a go at everything.

0:06:370:06:39

-Hopefully, they've been inspired

-to join a club...

0:06:400:06:44

-..or to start up a club

-in their community.

0:06:450:06:47

-Hopefully this event has been

-a big inspiration for people...

0:06:490:06:54

-..to take a step towards

-not just doing sport...

0:06:550:06:59

-..but improving their life.

0:06:590:07:01

-I don't believe

-in the word disabled.

0:07:020:07:04

-As I've seen today,

-everyone can take part in sport.

0:07:050:07:11

-Adaptations can be done.

0:07:110:07:13

-They enable all to take part in one

-of the sports featured here today.

0:07:130:07:18

-This is the Arfon Tennis Centre

-in Caernarfon.

0:07:280:07:32

-This is Fran Smith,

-a young star of wheelchair tennis.

0:07:330:07:37

-She won the women's singles...

0:07:380:07:40

-..in the British Open Wheelchair

-Tennis Championships.

0:07:400:07:44

-She's training for her next big

-competition with her friend, Emily.

0:07:440:07:48

-Good morning, Fran.

0:07:490:07:51

-Hiya.

0:07:510:07:52

-Are you alright?

0:07:520:07:53

-Are you alright?

-

-Hiya. Are you OK?

0:07:530:07:55

-How's it going this morning?

0:07:550:07:56

-How's it going this morning?

-

-OK. Last practice before I go.

0:07:560:07:59

-Where are you going?

0:07:590:08:00

-Where are you going?

-

-The School Games in Loughborough.

0:08:000:08:03

-I'll be competing

-from Friday to Sunday.

0:08:030:08:06

-How did you get into tennis?

0:08:070:08:09

-I played running tennis

-for 14 years.

0:08:100:08:14

-Then my disability got worse.

0:08:140:08:18

-So I then had to play

-in a wheelchair.

0:08:180:08:21

-Fran was a completely healthy child.

0:08:240:08:27

-She enjoyed taking part

-in all types of sport.

0:08:270:08:30

-I tried everything - gymnastics,

-tennis, football. Everything.

0:08:300:08:35

-And swimming.

0:08:360:08:37

-I stuck with tennis and swimming...

0:08:370:08:39

-..and did those

-when I was growing up.

0:08:400:08:42

-But then, life changed.

0:08:420:08:45

-In her early teens, she found out

-she had Elhers-Danlos Syndrome.

0:08:460:08:50

-It's a genetic disease...

0:08:510:08:53

-..which predominantly affects

-the arms and legs.

0:08:530:08:56

-This means that Fran has to

-sometimes use a wheelchair.

0:08:560:08:59

-My knees would hurt, then my legs.

0:09:020:09:05

-I would fall over

-while playing tennis.

0:09:060:09:08

-When I swam, everything hurt.

0:09:080:09:10

-It felt as though everything

-was being pulled out of place.

0:09:100:09:14

-Especially with breaststroke.

-That was very difficult.

0:09:140:09:17

-I stopped doing everything

-all at once.

0:09:170:09:21

-The most difficult thing

-is when you develop a disability.

0:09:230:09:27

-It's different to being born

-with a disability.

0:09:270:09:31

-You feel different

-and you don't feel like yourself.

0:09:310:09:34

-I also have

-chronic fatigue syndrome.

0:09:350:09:37

-It affects my energy levels

-all the time.

0:09:370:09:41

-It can be hard to get out of bed.

0:09:410:09:43

-I was just sad all the time

-because I didn't know what to do.

0:09:430:09:46

-I wasn't doing anything

-with my life. It was hard.

0:09:470:09:49

-But this year, my health

-hasn't worsened or improved.

0:09:500:09:53

-I've been quite lucky this year.

0:09:530:09:55

-Now I feel that I'm more in control.

-I can do more with my life.

0:09:560:10:01

-That's why I've gone back to sport.

-I know what's good for me.

0:10:010:10:04

-I'm just going to play tennis.

0:10:050:10:07

-It helps with my mental health too,

-not just my physical health.

0:10:080:10:12

-Fran isn't the only member of her

-family to deal with disability.

0:10:170:10:22

-You knew exactly what positions you

-had to be in which was really good.

0:10:230:10:29

-Debbie, Fran's mother,

-has transverse myelitis...

0:10:290:10:33

-..a disease that affects the spine.

0:10:330:10:36

-As a result, she has lost one

-of her legs and, unlike Fran...

0:10:370:10:40

-..uses a wheelchair all the time.

0:10:410:10:44

-Because I have a disabled mother...

0:10:440:10:46

-..I often don't see

-people's disabilities.

0:10:460:10:49

-When we go to Tesco or something,

-people will look at her leg.

0:10:490:10:54

-I don't see it

-because I've grown up with it.

