Hello and welcome to Tuesday's It Takes Two. Tonight, she nearly faced

:00:07.:00:13.

the final countdown but stole the show in the dance-off, Rachel and

:00:14.:00:19.

Pasha are here. He came out all guns blazing with a spicy salsa, it's Ben

:00:20.:00:24.

and Kristina. She's back with a mission, to make a dance dream come

:00:25.:00:29.

true, it's the gorgeous Natalie Lowe. And keeping the choreography

:00:30.:00:34.

corner shop open while Karen is away, it's Vincent and Flavia. Oh!

:00:35.:00:44.

Old friends. This is Strictly: It Takes Two.

:00:45.:01:24.

From London, this is Strictly: It Takes Two. Please welcome your host,

:01:25.:01:36.

Zoe Ball. Hello and welcome to It Takes Two,

:01:37.:01:39.

another Saturday gone and it's onwards and hopefully upwards as our

:01:40.:01:43.

couples prepare for their next dance, hoping for a reversal in

:01:44.:01:47.

fortune after finding themselves in the bottom two for the first time

:01:48.:01:51.

are Rachel and Pasha. Here's a reminder of what happened.

:01:52.:01:56.

Rachel, you tricky girl. You just about got away with it. You started

:01:57.:02:03.

off terrific. I thought this is going to be your best dance. As it

:02:04.:02:09.

went on you lost posture a bit. Work on the control. Control and

:02:10.:02:14.

strength. That was hard and you did a very good job, strengthen that

:02:15.:02:18.

core and everything will have much more improvement. We got through

:02:19.:02:28.

learning steps before we got time to polish. That's the nature of

:02:29.:02:31.

Strictly. You get a few days and you are out there in front of millions.

:02:32.:02:37.

We will find out which of you will be back to dance next week. Rachel

:02:38.:02:44.

and Pasha. Rachel and Pasha. Rachel and Pasha. Please welcome Rachel and

:02:45.:02:54.

Pasha. We're back! Thank goodness for that. You made it through after

:02:55.:02:59.

the bottom two shocker. Were you as shocked as we were watching at home?

:03:00.:03:03.

I saw my Strictly life flash before my eyes, I thought we were going

:03:04.:03:08.

home. She was like, I don't want to go home. You have to go home tonight

:03:09.:03:12.

anyway! You don't want to go home, home. We are laughing at your

:03:13.:03:16.

serious face waiting for the results. I can be serious sometimes.

:03:17.:03:20.

It's a serious business. It's horrible. We can see how emotional

:03:21.:03:26.

you were, first after the dance-off and then getting the vote to go

:03:27.:03:30.

through. How much did it mean to stay in the competition? I wasn't

:03:31.:03:35.

expecting it. I know what we have coming up, there's so many more

:03:36.:03:39.

dances I want to do and I felt like I let him down because I did a bad

:03:40.:03:44.

performance on the night and I was gutted. I am loving it so much, it's

:03:45.:03:47.

taking over everything. I have fallen in love with it, I have the

:03:48.:03:51.

bug and couldn't imagine going home so soon. You didn't want it to be

:03:52.:03:55.

over yet. What happened, why do you think you were in the bottom two?

:03:56.:03:59.

Well, I guess there are a lot of reasons. Starting with me doing

:04:00.:04:05.

choreography, making it very, very difficult. You see he's admitted it,

:04:06.:04:10.

difficult choreography. You obviously think Rachel is capable of

:04:11.:04:15.

dancing that. It's all about... I could do it, it was a bit hit and

:04:16.:04:20.

miss. It's about the limit every week. If you dance something simple,

:04:21.:04:25.

it's good. There is no challenge. She's capable of pulling it off. I

:04:26.:04:30.

absolutely loved it. It was beautiful to watch. We loved the

:04:31.:04:35.

outfits, we loved you doing a bit of acting, being Bonnie and Clyde? I

:04:36.:04:44.

loved the choreography, we were bank robbers, being sneaky and dancing

:04:45.:04:49.

and twirling. Good acting. Then acting out a little bit in training,

:04:50.:04:54.

as well. Look at this. What did you do now? I have no idea.

:04:55.:05:01.

That's an original approach to the quick-step. I have been practising

:05:02.:05:11.

that one. I like that you have every time with every dance your own

:05:12.:05:19.

version going. Something for me to look at.

:05:20.:05:29.

