Right ? as we know it's Lesley's birthday today.

:00:09.:00:35.

Kevin! Put Petty down, bless her! Kevin and Betty for next year's

:00:36.:02:10.

Strictly. It's Friday Night and I can

:02:11.:02:12.

confirm we are only 24 hours away from the next

:02:13.:02:21.

live Strictly show! A week between shows is far

:02:22.:02:23.

too long - am I right?! So, sit back, relax and melt

:02:24.:02:27.

into the weekend because Now, this show might be

:02:28.:02:31.

called It Takes Two, but we can't be in two

:02:32.:02:35.

places at once! Luckily, we've got a man

:02:36.:02:37.

on the ground or should that be Yes, our Welsh rare-bit

:02:38.:02:41.

of all right, Gethin Jones, spent Hello from the Strictly ballroom

:02:42.:02:59.

where rehearsals are underway. At the moment it is aired and Katya

:03:00.:03:04.

doing their paso doble. Let's see how Ed is getting on with his cape.

:03:05.:03:15.

He is definitely taking it seriously. He is so big on attention

:03:16.:03:21.

to detail. He chats to the floor manager, he wants the set to be

:03:22.:03:25.

perfect and now he has got his Passover face on. I will be chatting

:03:26.:03:30.

to some others to see how they are feeling ahead of tomorrow night's

:03:31.:03:31.

show. -- his paso face on. There'll be more exclusives

:03:32.:03:37.

from Gethin later on. Time now to welcome

:03:38.:03:39.

our first couple. They quickstepped into the judges'

:03:40.:03:41.

hearts last weekend and we think I love all the role-playing. I love

:03:42.:03:54.

all the quirky character you put in. It was wonderful. It was erected,

:03:55.:04:03.

fabulously cheeky, plenty of dance content all the way through. You

:04:04.:04:08.

were a golden oldie from the silver screen and I thought you were great!

:04:09.:04:26.

# happy birthday, happy birthday! Hello, you gorgeous ones. It is a

:04:27.:04:31.

delight to see you in your gladrags. I'm glad your tooth has grown back.

:04:32.:04:36.

There were some children who said why has Lesley lost out to the? The

:04:37.:04:43.

make up is so clever. How did it feel to recreate that wonderful Fred

:04:44.:04:48.

and Judy moment? It is the first time I have seen it. It was

:04:49.:04:53.

absolutely glorious. It is an iconic number. You were thrilled, won't

:04:54.:04:58.

you? You were busy looking at yourself. Stop talking, played

:04:59.:05:04.

again! The judges could not get over the speed in which you cover the

:05:05.:05:10.

floor, Lesley. Where'd you get this energy from? We thought we did not

:05:11.:05:15.

have a big enough floor. We wanted a slightly big enough law to slide

:05:16.:05:20.

across. What can I say? My mother played tennis at 96. It is in the

:05:21.:05:27.

genes. Anton, Len was so pleased with the fishtail. I am not sure

:05:28.:05:34.

what a fishtail is. Could you demonstrate?

:05:35.:05:40.

It's a fabulous old step. The first step is on the slow. Forward on the

:05:41.:06:29.

right foot here like this. From there, we do a couple of lock steps,

:06:30.:06:38.

check, two, The costume and make up, they did

:06:39.:06:52.

such a brilliant job. It is one of my favourite numbers from all of the

:06:53.:06:56.

series. Every week I think this is my favourite dance, now that is my

:06:57.:07:00.

favourite dance and this week we have the charleston. It is such fun

:07:01.:07:09.

to learn all these different dances. And your gorgeous friends Linda and

:07:10.:07:15.

Pauline were there. They get so emotional and I get so emotional

:07:16.:07:20.

knowing they are there. They have been glorious. Literally, every day

:07:21.:07:24.

all we discuss is Strictly Come Dancing. We have just been in Malta

:07:25.:07:29.

filming the Christmas National for Birds Of A Feather. He had to come

:07:30.:07:35.

out. You had to go to Malta, what a nightmare! I imagine you capturing

:07:36.:07:42.

some raise in your budgie smugglers! Will he make a cameo appearance? He

:07:43.:07:48.

might find a swimming pool. He will be cut out! The cutting room floor!

:07:49.:07:58.

So it is the charleston for you two tomorrow. Have you had any time to

:07:59.:08:04.

do any training? We have. We had a wonderful dance studio out there.

:08:05.:08:09.

People are complaining that I am always training in the same trousers

:08:10.:08:14.

but I do wash them at night. We have managed to get on top of it. Let me

:08:15.:08:19.

just say this very quickly about Lesley. She is incredible to work

:08:20.:08:24.

with. She is up at five o'clock filming Birds in the morning and we

:08:25.:08:27.

are still training at eight o'clock in the evening. It is 1415 hour days

:08:28.:08:33.

and then she is up at five o'clock the next day. She has incredible

:08:34.:08:37.

enthusiasm and energy and she is wonderful to work with, such good

:08:38.:08:45.

fun. Luckily it is your birthday! It is a joy. She is a joy and

:08:46.:08:52.

wonderful! I have to instruct this broadcast for a very important

:08:53.:09:00.

message. Lesley, happy 71st birthday today. We love you very much. We

:09:01.:09:09.

know you will do well. Week -- we know you will do well. Could not be

:09:10.:09:15.

a proper birthday without a sweet treat. We could not get Paul and

:09:16.:09:20.