0:10:540:10:56

-It's easy for me. If someone has

-a disability, it doesn't worry me.

0:10:570:11:01

-They're just a person.

0:11:010:11:02

-Debbie and Fran

-also give a lot of their time...

0:11:070:11:09

-..to volunteer with disabled people.

0:11:090:11:12

-Fran won the award for Young

-Volunteer of the Year...

0:11:120:11:15

-..by the Lord's Taverners.

0:11:160:11:18

-As we saw earlier,

-Debbie was recognized...

0:11:190:11:21

-..at the Disability Sport Wales

-awards night...

0:11:220:11:24

-..for her work

-as a wheelchair basketball coach.

0:11:250:11:27

-But Fran isn't thinking

-about volunteering at the moment.

0:11:290:11:33

-The weekend of the School Games

-is coming up.

0:11:330:11:36

-What kind of competitions

-will you be doing?

0:11:360:11:40

-I will be doing singles and doubles.

0:11:400:11:42

-I'm lucky enough to have a partner

-who is also from Wales.

0:11:430:11:46

-I want the gold medal in the singles

-and we want a medal in the doubles.

0:11:460:11:50

-A gold one would be nice!

-But we're just aiming for a medal.

0:11:500:11:54

-Well, I'm looking forward

-to watching you.

0:11:550:11:57

-Good luck to you.

-I'm sure you'll be fantastic.

0:11:580:12:01

-In Part Two, I'll be in Loughborough

-to see how Fran gets on...

0:12:020:12:05

-..at the UK School Games.

0:12:060:12:08

-I want a gold medal.

0:12:080:12:10

-I'll chat to Gerwyn Owen...

0:12:110:12:12

-..who's on the lookout for

-the medal winners of the future...

0:12:130:12:16

-..as he works with some of Wales'

-most promising young athletes.

0:12:170:12:20

0:12:240:12:26

-There are many talented athletes

-around.

0:12:320:12:35

-The discovery and development

-of that talent is important.

0:12:350:12:39

-That's what Gerwyn Owen does...

0:12:390:12:41

-..as Performance Director

-with Disability Sport Wales.

0:12:420:12:45

-Hey, James. How are you?

0:12:470:12:48

-I'm fine, thanks.

0:12:480:12:49

-Good journey?

0:12:500:12:50

-Good journey?

-

-Yes, thanks.

0:12:500:12:51

-Cuppa?

0:12:520:12:52

-Cuppa?

-

-Yes, please.

0:12:520:12:53

-I've known Gerwyn for years.

0:12:540:12:56

-He helped me a lot when I used to

-compete in badminton.

0:12:560:13:00

-He still helps others

-in the same way.

0:13:000:13:03

-What exactly is your role

-with Disability Sport Wales?

0:13:040:13:07

-Discovering talent,

-working with that talent...

0:13:080:13:12

-..and getting them into the Wales

-and GB paralympic teams.

0:13:120:13:16

-The most important thing is that

-we're out there, all over Wales...

0:13:160:13:20

-..offering opportunities.

0:13:200:13:22

-Part of our work is ensuring

-that there are clubs...

0:13:220:13:26

-..providing opportunities

-for disabled people...

0:13:260:13:29

-..to take part in sport.

0:13:290:13:31

-There are many volunteers as well.

0:13:310:13:33

-Yes, there are over 5,000 volunteers

-in the clubs...

0:13:340:13:37

-..offering these opportunities.

0:13:370:13:40

-Without those volunteers,

-these clubs would not exist.

0:13:400:13:43

-Is there a team that goes around

-Wales to help you spot the talent?

0:13:440:13:48

-Yes, we're quite lucky

-because the team is growing.

0:13:480:13:52

-We have Nathan Stephens

-and Gemma Cutter...

0:13:520:13:54

-..on the road all day every day

-looking for new talent.

0:13:550:13:58

-They're making sure we'll continue

-with our past successes...

0:13:590:14:02

-..with great athletes such as Aled

-Sion Davies and Tanni Grey-Thompson.

0:14:030:14:07

-We want more athletes

-achieving that goal.

0:14:070:14:11

-How do you know

-that someone has potential?

0:14:130:14:15

-They must have talent

-in the sport they're doing.

0:14:160:14:19

-Their attitude and personality

-are also important.

0:14:190:14:23

-It's not just about

-being good at sport.

0:14:250:14:27

-They have to cope with

-the pressure that comes with it.

0:14:280:14:31

-They have to listen to the coaches.

0:14:320:14:35

-They also must have good support

-from friends and family.

0:14:350:14:39

-There it is!

-That's a gold medal to him.

0:14:400:14:42

-He's gone from fifth to first

-in the space of four years.

0:14:420:14:45

-After you've spotted someone that

-has potential, what happens next?

