Grand Final Results Strictly Come Dancing

After three incredible months in the ballroom the time has come. Our

four finalists have each performed twice and you have cast your votes.

One couple is about to leave the competition. The other three will

battle on with one final dance. But who will be crowned 2012 champions?

APPLAUSE AND CHEERING Here's their Strictly story.

When we are on the dance floor and you are in Strictly it's the most

exciting feeling. I have always had Strictly envoy watching other --

envy watching other people dancing and I never really felt brave

enough to do it before. Being there with the audience and the judges, I

mean I have watched it on TV for so long, it's kind of surreal. Me and

James haven't really had the smoothest of rides on this show.

Everything started really well. That was my cup of tea. Then we had

mishaps and things went wrong. I got my heel caught in this. Then we

have been in the dance-off twice. But I think that is also the joy of

this show, because it keeps you on your toes. We never thought we

would make the final, we hoped we would make the final. My favourite

moment on Strictly is when we danced the salsa and James forgot

the moves. I remember saying to Denise, don't worry, don't worry!

will get us out of this. There have been times during this competition

that have been really hard. James has been a massive support to me.

He's always been there to pick me up. I don't mean throw me into a

lift, I mean lifted my spirits. have loved the whole experience

with her. The highs and the lows. So, for our favourite dance I left

that down to Denise. She decided that she wanted to choose the

Charleston. We wanted to do something that would really get the

audience going and it's definitely that sort of dance where you can

just go for it and have a really good time. She loved the dance. At

Wembley, with 6,000 other people, the judges really highly praised us.

The best Charleston I have ever seen on Strictly. No 10 from Craig.

We are just hoping that we can get that all-important 10 from Craig

because then we will finish on a real high. The Charleston will be

our last dance together on the show, which is quite a sad thought, but I

couldn't think of a better person to be dancing that dance with.

things that I will miss most about training with James are the

laughter that we have because I literally have laughed every day in

training. I truly truly feel that I have met a friend for life. She's a

really, really wonderful person. Yeah, it's quite sad to think it's

going to be our last dance. Come on, let's go! Well done. Thank you. All

the hard work, all the bruises, all the injuries have led to this, our

final dance on Strictly. We are going to go out there and celebrate

My Strictly Come Dancing experience has been extremely special. I never,

ever thought that I would be taken by the Strictly Bargh quite the way

I have been. It is lies. Millions are watching and there is pressure

on you to make sure you do not let your partner down. Incandescent!

right from the start, I knew Kimberley could do great things

with dancing and my little job was just to make her believe in herself

as much as I believe in her. did not like my Max foxtrot very

much. Our expectations of you are huge and you have to do better than

that. It is hard to take criticism like that when you have worked so

hard but actually, it pushed me to make sure my next Baldwin Dance was

an improvement. Kimberley Walsh? No, Kimberly waltz. When we were in the

bottom two, I definitely thought my Strictly days were numbered. The

thought that it would have ended at that point was not a nice feeling.

The biggest turning point for us was when we got there first 10s,

four! I do feel a bit like the comeback Kid. I struggled through

for a little while. 10! suddenly I felt like I was on top

and it was like, how did we do this? I have definitely made a

friend for life in Pashtun. He has been the rock throughout this

entire experience -- Pasha. cannot imagine Strictly without

Kimberley this series. It feels we were a perfect couple because we

work so well together. Of course it would be very nice for me to win

the Strictly trophy but I am more thinking about how much I would

love Kimberley to hold on to that shiny glitterball. It would mean

the world to me to actually take the glitterball home. It has been

such an amazing experience and there would be no better way to

finish it off. For our favourite dance, we have

chosen the tangos from week eight. Our Strictly experience comes down

to this last, final dance. It is the last time I will get to dance

with passion or so I will enjoy Everything we have worked for, all

the time and effort, it all boils down to this weekend. Come on.

I have never seen anything quite like it. Kimberley! Kimberly!

What about that? Femme fatale. Strictly irresistible, glossy,

glamourous, dangerous, and a bloody good dancer! On a more serious note

my darling, in the last few weeks you really have blossomed. Not just

as a dancer but as a performer. I can't take my eyes are full view.

The most important thing in art is to forget where the technique

finishes and the performance starts, and you have done that, and it is a

That was 10 times better than the last time you dance steps. Honestly.

I cannot believe how you have completely came out and annihilated

I loved it. I thought, it is the last time we are going to do this

so I will go for it and I really did, I loved every second. I really

enjoyed it. You have given us the entire range of emotions tonight.

Moody! -- York tango says. That is exactly what they were looking for.

