Hello and welcome to our Musicals Results show.

What an incredible opening to the show.

A huge thank you to our professional dancers joined by

the cast of The Lion King - currently playing in the

Saturday night saw our six couples take to the

stage and high kick their way through the

It was a night full of surprises and all change at the top of the

leaderboard. But sadly with only five places

available in next week's show, one Your votes have been combined with

the judges' scores and the two couples with

the lowest overall points will face Their fate then lies in the hands

of four people who know how to make Len Goodman and Bruno Tonioli

and Craig Revel Horwood and Also on the bill tonight,

performing a classic from The Wizard And the judges will be taking

another look Soon we'll reveal the first

couple to face the dance-off. But before that,

here's a look back at Saturday's It's week 11 on Strictly Come

Dancing. Not only is it the quarterfinals, it's also Musicals

Week. It's quarterfinals. I cannot believe

I'm here and wearing a wig. The stand soared really high. I think

everybody has upped their game this week. This week I'm trying hard to

look like a scruffy musician. Watch this space, there is going to be

quite the transformation. It's nearly showtime.

It feels like I'm in a musical. Nobody can call who is going to be

in the dance-off tonight. I just hope it is not me. This is going to

be the best night of the series. Good luck everybody. Come on. Let's

dance. Ladies and gentlemen, please take your seats, the performance is

about to begin. You were a picture of loveliness out there. It was

brilliant. Well done. That's exactly what we want from you. The

confidence, you oozed. It was brilliant. Fabulous movement.

Beautiful lines. A very, very accomplished performance. Thank you.

Well done. Good job. I like it when you are happy.

This dance has exposed all your weak points. It exposed the fact that

your feet were flexed, that you have a tendency towards pigeon toes. At

times your footwork got a little bit behind and a little bit sloppy. You

worked hard, it was hard. It wasn't easy. It was crazy at one point.

That's the only thing I felt that maybe you weren't on top of it all.

Very strong, very impactful. Be careful of balance issues. You have

to keep the strength all the way through, in spite of everything

going on around you. You know I could have done it better. I wish I

had for Aljaz. I thought it was absolutely delightful. In fact, I'd

go as far to say enchanting. There were beautiful moments when you

hovered in every transition. Beautiful.

Belle. It was like a knees up down the Old Vic. It was great. Not

elegant had absolutely no class darling and was commons a, as inyou

know, what LOVED it. -- common as, and you know what. You

brought tears to my eyes. It was fabulous. You have done an amazing

job, with an extremely difficult dance. Tonight you have convinced me

you are a terrific dancer. 10. What a night of pure theatre. Here

is how the leaderboard looks after Saturday's performances. Up at the

top we have Jay and Aliona and at the bottom Anita and Gleb. Have your

votes at home change everything? With just five places left in next

week's semifinal, no-one wants the curtain to come down just yet. The

results are in. In no particular order, the first

couple safely through to next week is...

fight for survival in the dance-off is...

Helen and Aljaz. The rest of you, I'm afraid, will have to wait a bit

longer to find out if you are safe. Helen and Aljaz, please come and

join me. Goodness me. None of us saw this coming. Not at all. Top.

Leaderboard last week, dance-off this week. How are you feeling?

Nervous about doing it again. But love doing it. I'm proud of Aljaz

for choreographing such a wonderful number. I love doing it. He is so

clever. And you two have been great together. Let's go to the judges for

advice. Craig, you said Helen made a mistake at the beginning of the

routine and had balance issues at the end. If she can fix those, does

she skr a chance of surviving? Absolutely. I mean this is a

fantastic and incredible routine. You are going to get the opportunity

to come on, do it again and be better. You know, you are suchal

brilliant dancer, you really, really are. -- you are such a brilliant

dancer. It is shocking to see you here at this point. We wish you the

best of luck. There is a lot resting on this dance-off, a place in the

semis. Over to you, Claudia. I'm joined by two semifinalists. I have

to say, they are shaking and happiness. You were in the dance-off

last week. Did you think - I'm going to do this dance again? I really did

think we were going to be in the dance-off again. We are the only

couple left in this competition that have been in the dance-off and we

have been in it twice. We were pretty convinced. How does it feel

to be a semifinalist? Oh, I'm very excited. Trying not to get over

excited but I am really, really happy. I can tell. Two dances next

week. With this girl's schedule, how will that work? I have absolutely no

idea. No sleep for either of using. Jay, you also have two dance,

Viennese waltz I believe and the Charleston. Two completely different

dances. How are you going to fit both of those in? I think we'll put

in the hours, work dusk till dawn. I like because they are quite

different, I won't mix them up. I think you could mix them up again.