0:14:470:14:52

-We must ensure

-that they have local support.

0:14:520:14:55

-We make sure there is

-a suitable coach and club.

0:14:560:14:58

-They need regional opportunities.

0:14:580:15:01

-They need to compete at regional

-and national level within Wales.

0:15:010:15:05

-From there, we look at

-international opportunities...

0:15:060:15:10

-..to ensure they can show

-their talent to British teams.

0:15:100:15:14

-When athletes compete, they have to

-go through an assessment..

0:15:140:15:19

-..to go into classification.

0:15:190:15:21

-For example,

-Ellie Simmonds is S6 in swimming.

0:15:220:15:25

-Aled Sion Davies is F42

-in athletics.

0:15:250:15:28

-How does that work?

0:15:280:15:30

-It's complicated.

-There are three elements.

0:15:300:15:33

-Physical, sensory

-and intellectual function.

0:15:340:15:37

-They are assessed

-and placed into groups...

0:15:370:15:41

-..so that they compete

-at the same level.

0:15:410:15:44

-For example, Ellie Simmonds is S6.

0:15:450:15:48

-S stands for swimming and 6 is the

-group for athletes with dwarfism.

0:15:480:15:54

-After every Paralympic Games,

-they review the structure...

0:15:550:15:58

-..to see if any changes are needed

-and if new technology can be used.

0:15:580:16:03

-You've worked in this field

-for about 15 years.

0:16:040:16:06

-What are the changes you've seen?

0:16:070:16:09

-There have been huge changes.

0:16:100:16:12

-Opportunities for disabled people

-to take part in sports...

0:16:120:16:15

-..have risen dramatically.

0:16:160:16:17

-In 2002, there were about 1,800

-opportunities...

0:16:180:16:20

-..for disabled people

-to take part in sport.

0:16:210:16:23

-Now, there are about 1.4 million.

0:16:230:16:27

-We have more athletes

-competing on an international level.

0:16:270:16:31

-We have more medals

-coming back to Wales.

0:16:310:16:33

-The main change is people's

-attitude towards disabled people.

0:16:340:16:38

-Not just those taking part in sport,

-but disabled people in general.

0:16:380:16:43

-The 2012 Paralympic Games

-contributed to that.

0:16:440:16:49

-The GB team was very successful.

0:16:490:16:52

-From the world

-of the Paralympic Games...

0:17:010:17:04

-..to the School Games

-in the Midlands.

0:17:040:17:07

-We're at Loughborough University.

0:17:110:17:14

-We've come to the UK School Games.

0:17:140:17:18

-I've come to watch Fran Smith

-playing Wheelchair Tennis.

0:17:180:17:23

-I'm really looking forward to it.

0:17:230:17:26

-These Games provide

-Olympic experience...

0:17:260:17:29

-..to elite school-aged athletes,

-both disabled and non-disabled.

0:17:290:17:34

-This year, they competed

-in eleven different disciplines.

0:17:340:17:39

-There were competitions for

-disabled pupils in seven of those.

0:17:390:17:44

-The best athletes from across the UK

-came to make an impression.

0:17:450:17:49

-Fran Smith from Caernarfon

-was one of them.

0:17:500:17:52

-How are you feeling this morning?

0:17:540:17:55

-How are you feeling this morning?

-

-I feel OK.

0:17:550:17:57

-I've been practising all morning.

-I feel ready.

0:17:570:18:00

-How important are these Games

-for you?

0:18:000:18:02

-I want a gold medal!

0:18:040:18:06

-It's also an opportunity

-for people to spot talent...

0:18:060:18:11

-..so that athletes

-can go on to do more.

0:18:110:18:13

-They may also be able to get

-sponsorship money.

0:18:140:18:16

-Good luck to you today. Enjoy!

0:18:170:18:19

-Go for gold!

0:18:190:18:20

-Go for gold!

-

-Thank you!

0:18:200:18:21

-In the first singles match...

0:18:240:18:26

-..Fran played against Megan Bradley

-from England.

0:18:270:18:30

-Fran won the first set

-by 4 games to 0.

0:18:310:18:34

-Fran was on fire!

0:18:350:18:37

-She won the second set

-by 4 games to 1...

0:18:370:18:41

-..to qualify for the next round.

0:18:410:18:43

-A good start.

0:18:440:18:46

-She's a very good player.

0:18:480:18:51

-You can see that she has

-a lot of strength in the arms.

0:18:510:18:54

-Her forehand is very strong.

0:18:540:18:57

-She hits the ball hard.

0:18:570:18:59

-She's quite fast in her chair

-as well.

0:18:590:19:01

-I've learned a lot today.

0:19:010:19:03

-I've never sat down to watch

-wheelchair tennis like this before.

0:19:040:19:09

-On to the doubles next.

