Tonight we have the Thriller zombies of Halloween, Jeremy and Karen.

:00:00.:00:09.

The corpse bride herself, Natalie Lowe.

:00:10.:00:14.

And the ghosts of Strictly past, Kirsty and Brendan.

:00:15.:00:16.

Live from London, this is Strictly: It Takes Two. Please welcome your

:00:17.:01:26.

post, Zoe Ball. Hello and welcome to It Takes Two.

:01:27.:01:27.

Our Halloween weekend came to a frosty finish last night as the grim

:01:28.:01:30.

reaper swooped in and stole away our beloved Kirsty and Brendan.

:01:31.:01:33.

Luckily, their afterlife begins right here.

:01:34.:01:38.

Plus the enchanting Natalie Lowe is here and ready to scrutinise

:01:39.:01:45.

Now, unfortunately Kirsty and Brendan are unable to join us

:01:46.:01:53.

live this evening but I did catch up with them earlier today to discuss

:01:54.:01:56.

# This place is coming like a ghost town.

:01:57.:02:09.

# Bands won't play no more. I know, it's like a you're here, but

:02:10.:02:38.

boo. How are feeling? I feel really sad. I kind of wasn't ready to go,

:02:39.:02:45.

to be honest. But I do feel that Jamelia was better in the dance-off.

:02:46.:02:52.

So I didn't want to send anyone else out but it's sad. You feel quite

:02:53.:02:56.

deflated. For three months now, we have been hard at it, training,

:02:57.:03:01.

trying to be the best we can, and then it comes to your time and as

:03:02.:03:06.

much as you think, philosophically, it's our time, you still go, oh!

:03:07.:03:11.

Disappointing, but throughout the run, I think a great job and

:03:12.:03:15.

something to be really proud of. It is not an easy show to do. Did you

:03:16.:03:22.

enjoy the Charleston? It was a cheeky number. I loved it. I thought

:03:23.:03:28.

it was fun. I enjoyed all cheeky number. I loved it. I thought

:03:29.:03:31.

components of the left and cheeky number. I loved it. I thought

:03:32.:03:33.

music. But we did make cheeky number. I loved it. I thought

:03:34.:03:39.

the first run. I made a mistake because I crossed my hands over. I

:03:40.:03:44.

have never done that ever before. Don't ask me what went on, I just

:03:45.:03:48.

won't like that and he could clearly not pick me up. So I did that, and

:03:49.:03:54.

we made the best of it, I did get back into it. Lots of praise from

:03:55.:03:57.

the judges about how you recovered. A lot of people would have just

:03:58.:04:04.

gone, I'm out of here. Well, I was used to the thought process because

:04:05.:04:08.

Brendan had said to me with the Charleston you have got to keep the

:04:09.:04:12.

energy high, because you start to lose it a little bit because it is a

:04:13.:04:17.

tiring dance. So I just thought, you have to get back into it and get on

:04:18.:04:21.

with it, just like you would as if you were feeling like you were

:04:22.:04:27.

flaking out a bit. The judges give you criticism and you always took it

:04:28.:04:31.

on board. I think you were hard on yourself during your training. I

:04:32.:04:35.

know how hard you have tried. Have you enjoyed your experience? I have

:04:36.:04:41.

loved it. The thing with me, I put everything into everything I do.

:04:42.:04:46.

That is... And also, I have never danced before so I knew I had to

:04:47.:04:49.

work hard. And I have enjoyed every minute. Brendan is amazing, such a

:04:50.:04:53.

great friend, I knew, lovely friend. And all of the people, all the

:04:54.:05:00.

dancers on the other contestants, it has just been such a lovely family

:05:01.:05:03.

and that is the bit I am going to mess. The camaraderie is amazing. On

:05:04.:05:09.

