-It felt as though everything -was being pulled out of place. | 0:09:10 | 0:09:14

-Because I have a disabled mother... | 0:10:44 | 0:10:46
-..I often don't see -people's disabilities. | 0:10:46 | 0:10:49
-When we go to Tesco or something, -people will look at her leg. | 0:10:49 | 0:10:54
-I don't see it -because I've grown up with it. | 0:10:54 | 0:10:56
-It's easy for me. If someone has -a disability, it doesn't worry me. | 0:10:57 | 0:11:01
-They're just a person. | 0:11:01 | 0:11:02

-He's gone from fifth to first -in the space of four years. | 0:14:42 | 0:14:45
-After you've spotted someone that -has potential, what happens next? | 0:14:47 | 0:14:52
-We must ensure -that they have local support. | 0:14:52 | 0:14:55
-We make sure there is -a suitable coach and club. | 0:14:56 | 0:14:58
-They need regional opportunities. | 0:14:58 | 0:15:01
-They need to compete at regional -and national level within Wales. | 0:15:01 | 0:15:05
-From there, we look at -international opportunities... | 0:15:06 | 0:15:10
-..to ensure they can show -their talent to British teams. | 0:15:10 | 0:15:14
-When athletes compete, they have to -go through an assessment.. | 0:15:14 | 0:15:19
-..to go into classification. | 0:15:19 | 0:15:21
-For example, -Ellie Simmonds is S6 in swimming. | 0:15:22 | 0:15:25

-It's complicated. -There are three elements. | 0:15:30 | 0:15:33
-Physical, sensory -and intellectual function. | 0:15:34 | 0:15:37
-They are assessed -and placed into groups... | 0:15:37 | 0:15:41
-..so that they compete -at the same level. | 0:15:41 | 0:15:44

-..to see if any changes are needed -and if new technology can be used. | 0:15:58 | 0:16:03
-You've worked in this field -for about 15 years. | 0:16:04 | 0:16:06
-What are the changes you've seen? | 0:16:07 | 0:16:09

-Opportunities for disabled people -to take part in sports... | 0:16:12 | 0:16:15
-..have risen dramatically. | 0:16:16 | 0:16:17
-In 2002, there were about 1,800 -opportunities... | 0:16:18 | 0:16:20
-..for disabled people -to take part in sport. | 0:16:21 | 0:16:23
-Now, there are about 1.4 million. | 0:16:23 | 0:16:27
-We have more athletes -competing on an international level. | 0:16:27 | 0:16:31
-We have more medals -coming back to Wales. | 0:16:31 | 0:16:33
-The main change is people's -attitude towards disabled people. | 0:16:34 | 0:16:38
-Not just those taking part in sport, -but disabled people in general. | 0:16:38 | 0:16:43
-The 2012 Paralympic Games -contributed to that. | 0:16:44 | 0:16:49
-The GB team was very successful. | 0:16:49 | 0:16:52
-From the world -of the Paralympic Games... | 0:17:01 | 0:17:04
-..to the School Games -in the Midlands. | 0:17:04 | 0:17:07
-We're at Loughborough University. | 0:17:11 | 0:17:14

-..so that athletes -can go on to do more. | 0:18:11 | 0:18:13
-They may also be able to get -sponsorship money. | 0:18:14 | 0:18:16