A You are very close to lifting the glitterball trophy. How much would

you like to win it? The experience has been incredible. I have learnt

so much and I feel so lucky to be here already. Obviously we all want

to win but we all deserve it and we have all worked so hard. I could

to your collection. With our favourite dance! That is why it is

so amazing. It doesn't get any better than that. That is what the

Not long to go now. Not long at all. Last to take to the floor with

their favourite dance, Louis and Flavia. Here is their Strictly

Coming off the back of the Olympics, having done so well, it is quite

easy to have a dip. Strictly was completely different to the Olympic

Games but has easily match the intensity of what the Olympic Games

offered. My Strictly experience has been brilliant, it really has, but

it has also been hard at times. I never thought I would get this far.

I knew it would be a challenge but I never thought I would be

practising for the final. If you want to do well in Strictly, you

cannot do it half-heartedly. It has been a beautiful combination of

hard work and fun and a lot of that comes down to the fact I was with

Flavia. She has be a fantastic. Louis has this poster boy image

that everybody sees, but deep down he is a very, very sweet, fun and

cheeky and lovable character. Before I met Flavia, the only dance

I could do was the moonwalk. To go from that to get at 10 in the

foxtrot, I think how brilliantly Flavia has done for me. He has had

so many challengers. You can go no further unless you give yourself up.

He has had so much expectation with the judges. You can do better.

he has done it brilliantly. One of my favourite moments in Strictly

was Hallowe'en. Not only was the production massive, I was

performing the tango, one of Flavia's favourite dancers, and to

get one of the best scores was nice, because we had not been getting the

best cause so it was nice to be Flavia a pat on the back. My time

on Strictly has been a massive journey. Ups and downs, such hard

work, but the enjoyment and excitement that you get, there is

no other reward like that Rostock it is brilliant. It really is.

Having spent such a long time with somebody training them, that last

dance is always going to be emotional. The darts is the

Charleston. It is the first time I came out of my shell -- and the

dance. It was a turning point when it comes to performance. It was an

epiphany I had. It was the point things changed. Everybody goes

through it when it steps up and that was my moment so it makes

sense to finish on match routine, because I loved it and everybody

seemed to have a good time. That was it, Louis, the last training

Flavia has put so much time and effort in me and I want to go and

that you add the cheeky Louis into your performance. It was missing at

the beginning, but wow, you have got everything now. The performance,

Amazing show tonight. Strictly 2012 sparked into action over three

months ago with our best line-up ever. See them here. We couldn't

end the series without inviting back all our stars for one more

spin on the dance floor. First, let's see what taking part in the

nation's favourite TV show has meant to them.

Strictly gives you - you can still have a go and I was determined to

let them know I could do it. The amazing thing when I did dance is I

wasn't nervous. Whatever happens from now on I can always say I was

part of Strictly 2012. I loved every minute of it. I thought it

was great. The dancing was fantastic fun. I love Anton. He is

such a wonderful dancer to watch. I think I will remember this forever.

The first two weeks were just incredible. I am getting goosebumps

now. I had never experienced anything like that in the whole of

my career. I can honestly say hand on heart it was completely

overwhelming and that - I will hold with me for the rest of my life.

When you do Strictly I don't think anybody will question this, there

are moments that you will never experience anywhere else and that's

the truth. I am proud of myself. I conquered a fear. I conquered my

nerves and I learned a lot. Everything about it is like living

in a snowdome. It's lovely. Dusting the judges was great fun. I went

out on the salsa and that was the one to go out on, which was the

best one really. In a pink frock! Strictly above all things has given

me courage and not just necessarily with regard to the dancing, but

it's shown that against all odds you can go out there and do

something you never thought or never dreamed possible. The best

best time I have ever had with my clothes on! No, you can't use that!

Doing Strictly after the Olympics has definitely topped off a great

year. I do think I am a little bit crazy for doing it but I am really

proud of myself. Maybe I am not a confident dancer, but I am

definitely a more confident person for trying it.

If I could describe Strictly in one word it would be ffab-u-lous!

Strictly Come Dancing is up there with one of the highlights in my

career. Having done years in Westlife it's amazing in the street

people want to speak to you about Strictly. It's unique. Strictly has

given me one of the best friends I could wish to have and that's Robin.

To the day I die I will never have an experience like I felt dancing

with Robin at Wembley. It's been really the best time of my life.

Lisa, a safe to say you more than anyone absolutely loved your time

on Strictly. What is it like tonight? It has been amazing and to

watch everyone, they are so talented. And it was so nice to

The Victoria Pendleton was fantastic at the Olympics but not

great on the dancefloor. Oh my God, I was not expecting that. I think

it is Louis's big muscles that I liked. Definitely. He has got a

good physique, but then so do the professionals. Without a top on, oh

my God! For Artem. It is like looking in the mirror. Big girls,

yeah! Your personality could not be brighter, I need to wear shades.

You thought she could not get any better and then, bang! When you

dropped down into the splits are thought I was going to have a

coronary! It was eye-watering. made me cross my legs, I am not

joking! I thought the hello Weem Daz was awesome. -- Hallowe'en

really nice. When Kimberley got four 10s, it was fantastic. I am

done some amazing tricks. Flips and splits, it did it for me.