Mary. Lesley, what more could you want? Blow out the candles, Lesley!

:09:21.:09:38.

It is all about Anton! We wish you a huge happy birthday, have a

:09:39.:09:43.

wonderful night celebrating. Don't cut through my face, cut through the

:09:44.:09:50.

edges! Happy birthday! Anton and that balloon! While we tuck into the

:09:51.:09:58.

cake, it is important to remember that plenty of calories are learned

:09:59.:10:05.

in the training. The charleston is a fast dance. It

:10:06.:10:11.

requires a lot of stamina and precise arm and leg movements. I

:10:12.:10:15.

have to coordinate both ends of my body which sounds easier than it is,

:10:16.:10:24.

trust me. One and two. No. It is very, very fast but I love it.

:10:25.:10:34.

Jive is one of my favourite dances, but I have quickly realised that

:10:35.:10:40.

this is not for the faint-hearted. I am going to lose three stone this

:10:41.:10:46.

week. You are going to need a lot of stamina to do this jive. It is 90

:10:47.:10:51.

seconds of full on energy. The more you suffer, the bigger the smile. It

:10:52.:10:58.

is mad, it is crazy but it is brilliant. When it all comes

:10:59.:11:05.

together, it will look so good! Looking pretty good. Now it is time

:11:06.:11:06.

to get some bums on seats. Strictly super-fans,

:11:07.:11:16.

Jodie Prenger, Jeremy Hello, my darlings! Welcome, ladies.

:11:17.:11:36.

Jeremy, welcome back! You are now the most qualified person on that

:11:37.:11:40.

sofa to comment, having gone through this process. How is it to watch the

:11:41.:11:46.

show without you win it? I must say I was all set to support Will and

:11:47.:11:51.

Karen so I am feeling the pain of that. My kids back home are big

:11:52.:11:58.

Karen fans will stop Karen, we love you! She is coming on the show next

:11:59.:12:05.

week. When the probe goes out like that, it is very hard. But I am

:12:06.:12:10.

amazed that the standard of dancing. I find it terrifying! It is

:12:11.:12:14.

ridiculous. Marian, what have you been up to since we last saw you? I

:12:15.:12:22.

have a book out. It is not a novel, it is a collection of humorous

:12:23.:12:28.

anecdotes and articles. It is called Making it up as I go along. Shall I

:12:29.:12:36.

send you one? And Jodie, welcome back, looking gorgeous in perfect

:12:37.:12:50.

velvet! Ribena, Ribena, Ribena! Other blackcurrant drinks are

:12:51.:12:55.

available. What you think? The talent is really strong this year.

:12:56.:13:00.

Really enjoying it. We are going to start with Laura and Giovanni. They

:13:01.:13:05.

found themselves in the bottom two but they survived. They are doing a

:13:06.:13:10.

quick step this week to Ballroom Blitz by sweet. Are you supporting

:13:11.:13:17.

your fellow Irish lass? Of course, it is the Irish Mafia! It does help

:13:18.:13:22.

that she is a brilliant dancer and really amazing and this looks really

:13:23.:13:28.

good. Headrest looks quite modern as well. Will they come out guns

:13:29.:13:36.

blazing do you think? I think so because it is really quick on the

:13:37.:13:43.

feet. She is a great dancer. And she is a bonny girl. When you have been

:13:44.:13:49.

in the dance-off panic sets in. That is the problem. You know you are

:13:50.:13:56.

hanging by a thread. Does it affect your confidence? It really does. We

:13:57.:14:03.

are going to talk about nag and passion now. It is no secret,

:14:04.:14:09.

Marian, you are partial's biggest fan? -- Naga and Pasha. He is

:14:10.:14:18.

marvellous. I am a bit cross with Naga. She is dancing with the most

:14:19.:14:23.

beautiful man on earth and every day she is looking at his little face

:14:24.:14:27.

and she is living the dream, she is living my dream! So be happy, Naga!

:14:28.:14:35.

You want her to be happy. They will be dancing the tango. Is she looking

:14:36.:14:47.

happy enough for you, Marian? Yes! Is that all right? Jeremy, what you

:14:48.:14:53.

thinking? I think the charleston is the hardest dance of the lot and it

:14:54.:14:58.

takes more than a week to learn. She looks really good there. She did a

:14:59.:15:03.

thing on breakfast News this morning where she introduced Nicola

:15:04.:15:06.

Sturgeon, did you see it and a picture of a gorilla came up

:15:07.:15:11.

instead! She did this most beautiful Naga smile and that is what we want

:15:12.:15:19.

to see. To see the joy. If someone holds a photo of a gorilla up. Or

:15:20.:15:26.