Yes, smile, did the splits, fan. Alyoenia, you have been with this

boy 11 weeks. How much has he changed? He is still the same Jay

but a dancer and performer he has grown so much. I'm proud that

everything he worked on and how hard he worked on everything and everyone

will appreciate that, and that's rewarding. Well, huge

congratulations. He is so cute! Well done. Time for some music with

is now time to welcome our Barry and Rossi, and the others! It is the

judges! This is when you can expand a little

on what you might have said on Saturday night. Can we do this

alone?! No! Welcome, Len's Lens. First things first, Len, it was

quite a lively panel, I think we are all agreed, on Saturday night. Here

is a reminder. It has to be cut like knives! Sorry! But you know... What

can I say?! Give over! Go and have a shave! Let's talk about Jay and

Aliona. Because Len's Lens was focusing just on his feet. Know

he'll lead. This is a variation on a step called the sliding doors. It is

a basic step. Watch his feet, from the toe to the ball and then onto

the... There he goes. And this is perfect rumba technique. It's as

though you are pushing a match. I used to put matches on the floor for

my kids and get them to just push through and get that lovely toe-ball

feeling. He did it beautifully just when you think he has got all of the

other bits and pieces to remember as well - I congratulate him. Thank you

so much. RC, I would like to talk to you about Helen. You have said

before that her legs are too straight. Did you want more shape?

This girl has so much beautiful posture. She is so divine in

ballroom but this is difficult. I would like more exaggeration, more

curves, more shape in the arms, everything. She could use her waist

more. Show us...? It is all of that. Don't you start! Don't get me going!

It was still a beautiful dance but we just want more because we have

such high expectations. Quite pernickety on Saturday if you do not

mind me saying. Craig, I know that sometimes you can be obsessed by

hands. I am. In the quarterfinal, let's have a look at the girls in

the ballroom. Isn't it lovely when you see a beautiful hand just set

deliciously on the end of someone's shoulder? It is lovely. Because you

like it placed. I know at the beginning of the competition, you

are just like, holding on! We are getting really precise now. Here is

a clip. That's the spirit! There you go! I

know you loved it. Thank you so much. The judges! So far, two

couples have secured their place in the competition. But who will join

them? Of the three remaining couples, two of them will make it

through to the semifinal. One will face Helen and Aljaz in the

dance-off. It is the moment of truth. In no particular order,

safely through to next week are... So that means, Georgia and Giovanni

and Katie and Anton, one of you is through to the semifinal and one of

you is in the dance-off. I can reveal that the couple who will

compete in the dance-off is... Georgia and Giovanni. So, Katie and

Anton, congratulations, you are through to next Saturday. Georgia

and Giovanni, please come and join me. Come on over. You have been so

consistent in the competition. Are you shocked to be here right now?

Not at all. The standard is unbelievable this year. Everyone is

just amazing so... It is going to be close. So close, honestly. I have

had an amazing time so far so I am just turn my best. It is all I can

do. Bruno, what is your advice? I am completely shocked because you are

beautiful, you are equally as good in Latin and in ballroom. That dance

was beautiful. A tiny little flour maybe. But this is just like a tiny,

Tinie Tempah key on a diamond. You are shiny, beautiful and gorgeous.

Just go on and dance and enjoy it. You are great. It is never easy

being in this position. We wish you all the best of luck. See you later

in the dance-off. Over to Claudia. I am here with two more semifinalists.

I mean...! When you first signed up, Katie Derham, did you say to

your family, I will see you in about three weeks? And here you are in the

semifinals... I cannot believe it. I thought it would be a bit of an

autumnal prance, and here I am. I do not know when I will be doing my

Christmas shopping! But I am extremely excited. Look at his face!

He is properly in shock! You have never had a ten, ever. All right!