Friday, I get really excited in the morning. I'm going to miss that,

:05:10.:05:13.

that is making me quite sad to think about. What was your favourite

:05:14.:05:19.

dance? Because there have been some beautiful ones. The Viennese waltz

:05:20.:05:23.

was stunning and I loved the Lady and the Tramp. I loved the Viennese

:05:24.:05:27.

waltz, but I actually loved doing the salsa. I love that dance. Just

:05:28.:05:35.

letting rip. It was an early dance and it was not the best but I loved

:05:36.:05:43.

it. It was quite a good memory. Also, because the week before had

:05:44.:05:46.

been the first week and I was so nervous about the dance, and I

:05:47.:05:50.

thought sort of thought, you have to really do something. And we did go

:05:51.:05:57.

scary lefts and things. I nearly knocked him off his feet. I loved

:05:58.:06:04.

it. Brendan, what was your personal favourite? Probably the American

:06:05.:06:09.

smooth. I loved the train. We had limited training, so we threw

:06:10.:06:13.

everything at it. And I think that is the thing, with a process like

:06:14.:06:17.

this. You get respect for somebody when you see how they work. Kirsty

:06:18.:06:25.

was not afraid to get stuck in and that made me happy. The way you

:06:26.:06:30.

turned the process, when we started I was not hopeful because she had

:06:31.:06:35.

not danced before and she was very stiff and scared. She was scared of

:06:36.:06:41.

it. But once we turned the corner, some of the fear disappearing, she

:06:42.:06:48.

started to become a dancer and that is exciting, that is as good as

:06:49.:06:51.

someone like Jay getting a ten that week. The step from here to here is

:06:52.:06:56.

fantastic and I was really proud of that. That particular dance, in

:06:57.:07:03.

particular, the was a smoothness, a softening. It was not quite there

:07:04.:07:09.

for the show but there was some. And that is the live show. So many

:07:10.:07:14.

people are really sad to leave the competition. Including Harry Judd,

:07:15.:07:17.

who said, well done, you were awesome. We have a little present

:07:18.:07:21.

for you to take away, your Strictly story. Who would you like to see

:07:22.:07:29.

take the trophy? If you had to choose? I couldn't possibly say.

:07:30.:07:33.

There are so many great dancers and people are moving all the time. Tell

:07:34.:07:42.

me about it. Thank you for being so much fun. You have been amazing.

:07:43.:07:46.

Kirsty and Brenton. Thank you to everybody who supported us. And here

:07:47.:07:55.

is the Strictly story. The man giving you a sporting chance...

:07:56.:08:02.

Brendan. Brendan's and was fabulous. I am nervous but I don't want to let

:08:03.:08:06.

the nerves take over. Your feet were all over the place. She does this...

:08:07.:08:16.

I just want to have fun and show everybody I have got confidence. The

:08:17.:08:26.

lifts were terrific. Well done. I am a dancing dog tonight. Great

:08:27.:08:31.

improvement. I got a little tangled up with my tale. Tales are going to

:08:32.:08:38.

do that. I don't like this step, I don't like it. I don't care. I'm not

:08:39.:08:42.

sure we have worked out who is the boss yet. It was like my ally, tasty

:08:43.:08:47.

and places but there are always funny bits floating about. -- it was

:08:48.:08:55.

like paella. I think he's going to have to start shouting at me. Do you

:08:56.:08:59.

really want that from Brendan? Lovely, I think we are quite good.

:09:00.:09:05.

You are amazing. Actually, you were dancing tonight. I can do it. I'm

:09:06.:09:14.

just not ready to go. That was scary. It's not going wrong or

:09:15.:09:20.

making mistakes, it is how you cope with them and I thought you coped

:09:21.:09:31.

very well. Three... Five. Five. Four. I would like to save Jamelia

:09:32.:09:41.

and Tristan. Jamelia and Tristan. It has been a wonderful experience

:09:42.:09:45.

but I want to say thank you to Brendan, who has been incredible. I

:09:46.:09:49.

have seen somebody who has had no dance experience become quite the

:09:50.:09:51.

performer. I am so proud of you. Well done. Always sad to see people

:09:52.:10:01.

go. Now, the armchair critics were out

:10:02.:10:03.

in force on social media over the weekend

:10:04.:10:05.

and obviously if it's a famous Dragon's Den star Deborah Meaden

:10:06.:10:08.

shared this. Much love and respect for Jason.

:10:09.:10:22.

Check this out. Googlebox favourites, the adoreable

:10:23.:10:27.

couple Leon and June shared I feel like I should curtsy for

:10:28.:10:42.

them. I feel like they should be knighted.

:10:43.:10:44.

It was indeed a spooky show with some people getting more

:10:45.:10:46.