Nicola Sturgeon. She did not look that happy. Eyes and teeth.

:15:27.:15:35.

This can be an infamously famous dance. I think you were saying you

:15:36.:15:55.

weren't keen. It's my worst dance. It brings me out in a full body

:15:56.:16:21.

sweat. The song is lovely and I think she's great. The rumba is

:16:22.:16:59.

This song is fabulous. Joanne Clifton is a brilliant teacher. She

:17:00.:17:09.

is very good at working out what you need. Great choreography. Onto

:17:10.:17:17.

Claudia and AJ. Onto the foxtrot. Did you love it last week? Yes! Glad

:17:18.:17:24.

to hear it. Here they are in training. A potential ten pattern

:17:25.:17:31.

here? It is slower than I expected but I never did a foxtrot. She did

:17:32.:17:37.

an amazing move in the charleston, she'd jump vertically and then went

:17:38.:17:42.

backwards. I have never seen that before. I get out of bed like that!

:17:43.:17:51.

I just met AJ. He is a sweet, sweet guy. He is only 21, amazing. They

:17:52.:18:01.

are getting stronger every week? These are the weeks when they really

:18:02.:18:08.

start to come out of their shells. The dance-off is so unpredictable

:18:09.:18:12.

now. Any one of the people we have seen could end up with a red light.

:18:13.:18:20.

One of your favourites, Jeremy, Ed now. He and Katya have been doing a

:18:21.:18:26.

paso doble. You have been showing a lots of support? I am big into Ed

:18:27.:18:30.

Balls! LAUGHTER

:18:31.:18:38.

I said learn the charleston early and then the judges watch your feet

:18:39.:18:43.

but the audience watch your face. His first dance, the waltz, I said,

:18:44.:18:51.

get out of the suit, Ed, because he did not look comfortable. And that

:18:52.:18:58.

charleston, it was unbelievable. So paso, is this good? He is so into

:18:59.:19:04.

it. I have never met her but she is clearly an amazing teacher. She is

:19:05.:19:10.

really enjoying the experience as a first-time Strictly person as well.

:19:11.:19:14.

I am going to make a prediction here, they will get to the final! We

:19:15.:19:22.

will talk about the rest of our couples later on. Thank you our

:19:23.:19:25.

Friday panel! The competition is heating up on the

:19:26.:19:46.

floor. Have you ever wanted to experience the glamour of the

:19:47.:19:51.

Strictly ballroom first hand? We have the opportunity for you to win

:19:52.:19:55.

two tickets for the Strictly Grand Final. You have to answer the

:19:56.:20:03.

following question correctly. In week three last year, Jay and Aliona

:20:04.:20:10.

performed a pulp fiction jive but what was the score they receive from

:20:11.:20:14.

the judges? Good luck and remember... Keep

:20:15.:20:36.

dancing! The voice of the balls, Alan Dedicoat.

:20:37.:20:44.

Now our next guest transformed her living room for Flashdance. It is

:20:45.:20:54.

safe to say she got the part. It is Kevin and Louise. I loved it. Every

:20:55.:20:59.

time you are given a style you make the most of it and I loved this. You

:21:00.:21:06.

passed the audition and you were great! # Shiny happy people...

:21:07.:21:25.

Kevin said you should end up on the safer in that position. He did it

:21:26.:21:33.

for you. And happy birthday for yesterday, Kevin! We have got you a

:21:34.:21:40.

cake with Anton's face on it! How did you celebrate yesterday?

:21:41.:21:43.

Actually, Louise and Jamie took me out for dinner and also Frankie who

:21:44.:21:48.

I danced with two years ago. And also Karen and a couple of my mates.

:21:49.:21:55.

What presence did you get? I got a shirt from Louise and some boots

:21:56.:22:02.

from Karen. What did Joe get you? The new Fifa game. OK, other games

:22:03.:22:10.

are available. Let's cast your mind back, how was Flashdance? It was

:22:11.:22:16.

great. For me it was a bit of a childhood dream. The cha-cha was

:22:17.:22:23.

hard. I have loved that film since I was about 12. You looked incredible

:22:24.:22:33.

in that outfit. Were you happy with the judges' comments and scores? The

:22:34.:22:43.

seven came out and she turned around and said, I am really sorry. That is

:22:44.:22:50.

because she is so lovely. But I loved it. She did an amazing job.

:22:51.:23:00.

She looked amazing. You are a brilliant couple to watch. I don't

:23:01.:23:06.

know if Darcey was talking about the curly perm or the steps! I think it

:23:07.:23:14.

suits me more than the cha-cha. You have got to bend your legs to dance.

:23:15.:23:19.

You are not allowed to bend them, you have to keep them straight and

:23:20.:23:23.

keeping time. When you are in the training room you think I know what

:23:24.:23:27.