I want to get that in somewhere. Pasha taught me that. That's what we

:05:30.:05:38.

have been doing in training. We should put that into the routine.

:05:39.:05:43.

Dave already took it. Dave used that move. It's all right. Will you take

:05:44.:05:50.

any of Rachel's moves into your choreography? The paso. Does it have

:05:51.:05:58.

a name? We will give it one. The Dave. So you are doing the paso this

:05:59.:06:03.

week, how is it going in the training? I love it. It's just my

:06:04.:06:08.

favourite dance to watch on Strictly. I adore it and we have a

:06:09.:06:16.

man-eater. I am the man. OK. There are elements of anger and aggression

:06:17.:06:20.

in this fiery dance. Is there anything from the weekend you can

:06:21.:06:24.

use in that dance? Yeah, it was quite traumatic for me, I have to

:06:25.:06:28.

say, and I needed a good liedown in a dark room and we went strain --

:06:29.:06:32.

training the next day and I did bring that and focus and try and get

:06:33.:06:36.

the character in and get everything together. I think it's working. Good

:06:37.:06:52.

luck this week. Rachel and Pasha! So with cars, canes, costume reveals

:06:53.:06:57.

and a bottom slap the weekend's choreography could not have been

:06:58.:07:01.

more packed. With Karen away we thought we would need twice the

:07:02.:07:07.

help. How we have missed those faces!

:07:08.:07:10.

Please welcome back Vincent and Flavia! Can I just say it is so good

:07:11.:07:18.

to see you back. We have missed you so much. Are you missing us? Of

:07:19.:07:22.

course we are. Absolutely. It's impossible not to. I am missing

:07:23.:07:28.

myself so much Can't bear it. He has been looking at himself on camera,

:07:29.:07:32.

going I look so good. How can that be possible? What do you think of

:07:33.:07:35.

the line-up of celebrities? Really good. Every year they're getting

:07:36.:07:41.

better. The girls are up there. Yeah. I am planning to come back

:07:42.:07:45.

next year as a celebrity. Flavia can be my partner. The level is there,

:07:46.:07:52.

you know. Let's talk about the saved couple. Rachel and Pasha and the

:07:53.:07:57.

quick-step. Len and Bruno said the performance had plenty of content

:07:58.:08:00.

but lacked quality. What steps did you notice? Absolutely. It was a

:08:01.:08:08.

routine I would say was hoppety-skippety. One side that we

:08:09.:08:12.

have. There wasn't a lot of swing action. When it's a complicated

:08:13.:08:15.

routine you are going to lose a little bit of quality of the

:08:16.:08:20.

posture. And the footwork and things like that. That's really what

:08:21.:08:23.

happened. It was a very tricky routine. She did well to keep up but

:08:24.:08:27.

you are going to lose on posture and things like that, I think that's

:08:28.:08:34.

what happened. I agree. Just saying, hashtag! Natalie and Artem. They

:08:35.:08:48.

loved t fusion. She's amazing. She could be the best celebrity we ever

:08:49.:08:55.

had on Strictly. In a way Artem has a hard job, he can do almost

:08:56.:08:59.

anything with her. Brilliant. I am happy that you are here, Vincent.

:09:00.:09:06.

Brilliant. Fiona and Anton and the rumba. She struggled with balance

:09:07.:09:10.

and fluidity here. What did you think? We all know now that the

:09:11.:09:15.

slower dances are the hardest. The rumba for the ladies is very

:09:16.:09:18.

difficult. I like the way she was straightening her legs on every step

:09:19.:09:21.

which is a difficult thing for girls to do. She has a natural ability to

:09:22.:09:27.

do that. To get that stability on her feet she needs to use the floor

:09:28.:09:30.

more. We have to glide our feet and keep toes in contact with the floor

:09:31.:09:33.

all the time. What was happening she was stepping and picking the foot

:09:34.:09:36.

off the floor like you would normally when you walk. That makes

:09:37.:09:42.

it slightly an uneven flow to it. She needs to make sure she knows the

:09:43.:09:47.

ground is going to be her best friend and ruse it with -- use it

:09:48.:09:52.

with her feet. OK, enough now! Ask me something. Is the - it is the

:09:53.:09:58.

dance of love, Vincent, which is up your street. Let's remember how well

:09:59.:10:04.

you did with Rachel. Let's not! Why is this a special dance? Because I

:10:05.:10:08.

usually get involved when it comes to the rumba situation. I have to

:10:09.:10:14.

say with them I didn't really feel the love. Everything was too fast

:10:15.:10:19.

and the rumba is a beautiful dance when it's really slow so you can see

:10:20.:10:25.

the details. I love that. I love that. With that fine Italian face.