0:19:110:19:13

-Fran and her partner Lilly played

-Jade and Ellie from Scotland.

0:19:130:19:17

-The two girls from Wales

-obviously understood each other.

0:19:210:19:25

-They worked well as a team.

0:19:260:19:28

-They won by 2 sets to 1.

0:19:320:19:35

-Well done.

0:19:370:19:38

-How does it feel?

0:19:380:19:40

-Great.

0:19:410:19:42

-Our goal for today

-was winning the first match.

0:19:420:19:46

-Two out of two for you.

0:19:470:19:49

-It feels amazing.

0:19:490:19:51

-It's always difficult playing

-with someone.

0:19:520:19:54

-Everyone has a different style.

0:19:540:19:56

-But that was a really good game,

-especially to start off.

0:19:570:20:01

-What will you do now

-to prepare for tomorrow?

0:20:010:20:04

-Sleep - a lot!

0:20:040:20:05

-The next rounds were held outdoors.

0:20:080:20:11

-By the third day,

-Fran had qualified for two finals.

0:20:120:20:16

-But how does she feel before

-important games such as these?

0:20:160:20:20

-I still get nervous but I'm better

-because I know what to expect.

0:20:220:20:25

-When I play,

-I don't look at the crowd at all.

0:20:260:20:29

-I just concentrate on the person

-in front of me - my opponent.

0:20:300:20:34

-Abbie Breakwell was her opponent

-in the singles final.

0:20:340:20:39

-It was a very close game.

0:20:390:20:41

-But Fran was the winner.

0:20:430:20:46

-One gold medal

-was safe round her neck!

0:20:460:20:49

-On to the doubles final.

0:20:510:20:53

-This was broadcast live

-on the Internet.

0:20:540:20:56

-It's the gold and silver

-medal match...

0:20:570:20:59

-..between Lilly Folland

-and Fran Smith of Wales...

0:20:590:21:02

-..up against Ruby Bishop

-and Martha Harris of England.

0:21:020:21:06

-I'm a really competitive person.

0:21:070:21:09

-I wasn't before.

-It was just for fun before.

0:21:100:21:14

-But now I really want to

-do something with it.

0:21:140:21:18

-I want to go far.

0:21:180:21:20

-I want to win whatever I do.

0:21:210:21:23

-In the end, the final was easier

-for Fran and Lilly.

0:21:240:21:28

-They reached match point

-without losing any games.

0:21:290:21:32

-Deep from Fran Smith.

0:21:330:21:34

-High back from Harris.

-Fran Smith coming into the net.

0:21:340:21:38

-That is a beautiful shot

-to win the match from Fran Smith.

0:21:380:21:42

-Quite a comfortable win and the two

-Welsh women were clearly overjoyed.

0:21:440:21:49

-This was Fran's second gold medal.

0:21:510:21:55

-There was much celebration

-at the Arfon Tennis Centre...

0:21:590:22:03

-..when the staff welcomed her home.

0:22:030:22:06

-Everyone wanted to hold the medals.

0:22:060:22:09

-Well done.

0:22:090:22:09

-Well done.

-

-Thank you.

0:22:090:22:11

-Well done!

0:22:110:22:13

-Well done. Can I see?

0:22:150:22:17

-How did it go?

0:22:170:22:18

-Fine.

0:22:190:22:20

-Well, hello.

0:22:220:22:24

-Big congratulations to you.

0:22:240:22:26

-Well done. Can I see?

0:22:260:22:28

-How do you feel?

0:22:280:22:30

-Amazing.

-It's brilliant getting two golds.

0:22:310:22:34

-For the whole of Britain.

0:22:340:22:36

-For the whole of Britain.

-

-Yes.

0:22:360:22:37

-Putting Wales on the map.

0:22:370:22:39

-There were so many cameras,

-so it was a good feeling.

0:22:390:22:42

-They're quite heavy! Well done you.

0:22:430:22:45

-Fran has just started studying

-Psychology at Cardiff University.

0:22:480:22:52

-This also gives her a chance to

-train with elite Welsh athletes.

0:22:520:22:56

-But what are her plans

-for the future?

0:22:560:22:59

-I want to do well at university

-and finish my course.

0:23:000:23:03

-I'll be training there...

0:23:030:23:05

-..and I want to do many more

-competitions and tournaments.

0:23:050:23:09

-I hope to go to the Paralympics.

0:23:090:23:12

-If I don't make it

-to the next ones in Tokyo...

0:23:120:23:15

-..I'll work towards

-the ones after that.

0:23:150:23:18

-But it's just a matter

-of carrying on, practising hard...

0:23:180:23:21

-..competing and see what happens.

0:23:220:23:24

-I'm sure we'll see Fran's name on

-the international stage very soon!