I have to do, I have got this but when you go out there it goes pear

:23:28.:23:32.

shaped. Kevin said I just want you to enjoy this, this week is just

:23:33.:23:36.

about giving it all you can and do your best. The first foxtrot is of

:23:37.:23:47.

the series, what is the most important thing and what are we

:23:48.:23:56.

looking for? A nice shape out of the side, strengthen the feet and all

:23:57.:24:00.

the technique has to be in place while looking like it is really

:24:01.:24:05.

easy. Apart from that, just enjoy yourself! He is very good on

:24:06.:24:11.

technique and detail, what do you think has been the most important

:24:12.:24:14.

thing he has told you about the foxtrot? The heel. Go with the heel

:24:15.:24:24.

and slide the leg back from the toe. And not step on his foot! Our little

:24:25.:24:30.

spies did catch this moment this week. Have a look.

:24:31.:24:52.

That looked really painful! Those ballroom shoes, the heels are

:24:53.:25:04.

vicious. I couldn't stop doing it! The more he told me what not to do,

:25:05.:25:10.

I was doing it more! Maybe some padding in your shoes. Last week you

:25:11.:25:16.

were re-dancing welder from Flashdance. What character do you

:25:17.:25:22.

have to be for a foxtrot? This week it is likely 60s inspired. It is a

:25:23.:25:28.

nod to the 60s rather than actual character but I am changing my

:25:29.:25:35.

apparently long-term husband into the perfect man. Jamie is on the

:25:36.:25:47.

phone! I have a remote control. A transformation. Good luck tomorrow,

:25:48.:25:56.

Louise and Kevin! Time now to head over to getting Jones at Elstree.

:25:57.:26:05.

I have found some princesses of the ballroom. Anastacia and Daisy will

:26:06.:26:11.

also be the rumba Queens tomorrow. Princesses to Queens in a matter of

:26:12.:26:18.

15 seconds. Thank you! Have you been comparing notes? More panic notes.

:26:19.:26:27.

There has been some panic. The rumba is so romantic and smooth it has

:26:28.:26:30.

forced me to do the complete opposite, be really jumpy and

:26:31.:26:36.

nervous. Every step is seen and it freaks us out because if it was fast

:26:37.:26:42.

we would get through the one step that was not great to give you a

:26:43.:26:47.

step which was awesome. And to add to the pressure, some might say it

:26:48.:26:55.

is harder for the ladies because you have to finish. They are the ones

:26:56.:27:03.

who are displaying. And I have always loved watching the rumba, it

:27:04.:27:06.

is such a beautiful expression of dance. It is so special. I watch it

:27:07.:27:15.

and I think, how odd a sing together? You say that every week

:27:16.:27:22.

and you still pull it off. You have come straight from wardrobe. How was

:27:23.:27:27.

the outfit? I very much care for the outfit. We appreciate the sparkles.

:27:28.:27:33.

No Mary Poppins for you for the rumba? No Mary Poppins! Nope nuns. I

:27:34.:27:41.

have not seen mine yet but I have heard it is floaty. They do not want

:27:42.:27:49.

me to look too sexy. I have a feeling her dance is completely

:27:50.:27:54.

sexy. She will give it all to you. What are you like 24 hours before

:27:55.:28:00.

the actual night? Do the nerves kicking or IU quite calm? I am a

:28:01.:28:06.

nervous wreck! You are a nervous wreck before the dance-off? The

:28:07.:28:11.

lights make you very sweaty. I am just a nervous wreck. Aljaz gave me

:28:12.:28:18.

a talk yesterday and he said we would be where we are now without

:28:19.:28:23.

your panic all week so maybe I don't need to panic. This is the most

:28:24.:28:27.

amazing experience of my whole life and I am loving it but I love it so

:28:28.:28:31.

much I just don't want to mess it up. What about you? You are used to

:28:32.:28:39.

this? No, this is so out of my comfort zone. I keep grounded most

:28:40.:28:45.

of the time. I have had a lot of things in my life that are far worse

:28:46.:28:49.

than dancing in the show so I look at the positive of possibly getting

:28:50.:28:53.

through and enjoying the dance instead of concentrating on the fear

:28:54.:28:56.

because I have learned to block fear out of it. Embrace the good. The

:28:57.:29:03.

rumba tomorrow night, shall I give you some tips? You dipped a bit like

:29:04.:29:12.

this. If you could comment on this. It is a lot of hands going on. There

:29:13.:29:21.

are too many heels. You have to do to to heels. We call it at to lead.

:29:22.:29:30.

Our next guest has a reputation for stealing from the rich and giving to

:29:31.:29:34.

the poor but the judges were happy to turn a blind eye to that

:29:35.:29:42.

behaviour. It is Greg and Natalie. Your storytelling was absolutely

:29:43.:29:50.

gorgeous. The connection between you two tonight was absolutely wonderful

:29:51.:29:57.

to watch. Greg, it was bull's-eye, well done!

:29:58.:30:18.

You have been through so much. Last weekend it was a box office smash.

:30:19.:30:27.

So good. How much did you enjoy the story you told out on the floor?

:30:28.:30:31.