:10:26.:10:35.

Let's talk about Ashley and Ola. How do you think he could have given

:10:36.:10:40.

this waltz more? It looked beautiful, he looks great. It was

:10:41.:10:44.

fluid and elegant. The problem he has, which is actually quite a good

:10:45.:10:50.

problem is he is back-weighted, so to get that drive you need to see in

:10:51.:10:56.

most ballroom dances, you need to drive and move more. It needs to

:10:57.:11:00.

come from the hips. Can you demonstrate for us? It's exciting!

:11:01.:11:07.

Let's do it together. You will feel left out. Warming up! You will

:11:08.:11:12.

complain otherwise. We dance with our knees flexed which gives us a

:11:13.:11:16.

small base. The knees come together which allow us to work our tops away

:11:17.:11:22.

from each other which gives a beautiful topline. Most guys tend to

:11:23.:11:26.

be forward-weighted and have hips back. What happens is your hips, you

:11:27.:11:30.

can see they're restricted. You can't get basically this leg swing

:11:31.:11:37.

which is what we want. In Ashley's case he is back-weighted. Even

:11:38.:11:41.

though that's good because it's creating this big topline... And

:11:42.:11:48.

also is having a lovely moment. It's restricting his hip flex. That's

:11:49.:11:53.

what I would have liked to have seen more power, more movement. But

:11:54.:11:57.

that's to be so that the hips are neutral so that you can really swing

:11:58.:12:06.

the leg. It all makes perfect sense. I love it. I enjoyed that so much.

:12:07.:12:10.

Will you come back for a second helping? I will, not sure about

:12:11.:12:16.

Flavia. APPLAUSE AND CHEERING

:12:17.:12:19.

How we missed them. On Saturday Ben proved he could more than handle the

:12:20.:12:23.

salsa and drove the judges crazy scoring his highest marks yet. He

:12:24.:12:28.

will be here in a moment with Kristina. In case you missed it here

:12:29.:12:35.

is a quick recap. Dirty, oiled mechanic. It's ticking every box.

:12:36.:12:50.

You are having fun, I love it! Surprisingly smooth for such a big

:12:51.:12:58.

Brucer. -- bruiser. You have the guns and now you have the

:12:59.:13:07.

ammunition, that was terrific. Yeah, not one, not two, three 8s! I think

:13:08.:13:17.

it's safe to say Kristina is quite excited. From now on he will be

:13:18.:13:24.

known as snake-hips Cohen. Never going to live that down. You were

:13:25.:13:30.

brilliant at ballroom, then you do a brilliant rumba and salsa. You are

:13:31.:13:35.

like Latin lover. How pleased were you with Saturday? It was hard work

:13:36.:13:39.

last week. It was great. I enjoyed it. It was fantastic. I felt more at

:13:40.:13:44.

home chucking someone around, poor Kristina. I have bruises everywhere.

:13:45.:13:49.

Were you in fear of your life, because some moves were incredible.

:13:50.:13:53.

He whipped you around and your teeth were that far from the floor. I am a

:13:54.:13:59.

bit out there person, you know, and I realised he can handle all those

:14:00.:14:03.

tricks. He didn't drop me once in rehearsals. We did them over and

:14:04.:14:07.

over again. He was amazing with that. Well done. Thank you. Did you

:14:08.:14:15.

imagine she was a rugby ball? I thought it's easier to catch. This

:14:16.:14:18.

is true. You didn't even drop her once, impressive. Obviously to go

:14:19.:14:23.

from 28 the week before up to 31, you must have both been pleased?

:14:24.:14:27.

Yes, very pleased and I am so proud of him. He worked so very hard. I am

:14:28.:14:34.

quite tough on him. He is amazing. We have noticed that! Would never

:14:35.:14:44.

have noticed that. D'Arcy got a juicy smackeroo, are you going to

:14:45.:14:47.

work your way through the judges and the audience? No one's going to

:14:48.:14:51.

complain. It's completely spontaneous. I have to say that I

:14:52.:14:55.

probably won't do any more. People might think it's a dirty trick or

:14:56.:14:58.

something, but it's not. It's nice to get good comments after a hard

:14:59.:15:03.

week's training. We work so hard and put in nine hours a day. To get it

:15:04.:15:09.

right on the night is different pressure completely. It was great to

:15:10.:15:14.

get three 8s and a 7. Really good scores. Bruno's obviously devastated

:15:15.:15:19.

now he might not get a kiss. He will never get a kiss. The thing is

:15:20.:15:24.

obviously your good looks can be distracting for some people. The

:15:25.:15:29.

team have decided maybe you could do training in this so that we can

:15:30.:15:36.

concentrate on your dancing. There's no escape. Do I have to put this on?

