-The first dish is

-for a chicken cobbler.

-You can serve it with a salad.

-It's as nutritious

-as a Sunday lunch.

-I've got four to six breasts

-of chickens.

-This is enough for four people.

-I've browned them in some olive oil.

-Slice one onion and garlic.

-It depends on how much

-you like garlic.

-We've also got a leek.

-You need to slice the leek.

-Use the tender section of the leek.

-Wash the leek under water.

-I'm too lazy to rinse my vegetables!

-You have to consider ecoli, Owain!

-Nobody go to Owain's for food!

-Fry the ingredients.

-The chicken has been browned.

-Add a tablespoon of plain flour

-to this casserole dish.

-You don't want any lumps.

-It needs to be mixed reguarly.

-Add 400g of stock.

-Next, we have some double cream.

-is made from chicken bones.

-You need 100ml of double cream.

-Allow to simmer.

-Add some fresh thyme.

-Pour in 259g of frozen peas.

-Allow it to simmer.

-you need 135g of plain flour.

-Take one teaspoon of baking powder.

-You need 85ml of buttermilk.

-You can also use milk and lemon

-juice instead of buttermilk.

-The acid in the lemon helps.

-Crack one egg into the mixture.

-Chives add some flavour.

-You can add cheese to flavour it.

-Aunty Petra lived in Aberystwyth and

-she received this as a wedding gift.

-But it belonged to the family

-Next, we have chocolate

-Easter egg biscuits.

-Take 170g of butter.

-Ensure that the butter is melted.

-Use 250g of plain flour.

-You need half a teaspoon

-of bicarbonate of soda.

-Use 200g of dark brown sugar.

-Add 100g caster sugar.

-The caster sugar

-will make the biscuit crispy.

-Mix all the ingredients.

-Bind with one egg and egg white.

-Beat the eggs firsts.

-You need 200g of crushed mini eggs.

-I would have already eaten them all.

-I did bring more but

-they have disappeared!

-Add 125g of chocolate pieces.

-Mix them together.

-Add the egg gradually.

-We don't want to much air

-in the mixture.

-It's different to making a cake.

-This will make 20 biscuits.

-The biscuits will keep in a tin but

-I would eat them fresh.

-They will go quickly over Easter.

-You need a tablsepoon

-of vanilla essence.

-Give it all a mix again.

-Place the oven at 170C

-or gas mark 3.

-There's greaseproof paper.

-You don't want to use foil as it

-will stick to the biscuits.

-Add the mini eggs and chocolate

-to the mixer bowl.

-You can make big or small biscuits.

-You need two tablsepoons

-for the big biscuits.

-Bake for 15 minutes

-for big biscuits.

-It will be 7 minutes

-for the smaller biscuits.

-You don't need to press them down.

-Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

-They are ready for us to sample.