And quite a few of you were shocked by the strange looking bride who was

:10:47.:11:04.

unveiled during the opening group dance on Saturday night.

:11:05.:11:06.

Craig Revel Horwood there in all his glory as the blushing bride.

:11:07.:11:25.

It's safe to say that this weekend's Halloween shows were a triumph

:11:26.:11:30.

of creepy creativity, and naturally we were right there

:11:31.:11:33.

# Darkness falls across the land. # And though you fight to stay

:11:34.:11:49.

alive. # Your body starts to shake.

:11:50.:12:06.

I have many phobias. I am scared of horses, polystyrene... Spiders. This

:12:07.:12:22.

person here. I am scared of dancing in front of millions of people. When

:12:23.:12:31.

I am standing next to Glenn and I see his muscles ripple, that scares

:12:32.:12:42.

me. It is Halloween week, and I am going to scare someone. Let's go. I

:12:43.:12:50.

am arachnid phobic. That's not very nice! It must be the most

:12:51.:13:01.

challenging of all the Strictlys for the make-up team. I am Christian. I

:13:02.:13:09.

did that for Charles II. Halloween is an opportunity for everyone to

:13:10.:13:12.

look out they would like to look every day. I am a beast. I look

:13:13.:13:20.

ridiculous but I am a ghost. I am a money but sort of Egyptian. Excuse

:13:21.:13:26.

me, I have something stuck to my neck... I look a little scary. This

:13:27.:13:36.

is the biggest show so far. That is my heart.

:13:37.:13:50.

I just wanted to give you a hug. We're about to go live to the nation

:13:51.:14:00.

for stroke we come dancing's Halloween special. -- Strictly Come

:14:01.:14:10.

Dancing. Did anyone else think that Pasha looked a bit like Simon

:14:11.:14:11.

Cowell? Now, while Karen Hardy is absent

:14:12.:14:13.

from ballroom duty, the ever radiant Natalie Lowe is here to share her

:14:14.:14:16.

expertise on the weekend's dances. Welcome to our little

:14:17.:14:27.

Choreography Corner. You were an amazing corpse bride at

:14:28.:14:36.

the weekend. You were an amazing corpse bride at

:14:37.:14:42.

show. I didn't recognise myself. Where you surprised by the results?

:14:43.:14:57.

I am surprised every week. Shock exit. I am sorry to see Kirsty go,

:14:58.:15:03.

she is amazing. Jamelia, I didn't expect to see in the bottom two. She

:15:04.:15:11.

is working hard, she gets there. She comes out firing each week. I don't

:15:12.:15:16.

want to see her in the bottom. True friendships do develop in the

:15:17.:15:19.

training room. You haven't been dancing with Ainsley for about a

:15:20.:15:25.

week, what impact did he have on your life? Ainsley, if you are

:15:26.:15:33.

watching, love you. He is amazing, inspiring and worldly. Has taught me

:15:34.:15:37.

about life experience and things like that, we became really good

:15:38.:15:38.

mates. I miss him. like that, we became really good

:15:39.:15:45.

and his energy. But we're going out on Thursday for a day trip. Which is

:15:46.:15:53.

good to hear. The judge's leader board is changing from week to week.

:15:54.:15:58.

Ex-different couples have been in the top in the last few weeks. Does

:15:59.:16:05.

it make it an open game? I cannot call it. Helen, Anita, Georgia,

:16:06.:16:12.

everyone. The two boys who were left, Peter Andre, Jeremy, I love.

:16:13.:16:24.

He is one of my favourites. He is watching you always. Let's talk

:16:25.:16:28.

about Helen and Aljaz. watching you always. Let's talk

:16:29.:16:37.

anyone look so good dressed as a mummy rushed to my creativity for

:16:38.:16:42.

this routine? I love this, I saw it in the dress

:16:43.:16:45.

this routine? I love this, I saw it shining, enjoying it, she was

:16:46.:16:51.

enjoying it. Bit of a mishap, and I think it might have thrown her

:16:52.:16:57.

confidence. It is one of the hardest things. Demonstration time. Here we

:16:58.:17:05.

go. With a samba role, you have to knees, but you have to go with

:17:06.:17:09.

straight legs and you bend forward with straight legs. Then forward and

:17:10.:17:15.

then a rotation. She has lovely straight legs. How is it at full

:17:16.:17:27.

speed. Done with a partner behind you. Kellie and Kevin and their paso

:17:28.:17:37.

doble a. Harry Potter. It is really ambitious this routine, so much fun.

