Episode 15 Strictly - It Takes Two

It ace Friday. Coming up on tonight's show, I'll be dropping in

on rehearsals to ask Rory and Erin what they have in store.

Chelsee and Pasha and Russell and Flavia will be here. Ann Widdecombe

will be here alongside the gorgeous Tom Ellis, and everyone's favourite

singing sensation, Chris de Burgh. Live from Television Centre, this

is strictly, It Takes Two. Here's Zoe.

Hello. Hello, hello and welcome to It

Takes Two. There are only 23 hour, 53 minutes and 44 seconds before

our next Strictly extrave begansy. 12 couples will perform 11

different dances as the competition continues. I can barely cope with

the excitement. In a moment, I'll be joined by Russell and Flavia,

who proved they can play with the big boys when their foxtrot brought

a smile to all the judges' faces. It was a very good foxtrot. Showbiz

- Broadway, ballroom, what can't Russell do? You are my guilty

pleasure. Russell, you is the -- you have the sunshine. This week

you put the show in showbiz. Thank you. I found it nerve-racking.

It is not the kind of dance I am used to. You are as good in the

Latin as you are in the ballroom. He was worried about the ballroom.

and you're on your way to being excellent. It was very haphazard,

very hit and miss and just too disco. You are a joy to watch. I

love watching you dance. Cha-cha- cha is designed as cheeky, saucy,

Len gave me an eight. I am absolutely made up. That is the

highest score he's given me yet. It means a lot. He said give it wellly.

do love the way you say, "Welly." You banged your head last weekend?

Yes, we were going outside, being naughty. Yeah? Because he told us

not to go in and we had to go into the stairs. So we've been going

outside. As I was laughing, going like that. And I've turned around

and it's gone bang on my head. will teach you for hanging out

being naughty with Harry. Was there a drama. You had to change your

hair to hide the bruise. They had to give me a comb over. You would

never have known because your performance was lovely on Saturday.

Did you enjoy it. Do you know, I couldn't even remember it. Don't

think about bruises like that. it was fine. I really enjoyed it.

You did enjoy it? This weekend, the quickstep - how's the training been

going this week? Quick. That is why it's called that! The thing is,

Pasha, you put a lot of steps in for Chelsee because you know she

can do it? She's quite talented. I think it's always good to challenge

her a little bit, so she wouldn't be too bored. I don't get bored. I

wish he would not challenge me as much because I think it's hard.

quickstep, Chelsee? Just how quick it is. Getting the steps in because

it's so quick. What am I like? I'm like running around like a head --

you to know you are not the only person who struggles getting

Chelsee to concentrate over the years. We managed to get hold of

In technology a similar thing. Chelsee must try and concentrate

you think about that? That's a good comment. I don't know whether I am

the dark horse. I don't reckon I am. I'm just trying everything.

you go to bed? A nice hot bath. Chill out. And no messing about

to have. How are you enjoying this series? He I haven't seen any of

it! I thought that was a joke. have just finished a tour last week.

Saturday was my birthday and I was out with my family. I spent the

whole week talking about my album but I have been reading all the

stuff and I have been watching last week so I am excited to be here.