Loved it. It was our favourite dance. So many things we had been

:30:32.:30:38.

working on, the lifts in particular finally came together. I kept

:30:39.:30:42.

finishing them in the wrong position so I would be facing the wrong way

:30:43.:30:46.

but on this one it all came together. It is funny how it

:30:47.:30:54.

happens. It often happens. For you to be leading me round the floor on

:30:55.:31:01.

week three is unbelievable. She is so happy! I am so happy. The judges

:31:02.:31:09.

are so full of praise for you two. All ats. I still think I am a bit of

:31:10.:31:25.

a wally doing this. No way! Sub when we got a good response it was nice.

:31:26.:31:32.

You have to believe in yourself. Doing what you are doing is amazing.

:31:33.:31:37.

For someone who has never danced before, you are doing everything to

:31:38.:31:41.

shine and on a Saturday night you always do your best performance and

:31:42.:31:53.

that is all I can ask for. Darcey and Len said they could not see your

:31:54.:32:00.

bottom. Was it a conscious decision? We have been working on it. We have

:32:01.:32:04.

been working on the position which is rarely alien to me. It is

:32:05.:32:10.

shifting all your weight forwards. To feel like your headway is going

:32:11.:32:14.

backwards instead of forwards is a foreign feeling. We are working on

:32:15.:32:18.

it and it is definitely getting better. A lot of the viewers and

:32:19.:32:26.

judges were so great chemistry between you two. How important is

:32:27.:32:31.

that? I think it is everything, dancing is about storytelling, the

:32:32.:32:37.

partnership and the music. If that is believable then you get good

:32:38.:32:41.

scores. We kind of knew each other before the show and we hit it off

:32:42.:32:45.

straightaway so it is really important to keep that going. We

:32:46.:32:53.

have so much fun in rehearsals. This week, salsa to Olly Murs but that

:32:54.:32:59.

has been a bit of an injury, tell us more. I don't want to harp on about

:33:00.:33:08.

these but this week it went very wrong. Annoyingly, while performing

:33:09.:33:17.

one of the lifts I managed to test something in my wrist. That was not

:33:18.:33:25.

fun. We went for a scam. There was fluid pouring out of the area. I had

:33:26.:33:30.

hydrocortisone injection in it to deal with that. I feel like it is my

:33:31.:33:38.

fault because we were doing the most epic lifts that anyone has ever seen

:33:39.:33:43.

in a South because I have got someone I can do it with and you are

:33:44.:33:53.

strong and amazing -- salsa. We had three epic lifts and I really pushed

:33:54.:33:59.

you this week and an injury has happened. I feel gutted. Can you do

:34:00.:34:08.

a lift now? We have removed it and there was one that we nailed so well

:34:09.:34:13.

and it was so epic. I was so excited by it as well. I am not the greatest

:34:14.:34:18.

dancer in the world that I am probably strong enough to do the

:34:19.:34:22.

things that are quite cool. We have now had to chop them entirely, but

:34:23.:34:28.

the final image you see of this dance I am hoping... Fingers

:34:29.:34:34.

crossed! If your hand is OK we might be able to. Rest it, don't do

:34:35.:34:44.

anything dangerous. Good luck, tomorrow, the gorgeous Greg and

:34:45.:34:45.

latterly! Now, Gethin was once again let loose

:34:46.:34:49.

in Elstree's corridors earlier, Backstage at Strictly towers, there

:34:50.:35:00.

are clothes everywhere. What do you reckon? It is good, isn't it! This

:35:01.:35:09.

is the quick-change area. It is very busy on a Friday getting the

:35:10.:35:17.

costumes ready. How was it going, or a? You are half dressed. Is not

:35:18.:35:24.

complete? I am just going out for a Friday night! What are you doing in

:35:25.:35:32.

here? The girls get changed here as well stop I like the fact he is

:35:33.:35:37.

wearing his khaki pants with a glitzy number. I know you love your

:35:38.:35:43.

fashion, talk me through this outfit. Your toes get so sore. They

:35:44.:35:58.

get cut up. Your whole body is struggling? I bruise easily but I

:35:59.:36:06.

heal easily. And also my mum came over with a supplement of iron

:36:07.:36:11.

tablets and magnesium. I just needed my mother. What is it like preparing

:36:12.:36:23.

for a live show? It is so scary stop I cannot talk. Normally I would do

:36:24.:36:31.

your job. Good luck for tomorrow. I love the outfit.

:36:32.:36:35.

Now, our final couple of the night rocketed to the top of the leader

:36:36.:36:39.

board with their cheeky Charleston last weekend -

:36:40.:36:42.

in fact, they made it look easy as pie.

:36:43.:36:48.

That was absolutely brilliant. It was made for you. Absolutely

:36:49.:37:04.

outstanding! It was an amazing dance and you act beautifully. You really

:37:05.:37:08.

are a double threat, my darling! I love it. Hello, you gorgeous two!

:37:09.:37:23.