:15:37.:15:42.

Put it on and now imagine him dancing. Isn't he handsome! This

:15:43.:15:49.

weekend it's the quick-step for you. It takes a lot of stamina. You are a

:15:50.:15:53.

sportsman, surely this could be a good dance for Ben. I think it's

:15:54.:16:00.

going to be his dance. He picked it up really quickly on Monday. In

:16:01.:16:05.

rugby you did a lot of warm-ups and quick footwork so he was excited to

:16:06.:16:09.

learn. There's no lifts. How can you still go out there and wow? It's all

:16:10.:16:16.

about progressing. It's a race against yourself in this

:16:17.:16:18.

competition. You have to show people you are improving, you are working

:16:19.:16:23.

hard. As long as he does that and dances better than before we are

:16:24.:16:29.

good. She's pleased with you. She's working me hard. I am proud of him.

:16:30.:16:34.

I want to do the quick-step right and get it right and posture and

:16:35.:16:39.

frame are my next big work-ones. Just try and get that right.

:16:40.:16:43.

Whatever it is you are doing, you are doing it right. Keep going.

:16:44.:16:47.

Don't forget the bucket. Ben and Kristina!

:16:48.:16:52.

We are four weeks into the competition and our celebrities are

:16:53.:17:03.

falling in love with dance. From day one I fell in love with the show.

:17:04.:17:06.

It's given me a new perspective on dancing and I am loving it. You

:17:07.:17:10.

become immersed in the world of Strictly. You have to embrace it

:17:11.:17:18.

all. Strictly is definitely - it's given me a love for dance. You can't

:17:19.:17:22.

describe the feeling. It's like being invited to the best party in

:17:23.:17:26.

the world. One day you can't do anything and a couple of days later

:17:27.:17:30.

you can do a dance. It's a rush and I love it. When you are out there

:17:31.:17:34.

doing it everything else falls away and it's so addictive. That's what

:17:35.:17:39.

you are chasing, that feeling. People are saying I put a smile on

:17:40.:17:43.

their face and it makes you feel great. I am enjoying the learning

:17:44.:17:47.

and being part of the Strictly family. I don't want to even imagine

:17:48.:17:53.

having to walk away. Oh, gosh, I love dancing in the arena, as it

:17:54.:18:00.

were. It's learning to dance properly with somebody who knows

:18:01.:18:02.

exactly what they're doing. You don't get moments like that often

:18:03.:18:06.

and we are given the opportunity and it is like magic. It's amazing.

:18:07.:18:14.

Oh! Millions of people, including me, were heartbroken when an injury

:18:15.:18:18.

meant our next guest couldn't take part in Strictly this year. But

:18:19.:18:24.

there was no point in her laying low, we love her too much, please

:18:25.:18:30.

welcome back Natalie Lowe! Hello, darling. I missed you. We have been

:18:31.:18:34.

missing you. It feels weird. We are thrilled to have you here. First of

:18:35.:18:37.

all, most importantly, how is your foot? It's good. It's getting

:18:38.:18:41.

better. I had a second MRI last week and they said about three weeks'

:18:42.:18:46.

time... Two or three weeks you can be dancing? Back in group

:18:47.:18:51.

rehearsals. Yeah! I can in the wait. Go easy, don't do anything daft. We

:18:52.:18:56.

have set you a little mission. What can you tell us? I have been

:18:57.:19:02.

assigned by the team to teach a lovely couple the ultimate wedding

:19:03.:19:08.

dance. I love this! It's cool. I was like, when I heard about it, I was

:19:09.:19:12.

like yes, I can't be part of the show, obviously. To be doing

:19:13.:19:17.

something behind the scenes with It Takes Two is amazing. Let's meet the

:19:18.:19:23.

lucky bride and groom, Melanie and Gordon. I am Gordon. This is my

:19:24.:19:29.

fiancee, Melanie. I am a massive Strictly fan. When I met Melanie I

:19:30.:19:34.

realised the fandom went to another level. I have to go to sleep every

:19:35.:19:39.

night with a picture of my fiancee with her arm around Anton Du Beke

:19:40.:19:48.

above my head. Night, Anton. We are getting married on Friday 13th

:19:49.:19:50.