Don't have to bring that up! It is just a fact. You have two chances

next week, a waltz and a Charleston. Basically you will not be leaving

the training room? No, I am going to get a camp bed. But what a way to

spend your weekend, in the semifinal! Now, Anita Rani, did you

assume you would be in the dance-off? Of course. I just want to

say thank you so much for your support to everybody who voted. It

means so much. I am having the best time with Gleb. We have worked so

hard every week. I am just amazed, genuinely. Thank you. Let's see what

our couples have been up to with Zoe on It Takes Two. By Monday, there

will be five couples left, and here are five more good reasons to watch

It Takes Two. True or false? It is elegant, it is a simple... Angelic,

just like you! What I do is, I put a Len step in there. I want to Len to

be impressed! And that is just for starters. Give me five! See you

Monday! One of our couples would love to make it through to the

semifinal. Georgia and Giovanni, Helen and Aljaz, only one of you

will be there. On Saturday night said it was magical to do that

dance. Are you just going to try and recreate that magic now? I hope so.

To be able to dance on Strictly is amazing. It is every girl's dream. I

will do my best. You will be wonderful. You have become such

close friends, so what do you have to say? I just want to say, you were

absolutely amazing. Do it again like last night and that is it. Enormous

luck. Please get into position. Georgia and Giovanni! Good luck! We

are one week away from the semifinal. How much would it mean to

be there? It would mean a huge amount. My main concern is letting

my partner down. He is brilliant. But if I do go home, it would be

because a very worthy -- a very worthy winner would be staying. I

know you have got the perfect partner in Helen. How will you

advise her to get through this? She is definitely the perfect partner.

She has been pushing me to my limits every week. You have been an

absolute joy to be around and to work with. We are just going to go

out there and smash the paso doble, and that is it! I like the way he

said that! The competition has never been closer. Dancing first to keep

their place on Strictly, it is Georgia and Giovanni!

Georgia and Giovanni can do no more. Now dancing for a place in the

semifinal, it's Helen and Aljaz. CHEERING AND

APPLAUSE Well done to both couples. We'll now

find out by couple will be back to dance again next week. Judges, you

have seen both couples perform again in the dance-off. Based on that, it

is time to decide. I'm about to ask each of you the name of the couple

you think deserves to be saved and the reason why. The couple with the

most votes will stay in the competition, meaning the other

couple is sadly out of Strictly Come Dancing. In the event of a tie, head

judge Len, you will have the casting vote. Georgia and Giovanni and Helen

and Aljaz, this is it. Craig, who would you like to save and why? Can

I say, it wasn't the judges who put you here, it was the public. As far

as I'm concerned you are fantastic. Helen you were fantastic. But the

couple I'm going to save is Georgia and Giovanni.

Darcey, who do you think deserves to stay in the competition and why?

Well, I wish I didn't have to choose between you two. We have been so

fortunate because you have produced some stunning dances, both of you.

And I can only say the couple I would like to save is because they

have delivered technically and understood the style well and that

was Georgia and Giovanni. Two votes for you, Georgia and Giovanni. If

Bruno votes to save you, you are through to the semifinal. Bruno, who

do you want it stay in structly come dancing and why? Well, first I have

to say, both of your performances were wonderful. Completely different

and extremely power envelope their own way. Both of you should not be

here, but I have to choose the couple that added the extra polish

and finish that I found tonight beautiful to watch. Your lines

sweetie, darling, Georgia and Giovanni, you got that perfectly.

That means we are going to have to say goodbye to Helen and Aljaz. Come

and join us. Georgia and Giovanni, congratulations, we will see you in

next week's semifinal. Len, I know it makes no difference to the

result. I totally agree. Georgia and Giovanni deserve to be back. Thank

to see you go. You have given us so many memorable moments, like Darcey

said on the dance floor, what will you take away from your experience?

I have had the most amazing time. And spending this time with Aljaz,

he has been the most fantastic teacher but most of all friend. Also

I'm taking away a brilliant group of mates who I want to see in the

future and I flipping love this. Aljaz, are you going to miss

Monday's rehearsals? We are going back to rehearse. I have loved every

single week. You have mazed me with the level of your professionalism

and commitment to every single dance. It was a pure joy. Thank you

so much. Thank you. You have enjoyed every moment. Especially the

glamorous foxtrot as Marilyn Monroe, unforgettable. You have been

incredible. Thank you so much. Off you go and prepare for your last