Lovely to see you. I cannot stop watching your charleston. It was

:37:24.:37:29.

epic. I absolutely loved it. Just being there and soaking up the

:37:30.:37:34.

atmosphere was incredible. I was smiling, I was so happy. How many

:37:35.:37:41.

times have you watched it back? I only watch my performances once. I

:37:42.:37:47.

watch it a million times. I was so happy. Well done. A whopping four

:37:48.:37:57.

nines from the judges. You are joint top of the Leader Board. How does it

:37:58.:38:04.

feel? Absolutely incredible! And to get a nine from Craig I was amazed

:38:05.:38:10.

because before he gave us a sixth. A bit of an increase so we were just

:38:11.:38:15.

ecstatic! He was screaming the whole time! Calm down! Craig was rendered

:38:16.:38:26.

almost speechless. He said you were technically brilliant. You could not

:38:27.:38:32.

have done it any better? I just went out there ended my best. I loved it.

:38:33.:38:37.

What was the trickiest of the tricks? For her to trust me. She

:38:38.:38:48.

does her flips on her own but to trust me is a complete different

:38:49.:38:54.

thing. I never dropped her. Some controlled lowers with some heart

:38:55.:38:56.

attacks. That was the way this thing. For her to trust me and for

:38:57.:39:05.

me not to drop her. Is the trust growing? A little bit. There was a

:39:06.:39:11.

little pause there! Bruno said you were the double threat. He is loving

:39:12.:39:17.

all the acting. Did you realise you were such an actress? Not at all. AJ

:39:18.:39:25.

said before happy face, happy face. He kept drilling it into me. Dancing

:39:26.:39:30.

was one thing, we have worked on the acting, especially for tomorrow.

:39:31.:39:34.

First we have to talk about this little moment. Look at your face!

:39:35.:39:44.

Did you nearly part I Len Goodman in the face? Yes! I said to AJ

:39:45.:39:54.

beforehand, make sure you go on the top step and pie him in the face. It

:39:55.:39:59.

went all over the judges and I thought they would under Mark me.

:40:00.:40:04.

And I knocked all the props over. Youthful on knocked me -- youthful

:40:05.:40:10.

on knocked me. I was all over the place! We could see Len cleaning up

:40:11.:40:19.

the desk. The foxtrot, how has the training on this week? Not too bad.

:40:20.:40:25.

I am finding it harder than the charleston. It is the footwork. It

:40:26.:40:38.

is lots of heel turns. It is complicated choreography. I don't

:40:39.:40:42.

want to make it simple. Simple is boring so go full out and make it

:40:43.:40:47.

good. She does work well under pressure. That is being a

:40:48.:40:53.

competitor, surely? What has been the toughest thing with the foxtrot?

:40:54.:41:00.

I would say the footwork. Because I don't know what I am doing yet, he

:41:01.:41:05.

has literally dragged me across the floor. Then I fall over. Good luck,

:41:06.:41:17.

you are so brilliant the two of you. Claudia and AJ!

:41:18.:41:20.

Now, we want you lot at home to get involved in the making of the show.

:41:21.:41:24.

If you've got a question for our pro dancers,

:41:25.:41:27.

All you have to do is video yourself asking the question and send it

:41:28.:41:32.

So get filming - in portrait - so your video fits

:41:33.:41:44.

You can tag us on Twitter using #ItTakesTwo or send them

:41:45.:41:54.

Time for another training update now.

:41:55.:42:03.

Here's Laura and Giovanni and Lesley and Anton in action.

:42:04.:42:14.

In my head, a quick step is a darts with steps that are really quick! It

:42:15.:42:25.

will be quick, quick, quick step. There are lots of things to think

:42:26.:42:30.

about. I don't know why you are doing this. My head wants to do

:42:31.:42:39.

this! Shoulder, look where you are going. I feel it is a work-out this

:42:40.:42:48.

week. The charleston is going fine. It is very exhausting. What are

:42:49.:43:05.

they? I am loving the charleston. I cannot wait to charleston my way

:43:06.:43:07.

through the show. Getting there. Time to welcome back

:43:08.:43:10.

my Friday Panel! First up are Greg and Natalie who

:43:11.:43:15.

are doing the salsa this weekend. Greg has an injury in his wrist

:43:16.:43:29.

which is such a shame. Can they make a salsa work without the lists? They

:43:30.:43:38.

are dancing to Olly Murs. As long limbed man, you impressed, Jeremy? I

:43:39.:43:44.

have just been talking to him. I said you are doing so well. I knew

:43:45.:43:51.

he had not done any dancing before and just the power of the first

:43:52.:43:56.

routine. He has a great partner, Natalie, who is such a brilliant

:43:57.:44:02.

Strictly personality and veteran. But looked great to me. Marian, do

:44:03.:44:11.

you think he will be all right? Is a grower. He was wonderful the first

:44:12.:44:16.

week, not so good the second week and quite good the third week. But

:44:17.:44:26.

what about his hand? Lifting Natalie will be a big part of what they do?

:44:27.:44:34.