:17:38.:17:42.

Great scores and they are doing brilliantly. Len said he thought the

:17:43.:17:50.

dancing on the table was a distraction, what do you think? I

:17:51.:17:53.

don't agree. The choreography and Kevin is doing a genius job. Kellie

:17:54.:18:02.

can do it, she can handle it. She is firing, attacking across the floor

:18:03.:18:08.

and she came out owning it. The table... Given anyone else, probably

:18:09.:18:12.

would have struggled. She coped with it regularly. She has brought her

:18:13.:18:22.

own skirt. Kellie, instead of grabbing it from here, it you need a

:18:23.:18:28.

bit of articulation through the hands. It wasn't as flamenco as it

:18:29.:18:35.

could have been, but when you do this, you get in here and it just

:18:36.:18:41.

give the skirt more movement. If you don't have the skirt that long...

:18:42.:18:48.

You could try with a tablecloth. Jamelia and Tristan and the jive.

:18:49.:18:56.

Ended up middle of the table. Then they criticised her footwork a bit.

:18:57.:19:01.

What can you tell us about her footwork and what should she be

:19:02.:19:05.

doing? It is a shame she is in the dance off. She gives it more in the

:19:06.:19:11.

dance off and that is what I want to see next week, I want her to come

:19:12.:19:15.

out and treat her first performance like it is the dance. Little bit

:19:16.:19:19.

flat-footed, but she needs to believe in herself, bit more

:19:20.:19:24.

confidence, straighten those legs a bit more in the jive and she will be

:19:25.:19:28.

flying. Georgia and Giovanni, giving us an awesome T. Top of the

:19:29.:19:32.

leaderboard. Why us an awesome T. Top of the

:19:33.:19:42.

impressive? She came out beaming, top of the leaderboard, she had no

:19:43.:19:47.

heel leads in the leg, her frame was gorgeous. In these pivots, we have

:19:48.:19:53.

slowed them down. You can see there is no distorting in the neck. Pivots

:19:54.:20:02.

are very difficult for the female. Some people come in, but she stayed

:20:03.:20:08.

out. She is coming out of her shell and she found her place on the

:20:09.:20:15.

floor. Jeremy and Karen and their salsa, which was epic. Everybody on

:20:16.:20:21.

their feet. The judges still gave him a bit of a hard time, is there

:20:22.:20:27.

anything else Jeremy needs to do? No, he just needs to be Jeremy, he

:20:28.:20:31.

is fantastic. The best thing about Jeremy is he commits to everything.

:20:32.:20:36.

The choreography, the steps, he gives it his all. I love it. His

:20:37.:20:43.

timing is impeccable. His timing is perfect, isn't it? Karen feels

:20:44.:20:50.

confident. Just smaller steps in the south to keep it more compact but, I

:20:51.:20:56.

love you, Jeremy. We will see more of Natalie Lowe in the coming weeks.

:20:57.:21:09.

It seems it is even spread across the pond, he is the Kansas City

:21:10.:21:13.

Chiefs cheerleaders giving it a go at Wembley over the weekend. We are

:21:14.:21:17.

excited to do the Strictly. Remember to keep sending

:21:18.:21:46.

in your entries of 'The Strictly' to be in with a chance to win those

:21:47.:21:49.

coveted Blackpool tickets. For more information head over

:21:50.:21:53.

to the Strictly website. Now, they may have danced as the

:21:54.:21:56.

undead on Saturday night, but they always bring the life and soul to

:21:57.:22:00.

our sofas, it's Jeremy and Karen! We are absolutely loving it. Even

:22:01.:22:27.

your dancing on the intro, how fantastic you were at the weekend.

:22:28.:22:31.

For a few moments on Saturday night you were top

:22:32.:22:34.

I remember calling for Claudia to stop the show. Also, there is a

:22:35.:22:53.

Karen that exists in the normal world and then there is Alcan knee

:22:54.:22:59.