December, we didn't want a Saturday because I knew it would be the

:19:51.:19:54.

semifinals of the Strictly show. Dancing is not really my forte. The

:19:55.:19:59.

guys I work with think I am going to embarrass myself on national

:20:00.:20:03.

television. I am petrified by the thing in all honestly. For me it

:20:04.:20:07.

makes the wedding and I can't believe it's happening, to be on

:20:08.:20:10.

that dancefloor and do something like they do on the TV. I can't

:20:11.:20:19.

believe this is happening. Oh! Aren't they lovely. Two things that

:20:20.:20:24.

strike me, slightly concerned about the Anton picture above the bed, and

:20:25.:20:30.

the fact she won't get married on ap Saturday but will get married on

:20:31.:20:34.

Friday 13th. They're dedicated. They're so lovely. They don't have

:20:35.:20:40.

any dance experience. Is that of concern to you? I am used to working

:20:41.:20:44.

with a blank canvas but normally I am in control, this is more scary.

:20:45.:20:49.

Neither of them know what they're doing! Normally I can lead it in a

:20:50.:20:55.

way. But I just pray it's going to be OK. Last week you met up to have

:20:56.:20:58.

your first little dance session with them. Let's see how they got on. I

:20:59.:21:04.

can't believe we are actually doing this, it's mad. I am not going to be

:21:05.:21:13.

easy on them but we want it to be fun. I hope it's the ultimate

:21:14.:21:16.

wedding dance and their guests remember it forever. Wish me luck.

:21:17.:21:27.

Hello! I am Mel. Lovely to meet you. I feel like I know you already.

:21:28.:21:34.

Hello, Gordon. Are you up for it? You have your work cut out. I have

:21:35.:21:38.

heard! Shall we get started? Let's do it. Let's go. One, two, three and

:21:39.:21:47.

back. Two, three. Look up. It's a surreal experience to have Natalie

:21:48.:21:51.

teaching us how to dance. She started off with a waltz which we

:21:52.:21:54.

were having difficulty practising at home. You need to feel like you are

:21:55.:21:58.

sitting on the toilet, truly that's the feeling. That's my level, you

:21:59.:22:04.

found it. Sorry. There we go, the first toe. It's strange watching

:22:05.:22:09.

Natalie dance with him but I am loving it. I don't mind. The waltz

:22:10.:22:20.

definitely suits them. Look at them. Salsa is easy. Just think one, two,

:22:21.:22:27.

three. You did it in the waltz, which is really good. I can't put

:22:28.:22:35.

into words how surprised I am that he is a secret salsa dancer. More

:22:36.:22:43.

hip action. That's it. Gordon's got really good hip action. Look at each

:22:44.:22:49.

other. There's a little salsa man there ready to get out. It's

:22:50.:22:54.

amazing. There might be salsa in our first dance which I can't believe I

:22:55.:23:01.

am saying, but it's true. Sorry. That was impressive how well he has

:23:02.:23:05.

done and now I am worried he will show me up on the day. I might be

:23:06.:23:15.

the better one! Get you, Gordon! He is a little mover. What dance are

:23:16.:23:18.

they going to do as a wedding dance, is it a waltz or salsa or a fusion?

:23:19.:23:26.

I would like to do a fusion. I wanted to see what they were good at

:23:27.:23:32.

first before we put music. To do a dance to that is limiting, but to

:23:33.:23:35.

see what they're good at and research music around that and

:23:36.:23:38.

hopefully they're happy with what we come up with. Have you left them

:23:39.:23:44.

homework to practise? Dance as much around the kitchen as possible and

:23:45.:23:48.

doing those salsa hips and relax into it and I am sure Mel will crack

:23:49.:23:53.

the whip. She is a superfan. They're so lovely. It's daunting to have It

:23:54.:23:57.

Takes Two there on your wedding day. And now the pressure because

:23:58.:24:02.

everyone will be waiting. It's going to be amazing and you will give us

:24:03.:24:07.

regular updates. Yes. It's lovely to have you back. Good luck with the

:24:08.:24:14.

foot. Natalie everybody! Time to revisit the weekend's performances

:24:15.:24:17.

with the second round of Choreography Corner.