Maybe injections. Or save it to the last one. It is the point where you

:44:35.:44:38.

do need to do things like that to save yourself and make sure you get

:44:39.:44:49.

through to the next week. Now Daisy and Aljaz and the rumba? This is so

:44:50.:44:57.

steamy and amazing. She is a blood test. My husband is a little bit too

:44:58.:45:04.

fond of her. That is all right because I have Mike Pasha will stop

:45:05.:45:07.

they are a really lovely partnership and I love the song. Jeremy, you

:45:08.:45:14.

never got to do a rumba, is that a blessing or a curse? She is

:45:15.:45:21.

reminding me of Helen George from last year. She was dancing a waltz

:45:22.:45:30.

and Karen Carol Kirkwood and I won the balcony and we said, we are in

:45:31.:45:32.

trouble now. Judge Rinder and Oksana are dancing

:45:33.:45:37.

the Viennese Waltz tomorrow. I love the way you all start smiling

:45:38.:45:49.

when you hear his name. I just love him! And his hands. Why hasn't he

:45:50.:45:59.

been doing this for years? Why doesn't he do a dance before his

:46:00.:46:05.

programme starts? He is dancing with his mouth as well. I know it is

:46:06.:46:14.

annoying Craig but don't stop! Will he hold it back for the Viennese

:46:15.:46:16.

waltz? Please don't! Moving onto Louise and Kevin

:46:17.:46:21.

who are dancing the foxtrot. From an angelic Viennese waltz

:46:22.:46:23.

in week two to the wild haired cha cha cha last Saturday ? what

:46:24.:46:26.

style do you think I think her confidence is going she

:46:27.:46:40.

came in quite nervous and you can even see it in the evolution of what

:46:41.:46:44.

she is wearing. She was all quite Victorian lady in the beginning and

:46:45.:46:49.

now she is therein leotards and thigh boots, it is brilliant. What

:46:50.:46:53.

an amazing outfit that was last week.

:46:54.:46:54.

Consistently good marks each week ? can they maintain that standard?

:46:55.:47:00.

I hope so because she is a beautiful dancer. That was my leotard she was

:47:01.:47:10.

wearing last week! Has she washed it? She stretched it a bit! She's so

:47:11.:47:17.

beautiful and she dances gorgeous. Next up it's Lesley and Anton who

:47:18.:47:19.

are dancing the Charleston. Her energy is just something else?

:47:20.:47:33.

Marian, what are you thinking? I love her with all my heart. She is

:47:34.:47:41.

fearless and confident. She is wonderful. In her head she is 19 and

:47:42.:47:50.

she dances like it. Just amazing. Jeremy, what do you think? I am

:47:51.:47:57.

really inspired. We were celebrating her 71st birthday. It is so

:47:58.:48:02.

inspiring for everyone watching TV. We come back to the thing that

:48:03.:48:07.

everybody should be staying in that somebody is going to go and I will

:48:08.:48:12.

be crushed if it is her. And the heavy workload she has an in the

:48:13.:48:19.

vibrant energy, she is brilliant. And she has got Anton as well, not a

:48:20.:48:33.

disadvantage! Danny and Oti are joint top of the Leader Board. They

:48:34.:48:37.

are doing a quick step this week. Can they keep up the high standard?

:48:38.:48:43.

I would really hope that they don't. Controversial. He is too good. The

:48:44.:48:48.

first week I had to have the smelling salts. It was so fabulous.

:48:49.:48:54.

The second week was equally fabulous and the third week was equally

:48:55.:48:58.

fabulous and then, you know, I get bored with fabulous all the time.

:48:59.:49:03.

This is the thing, the audience think they are safe and they don't

:49:04.:49:10.

vote for them. I am now rethinking because I reckoned they were going

:49:11.:49:14.

to win it but now I am thinking... But you said Ed Balls. No, you said

:49:15.:49:24.

him for the final. The Mask was astonishing. Mess up a few of the

:49:25.:49:39.

old fleckerls. I am going to speak up for Oti. She is having fun with a

:49:40.:49:47.

guy who can really dance. Who do you think will go? Jodie? I am going to

:49:48.:49:54.

say Danny because the audience think he is safe. Anastacia. I might go

:49:55.:50:08.

Anastacia as well. You have said it. You have been absolutely glorious.

:50:09.:50:10.

Our Friday panel! And a special shout out

:50:11.:50:16.

to Jenny Lorigan who's having a little Strictly get together this

:50:17.:50:18.

weekend with her family. Now, there's only one man who can

:50:19.:50:20.

read this next link. Our dancing stars have fallen

:50:21.:50:24.

hook, line and sinker for ballroom and latin -

:50:25.:50:28.

as did I! Here they tell us how much the

:50:29.:50:30.