first. They are doing the Paso this week. And, what advice would you

give to Nancy about dealing with Anton? A at least she can dance,

which is more than I could! I think she will have to deal with him in a

slightly different way. I think it is more Anton who we need advice on

how to deal with Nancy. Tom, you are currently playing at teacher,

could we ever persuade you to go on the dancefloor of Strictly? We know

you can dance. I do like to dance, my wife calls me that John Cleese

of the dancefloor. I have a lot of admiration for people who do this

show. What do you think about Nancy's Paso because you need

acting skills for that, don't you? She definitely has the passion

there, she's a red-blooded Italian woman. Do you hold out hope for

this performance tomorrow night? She was unlucky in the first week

with her wardrobe malfunction but she is getting better and better

and Anton is a great teacher. and Brendan are doing the samba

this week. Is this a good choice? This is a greater choice of music

and she looks pretty good there. She is a lovely mover. I have met

her before and I think she's got a great chance. The samba is a party

dancer, does it look as if she's having a party there? It I was

disappointed in the first leg because I thought she didn't do as

well as I thought but she has come on in leaps and bounds. That is

what the fans like to see. Improvement. Alex and James are

doing the wrong but this week, the dance of love. You did this dance

to the Titanic theme. She's wearing a cat suit. What do you think about

Alex's rumba there? I think Alex is the person who has improved the

most. I think she might struggle a little bit because her trouble is

her a fluidity. I love how much you know about this show, it's

brilliant! Have you watched the way this guy moods? The physically, she

struggles with the fluidity and I think it will expose her. But it is

James's favourite dance. So, she stands a chance. If any of the

judges are sick, Tom, you are on the panel! Harry is doing the walls

this week. How do you think this music will help hurry? I have heard

this music in restaurants all over the world. May I also point out

that I have been waiting by the phone, waiting to be asked on the

show. Do you mean, asked to dance on the show? On the show. Let's

look at Audley Harrison, he will be doing the foxtrot. He has been in

the bottom two but he came back fighting last week, how do you

think he can do with the foxtrot this week? The foxtrot is actually

quite a difficult dance. Your partner clings on like mad and

pursue in the right direction but it is quite complicated and think

it will be quite testing. Have you been impressed by a Audley Harrison

so far? You cannot fault his enthusiasm, he is loving it. It has

got to be hard for someone of his size to have that lightness in his

feet but having said that, last week he did well with the Quickstep.

He has size 17 ft which is enormous. Holly is doing the Viennese waltz

this week. What do you think of her? I had seen some of this one.

How do you think she is doing? is very light on her feet. She

looks very light. Are you looking forward to seeing Holly doing

something more traditional, rather than something saucy which is what

she has been doing in the last few weeks. Obviously the dancers have

to be able to do both and do boat to a high standard but it is always

nice when you see somebody who has done one thing, suddenly have to

switch to the other. The stance is quite complicated, it has some

complicated footwork. I was very relieved not to have to do it.

Maybe if you have a nice word with Chris De Burgh, he might dance you

around the studio! One word from all of you, who you think will win?

Antipodean, that is all I am saying. Our Friday panel! Next, I will be

in the studio to speak to Rory and Erin but first, are Strictly

couples are falling head over heels in love with dancing.

Dancing is much more difficult than you think but I do love it, it

brings me such happiness. I have always wanted to dance but I didn't

think I would be able to do it. You don't know what you can do until

you have tried it. I am really, really loving it and I hope I can

go as far as possible. I didn't think I would get as passionate as

this. The sense of achievement is fantastic. Every week, you start by

thinking, I cannot do it and by the end of the we, you can. It is quite

tough because every week you have to learn something different. The

more you practise, the more you get there and of course, I want to

learn more. It's a bit of a love, hate relationship because there is

a mountain to climb each week but it is addictive. I would never have

thought that I would get such a kick out of it. Even though it is

hard and I struggle, it is something that my body really loves.

I definitely want to keep learning. If I do something, I want to do it

to the best of my ability. I am having the time of my life, I want

to learn and improve and get as much as what I can't out of the

competition. I didn't think I would be able to cope with the pressure

but if you go for it and believe in yourself, you can achieve almost

anything. It is the hardest thing, ever, but I literally can say I

have loved every single day. It is everything I thought it would be,

and more. If I left the competition now, I would be devastated, I would

miss it so much. I have fallen in love with it.

This is where Dave and his fantastic Strictly Come Dancing

band sit at the singers and every Friday, each couple will get about

20 minutes to rehearse their dance in the studio. You can see them

patiently waiting. Over here, patiently waiting is Rory and Erin.

What does it say on the back? Elegance and panache, I love it.

How has rehearsals been here today? Not bad. We got there in the end.

It was a good dress rehearsal that is a good sign. A lot to do. Isn't

that often the way, you have a dodgy dress run but the performers

on the Saturday is often much better? Yes, you come in here and

get all the cobwebs out. Then hopefully by tomorrow, you'll be

fine. I then she will have nailed it by tomorrow! If you could work

into the night, you could dig up with them! Last week, Craig thought

you were terrific. Did you feel like it was the first time you

dance came together and you have proper confidence? Aaron had a lot

of confidence in me all week and she said, this will be our BIC. I

was really happy. The day before, I was worried about it and I just

thought, go out there and have happy feet. Standing out there, it

is terrifying and I just thought, happy feet. I've has really happy

doing the dance and it just went great. It was the best 90 seconds

of the competition. We absolutely loved it at home and you dress was

beautiful. Actually, I have stolen it! You have had a busy week this

week. You were in a bath of ice last night? 11:30pm last night, I

got back home and Robbie told me to have cold baths. Do people in the

hotels give you strange looks? You have less time, will you be

training into the night tonight? The important thing on Friday is to

rest and then you can come back to it on Saturday. Tomorrow, all day.

How is the Cha Cha are going? getting there. She's on a mission

to transform me into a sex god and I don't think it's very likely.