Karen. She had Claudia in a headlock. I thought the show might

:23:00.:23:11.

be stopped at that point. Your reaction to the four from Craig.

:23:12.:23:23.

Scores are in. Craig Revel Horwood, four. Goodness me, how amazing was

:23:24.:23:32.

that moment for both of you? It was radiant, we know we are not

:23:33.:23:38.

improving fast enough to win, but there is a bit of forward motion and

:23:39.:23:43.

I think we can really build now. We have gone to a four. A four from

:23:44.:23:53.

Craig! Karen, your face. We are absolutely thrilled to get a four.

:23:54.:23:58.

She has lost her voice from shouting so much. It was the best moment

:23:59.:24:03.

because that is what we have been aiming for. Next week, hopefully a

:24:04.:24:10.

5? I am going to pass out. She will have to be carried away on a

:24:11.:24:15.

stretcher. Listening to curse the early on, less her, I love her. The

:24:16.:24:23.

camaraderie between us, we're not competing against each other, we are

:24:24.:24:27.

competing against ourselves. It is a battle against yourself as the

:24:28.:24:32.

celebrity dancer. You are trying to improve on what you did last week.

:24:33.:24:41.

22, your joint highest score. Darcey said your timing is improving and

:24:42.:24:46.

she called you nimble. Karen, you must be thrilled, how was training

:24:47.:24:49.

last week, you must be pleased with him? The whole Thriller section was

:24:50.:25:00.

great, he is improving. He is listening even more, constantly

:25:01.:25:07.

practising. I have never seen anybody practice so much as this

:25:08.:25:12.

young man over here. He practices in his sleep, in the bathtub, in the

:25:13.:25:16.

bathroom, everywhere I see him. Actually, I don't see him in the

:25:17.:25:21.

bathroom. I found a little spot in the lobby on the first floor in

:25:22.:25:26.

Elstree Studios where we broadcast from and I had headphones on and I

:25:27.:25:30.

was just going round and round. People were just walking past. Craig

:25:31.:25:37.

Walker passed and didn't even give me a second glance. It is the worry

:25:38.:25:41.

of going into the absence on the dance floor and not knowing the next

:25:42.:25:46.

move. Amazingly your body does work it out. Memory, muscle memory.

:25:47.:25:51.

move. Amazingly your body does work Despite the fund, you do take your

:25:52.:25:57.

dance training seriously. You posted a wonderful video online this week

:25:58.:26:03.

in answer to your critics. Until I am voted out I will always work at

:26:04.:26:08.

getting better, I will always try. I will always be back in the gym. I am

:26:09.:26:12.

going back to see Karen again now. will always be back in the gym. I am

:26:13.:26:16.

Eight or nine hours a day, I will always walk. The fact I'm not the

:26:17.:26:20.

best is not a always walk. The fact I'm not the

:26:21.:26:25.

That is true at live, just because you cannot win, doesn't mean you

:26:26.:26:33.

don't work. Such a good point. There was a slight troll person, it was a

:26:34.:26:37.

gentle reply to was a slight troll person, it was a

:26:38.:26:43.

who are eight and 11, I don't want them to think that I worked out I

:26:44.:26:50.

couldn't win so I stopped trying. I put it on Facebook and then

:26:51.:26:56.

couldn't win so I stopped trying. I later it had a

:26:57.:26:56.

couldn't win so I stopped trying. I there is a message to the

:26:57.:26:58.

non-winners. there is a message to the

:26:59.:27:16.

T? Do the head bit. Do it again. We are practising like crazy. It is the

:27:17.:27:25.

whole dance. Len mentioned Jeremy's awkward charm. For a Tango, what

:27:26.:27:33.

character does he have to take on? Give me the face. Something like

:27:34.:27:40.

that. It is a bit like that. Our Tango will be proud. It is unused

:27:41.:27:49.

space. Journalists do that face a lot. It will be OK. The Tango

:27:50.:27:59.

action? The frame and the heel leads! It is so good. We had two

:28:00.:28:07.

hours today and I was impressed. I said, Jeremy, have you dance before?

:28:08.:28:16.

Looking at this village spot from the balcony watching the show, some

:28:17.:28:21.

of my favourite dancers have been the Tango. Katie on the first week

:28:22.:28:30.
