Week 7 Results Strictly Come Dancing

You gave us all the charm of the

silent movies.

I loved it, I thought

it was brilliant.

That was like ten

for me.

I would never let you pinged

my house but you can jive around my

kitchen any day of the week.

The

timing was fantastic and the

synchronicity was amazing.

It's

about having fun and going for it

and that's what we did.

You two were

like movie stars out there!

It was

amazing.

There was an incident on

the turn but apart from that nice

job.

Definitely going in the right

direction.

I just wish I had done

better.

So much in the air and

turning but you always managed to

catch.

Fabulous attitude, keep that

up.

You can do everything, at times

you have two let yourself go

especially in the salsa.

It was

clunky and a bit heavy.

We can see

what you are capable of.

The scores

were not great but I had fun, I

enjoyed it. This number is from a

drag act which is essentially what

we got tonight.

We ended up with

murder on the dance floor.

What can

I say? I will never forget this

dance.

It was a bit bouncy in areas,

generally it should be a lot more

flat.

It had too much attack, it

lacked grace, some things don't

always work out darling.

We are

still here, still alive and kicking.

You put it right in cha-cha-cha. You

are the dancing Queen, what an

opening.

The best cha-cha-cha this

season so far.

I am in absolute

shock.

Every week you are flying

high and that was just unbelievable.

I cannot believe it.

What an amazing night, the stars

have given it the very best in the

ballroom but who will remain in the

off. We are all shocked, how do you

feel?

Like I said, I feel like I

have let Janette down a little bit.

But we had fun. We will try and have

fun now.

We will just do it again.

Should we get some advice from these

four? This is his first time in the

dance off, what is your advice to

get through it?

My suggestion is you

not only focus on your technique,

don't overly focus, bring your

performing skills because you have

got exquisite performing skills and

just because it is ballroom it does

not mean it is devoid of energy.

Just go for it, do the best you can.

Great advice. Sprinkle that special

bit of magic. We wish you all the

I have four very happy couples who

survived the spotlight, it is your

birthday on Monday Susan, is this

the best present ever?

I am 43 on

Monday and it will be the best

birthday in 43 years because I get

to dance with this guy.

That's such

a sweet thing to say.

I don't want

anything else for my birthday than

to carry on dancing with this

gorgeous handsome young guy because

it's literally the best thing which

has ever happened to me.

happy, you both looked incredibly

shocked and relieved and the good

news is you are back to the ballroom

next week with the foxtrot. How

happy are you to still be in the

competition?

I don't know why but it

felt like that could be the one back

there, we were both a bit worried.

Again the people voting, it takes

you back, it's amazing. Very happy

to get back to ballroom. I am sure

the judges will be happy too.

on Saturday you do not have time to

explain the detail, this is your

To be picked up,

where there is some hesitation here

already, it's such a shame because

if you hesitate you have to go for

it, it's incredibly important you

focus and go for something, you do

not hesitate. So there was a bit of

fear there but it's about hitting

the position, you cannot be soft,

you have to be taught in the court

and shape herself and left out of

it. Not sink into it. Have to be

long and flat for him to be able to

have any resistance. If she starts

to have buckling then all the

support will buckle and you have a

clumsy left. This meant and

everything, all I'm saying, those

details are really important.

Never

before, never have you stood up,

walked around the desk and bowed at

the feet of a celebrity, the first

question is are you ill? And that's

I am

not ill, I was just taken away by

the routine, it was technically

brilliant. This is a ballroom tango,

it's not an Argentine tango with

cannot rely on that showbiz pizzazz

in this particular dance. You have

to be technically correct, you have

to be technically accurate and

remain level and be soft, and it was

brilliant. For us it's totally

thrilling.

The subtlety of the

interpretation, the quality of

movement, it was flawless.

It is

what professionals in force

throughout their careers, when you

see that happen in front of your

very eyes on a live show, we have to

applaud.

like to talk about Alexandra and

Gorka, people have found the cha-cha

so hard, it's been a stumbling block

but you said she was a goddess.

She

was, we keep talking about food

placemen -- foot placement, look how

precise and clean it is and when she

lets it go, oh my gosh she sells it.

She sells it with accuracy. All of

the power is directed and focused

and precise and she does exactly

what needs to be done, that is why

she got ten.

honestly one of the funniest moments

these guys, they brought the house

the night, which was wonderful to

see. But based purely on technique,

for me, the better dance of the

I didn't have to choose between

these two wonderful couples. I've so

enjoy their performances and both of

them improved their game. And the

couple I'd like to save, just on a

more assured performance, is Aston

Well I want

you both to stay if it was up to me

I would keep you both, because

you're both wonderful, both much

improved, you all seem to have

ironed out a lot of little problems

you had on Saturday night. One

couple really, I felt, transformed

the performance tonight. And it had

much more power, more impact, it

flowed more, for that reason, I

would like to save Aston and

Janette.

very difficult two fantastic

appear I get to see, and spend so

much time with them and learn from.

I've made some amazing friends.

Honestly, it's been amazing.

Personally for me the highlight was

in Movie Week dressed as trolls, it

was unforgettable.