:24:18.:24:30.

Will you welcome back Vincent and Flavia!

:24:31.:24:38.

Let's talk about the rest of our couples, Deborah and Robin and their

:24:39.:24:45.

jive. Len did say the technique wasn't quite there. What would you

:24:46.:24:48.

have liked to have seen more of? First of all, I have to say she's so

:24:49.:24:55.

adorable. She's giving it her all. She's stepping forward with her

:24:56.:24:59.

heels constantly. The weight is too much on the back. And jive you have

:25:00.:25:04.

to do that, or she's not going to gain speed. Do you mind if I show

:25:05.:25:09.

you? Show us. Do we mind?! Of course not. Do you want my Rear of the

:25:10.:25:16.

Year? The front. The kicks, if I stay on balls of the feet it would

:25:17.:25:23.

be easier to bounce. Look at that. The jacket is off, off he goes! On

:25:24.:25:29.

the balls of the feet. Simple, simple. Ben and Kristina and their

:25:30.:25:36.

salsa. Flavia, you scored 38 with Louis last year. Remember that

:25:37.:25:44.

everybody. Whatever! He's just jealous. How were Ben's hips? It was

:25:45.:25:50.

good. To be honest, with somebody of his shape it's so difficult to get a

:25:51.:25:55.

fluid hip movement. I would have liked to have seen more hip action.

:25:56.:25:59.

But I could see that he was trying. There was a little bit of movement.

:26:00.:26:02.

The more he does the Latin dances, the more that will naturally become

:26:03.:26:08.

easier to him. It's not easy when you are so... So solid. How did he

:26:09.:26:15.

handle the lifts, incredible work. Very strong. He could lift you, I

:26:16.:26:19.

think. And you, as well. I looked and thought, my goodness, I wish I

:26:20.:26:23.

looked at least half as good he looks. Actually, I do. I am half of

:26:24.:26:32.

him. I think the lifts were amazing. Spectacular. I wish I saw was a bit

:26:33.:26:39.

more down and dirty into the steps. More salsa steps. But the lifts

:26:40.:26:52.

amazing. Abbey and The tango. They're well matched. She has heel

:26:53.:26:57.

leads. In the tango we do pick up and place the feet. In the rumba we

:26:58.:27:03.

need the toes in contact with the floor. In tango, we do a peeling

:27:04.:27:08.

action so we pick up the foot and place it and that gives you the

:27:09.:27:12.

action. She was doing exactly that. It looked powerful. She kept her

:27:13.:27:17.

knees flexed throughout so that you maintain one height. You don't want

:27:18.:27:21.

to go up and down. You need to keep a flat level with your partner. She

:27:22.:27:26.

had all those basic techniques in place. You end up with a great

:27:27.:27:32.

routine. They are quite formidable these two. She looks amazing, I will

:27:33.:27:38.

give her 10 because the way she looks. Susanna and Kevin and the

:27:39.:27:45.

samba. Craig said it lost a bit of impact. Bruno said she tended to

:27:46.:27:48.

lose the finish. How could she ensure it had more impact? I think

:27:49.:27:53.

she did an amazing job. I was impressed. The samba I think is the

:27:54.:27:57.

hardest of the dances. It's a tick action which is a forward and

:27:58.:28:01.

backward action of the pelvis. Rather than the typical figure of

:28:02.:28:04.

eight we are talking about, this has a forward and backward action. You

:28:05.:28:09.

have that going on in the body, the foot pressure of the feet like the

:28:10.:28:14.

rumba and then you have to have a strong arm action. So much. Lots of

:28:15.:28:20.

multitasking going on. Overall she coped with it really well. She needs

:28:21.:28:25.

to work on the foot control because that will give you the strength to

:28:26.:28:30.

use your arms in a much stronger way which is what really they want. OK,

:28:31.:28:37.

enough. I loved that. That's it. That's all we have time for. Is that

:28:38.:28:43.

it? We only just got started. There is a cue for a song. We will do it

:28:44.:28:47.

after. Thank you so much. Brilliant seeing you back. Vincent and Flavia!

:28:48.:28:54.

That's it for today. A big thank you to all my guests. Tomorrow I am

:28:55.:29:00.

joined by Deborah and Robin and Mark and Iveta and Ian Waite will be

:29:01.:29:05.

back.