Strictly experience means to them. You know what, secretly, I am

:50:31.:50:45.

enjoying dancing more than I ever thought I would. I think a small

:50:46.:50:55.

part of me has fully fallen in love with dancing. It is absolutely

:50:56.:50:59.

incredible. I love coming in every week. I am loving every minute of

:51:00.:51:05.

this. It doesn't matter how tired you are and what is going on in the

:51:06.:51:10.

background, it all becomes white noise. I have definitely fallen in

:51:11.:51:14.

love with dancing. I always wanted to be a dancer. When you watch

:51:15.:51:21.

someone dance to a song it really brings it alive. I am loving every

:51:22.:51:27.

single second of it. I don't want to pre-empt it but I think I am turning

:51:28.:51:32.

into a sewer. I didn't think I could fall in love with dancing any more

:51:33.:51:40.

but I have! Learning to dance has been physically exhausting. I can

:51:41.:51:43.

move in a way I have never been able to before. I love the training.

:51:44.:51:58.

Every day is a revelation. I had no idea ballroom dancing could be so

:51:59.:52:04.

difficult and also so exciting. Is just the most beautiful expression

:52:05.:52:09.

of creativity that I think there is. I am having the greatest experience

:52:10.:52:16.

of my life. Daisy, you are making us all emotional!

:52:17.:52:19.

Now, it's time to check in with Gethin for one last time.

:52:20.:52:22.

Earlier today he nipped into the Star Bar on the hunt for

:52:23.:52:25.

I am with Strictly's newest boy band, it is GAG, that is what I am

:52:26.:52:37.

calling you. How are you doing? How is Tameka? Sarah-macro she left, she

:52:38.:52:43.

was disappointed because she wanted to be longer in the programme.

:52:44.:52:56.

Everything has changed so... How are you making him feel welcome? We love

:52:57.:53:03.

Gorka, we love all the new prose. There are six of them this year. So

:53:04.:53:16.

much love to give. We love Gorka. How has your week been? How has

:53:17.:53:21.

Laura been from the dance-off? It is good. You then just fight again. It

:53:22.:53:29.

is quite early for a Group Dance rehearsal, isn't it? It is early. I

:53:30.:53:39.

want to sleep. It is always early. This week is supposed to be

:53:40.:53:46.

fantastic. What can you tell us? Surprise. You don't know! It is a

:53:47.:53:54.

tribute to James Brown and Motown. We have some cool people coming to

:53:55.:54:01.

dance of us. We sit on a chair, wiggle around, do a couple of steps

:54:02.:54:06.

and smile. That is what boy bands do. Are you guys having a bit of a

:54:07.:54:12.

break from your partner now or will you chat to her or speak to her

:54:13.:54:20.

tonight? How will Daisy be feeling? We are on the phone all the time.

:54:21.:54:26.

Actually, she is right there! We do spend a lot of time together but

:54:27.:54:31.

actually, last night we went to watch the dance competition to get

:54:32.:54:39.

some inspiration and tips. It is good if they come and watch. This

:54:40.:54:45.

year is completely different. They come, some on the tapes, quick step

:54:46.:54:51.

tapes and then after two hours she left because she was so bored! We

:54:52.:54:59.

get so inspired watching the dancers we have changed all the steps! You

:55:00.:55:05.

have your group pro rehearsal. I will let you go. Can I have just

:55:06.:55:18.

cameo? I have still got it! He has still got it. If Marian did

:55:19.:55:25.

the show she would be dancing with Pasha. Who would be your partner?

:55:26.:55:33.

Anton! It could happen! That is all we have time for tonight.

:55:34.:55:36.

Sadly that's all we have time for tonight.

:55:37.:55:38.

Don't miss tomorrow's Strictly Come Dancing

:55:39.:55:39.

with Tess and Claud at 6:30 on BBC One.

:55:40.:55:41.

I'll be back here Monday with the next couple to be

:55:42.:55:44.

But now, singing us out with a world exclusive performance

:55:45.:55:48.

of their new single All Night, it's The Vamps!

:55:49.:55:50.

# Cause I feel like I'm always dreaming

:55:51.:55:54.

# Cause I feel like I'm always dreaming

:55:55.:56:11.

# Sometimes I tend to lose myself when I'm out here on my own

:56:12.:56:18.

# I never seem to get it right, but I guess that's how it goes

:56:19.:56:24.

# Ever since you came around, can't nobody hold me down

:56:25.:56:31.

# You showed me how to find myself when I needed it the most

:56:32.:56:37.

# Cause I feel like I'm always dreaming

:56:38.:56:44.

# Cause I feel like I'm always dreaming

:56:45.:56:51.

# Wide awake, that's OK, as long as I'm with you

:56:52.:56:56.

# Cause I feel like I'm always dreaming

:56:57.:57:18.

# The past is the past, today is today

:57:19.:57:27.

# Tell the truth that I've been trying to hide

:57:28.:57:38.

# I've been waiting for you way too long

:57:39.:57:41.

# Oh I, I'm praying this ain't all a dream

:57:42.:57:50.

# Can you, you, wake me up before you leave

:57:51.:57:56.

# Cause I feel like I'm always dreaming

:57:57.:58:03.

# Cause I feel like I'm always dreaming

:58:04.:58:10.

# Wide awake, that's OK, as long as I'm with you

:58:11.:58:17.

# Cause I feel like I'm always dreaming

:58:18.:58:27.

# Cause I feel like I'm always dreaming.#
