Hello. Welcome to The Voice: Louder On Two.

Stick with me as for the next two weeks I have an access-all-areas

pass to the backstage gossip, the acts and the superstar coaches. You

can expect a little bit of this. Stretching it out!

I love Will's World - there's a film, I think. We would love to hear

90 blind auditions, 24 epic battles, 28 knock-out performances and one

live quarter-final. We finally have our top quath. For Team Ricky we

have Christine that Marie. We have Lee and Jamie for Team

Kylie. And for Team Will, we have Jermaine and Sophie May. If you have

Being a newby, I am probably more nervous than any of the contestants.

Welcome to The Voice, 2014. We are all performers. We know what those

people are feeling because we've been there.

# She's up all night to the sun... . I'm on a mission.

Not sneaky this year - cheeky! The coach I'm going to go with is

Will. # Cry me a river...

I just really wanted this... # I don't understand it... Thank you

for singing to me. You're a wonderful, wonderful man. Can I meet

mar vein before I go? -- Marvyn before I go?

It is like that, is it! ? I'm going to go with Ricky.

Each one of us thinks we have the best team. Just like some parents

think they have a cute kid and you look at the kid and you go, "That's

an ugly baby." It is time for the battle. Of course, everyone will be

nervous. They have got this far and they know how to use their nerves. I

am certain there's amazing talent in my team. The winner of this battle

is Lee. It is always tough because you've

got to split your team in half. You have to be very careful with who

I choose because I could be sending a superstar home.

Next up is the knockouts. The coaches must choose just three of

the acts to take into the live shows.

Iesher. Sophie.

They are singing a song of their own choice - they must choose wisely.

Sally. Bizzi. Georgia. I want to get something success out

of this. This is maybe winning it. Chris... Christine that Marie.

This will be amazing! Lee! Jamie!

Wrap yourself in because The Voice is live. Each one of them are

special in their own way and deserve to be in the finals.

I am excited for them that they get to perform on a live stage. I could

have the winner. You either have it or you don't. Let

the best man or woman win. I'm joined by Iesher from Team Will

and Georgia from Team top. Hello, girls -- Tom. Hello, girls. It is

exciting to meet you both. How are you feeling a couple of days after

the big event? Are you on a high? Are you feeling sad? How have you

been? It is a rollercoaster. I am up and down. I am feeling calm now. How

about you? I cried all my eyelashes off on Saturday - my fake ones.

Washed down the sink. Now I am better. It is brilliant to have you

here. First of all, it is important that we hear from your coaches. Will

and Tom and I managed to catch up with them on Sunday. It is our

coaches. Thank you for joining me. What an incredible show last night.

I am still buzzing. How was it for you guys? Electric! Amazing!

It was so tense. And stressful! Fun. Stress got in the way of being

live on TV because we had such big decisions to make. I thought so much

about that. People's lives in your hands. How tough was it to say

goodbye to Iesher? Even thinking about it now is sad. Like the

emotional rollercoaster of being happy and excited about her

performance because she was, you know, phenomenal yesterday and tloo

u the whole journey of the show, you know, to see Iesher come to life,

because she was really shy and timid and towards the end she broke out of

that shell, so to be so happy for her and, you know, thoroughly

entertained, to then see her go home is heartbreaking, but exciting at

the same time because she did learn something on this show. How has she

grown during this experience? She has, I think what it takes.

Still a little fine-tuning to do, as far as being comfortable on stage

and, who cares if you make a mistake. You kind of have to have

that attitude because that mistake can turn into knowledge in the

future. So the more mistakes you make, the

more knowledge you'll get. You had to say goodbye to Georgia. How much

of a shock was that for you? Georgia, she's a great singer. I

want her to know that. She knows a lot about songs and singers that a

lot of young people don't take on board. She takes that on board.

She's learnt from that. Like Ray Charles. She loves Ray Charles - and

to hear a young person say that is great, I think. It is greatly

encouraging. She should learn from this experience and get stronger. If

you had to give one piece of advice to Iesher to take away with her to

continue her journey with what she loves, what would you say to her? I

would say, perform as much as possible. Gig as much as possible.

Write songs, don't stop doing what you're doing because you have a

wonderful, incredible voice. Thank you, Will. And top, for Georgia --

Tom, for Georgia? Be strong and confident, because you deserve it.

Our coaches. What do you think of Will's advice to you? That was

really encouraging. I'm not planning to stop. Music is my passion.

There's no way I am stopping. Good! That must be really encouraging for

you. How has he been as a coach, Will? He's been amazing. I have

grown so much on the show. I've had so much fun. My last performance on

the lives was amazing, so, I wouldn't have it any other way. I

hear you have naturally picked up a few of Will's mannerisms, perhaps -

I have been told. He did get me saying, "What? " I

promised my children I wouldn't say dope or fresh on the television,

otherwise I am in trouble. Tom said you don't know how brilliant you

are. It must have boosted your confidence? Yes, completely. This is

a massive journey. I look at my quarter-final performance. It was

such an incredible transformation and that's something I can always

take away with me. Yeah, it's been great. Brilliant! Let's talk about

Saturday night, Iesher. You did Rather Be, an upbeat song. Nice

moves as well. How important was it for people to see that poppy side of

you dancing about? I don't normally do anything so fast. I am normally a

ballad singer. I wanted to push myself out of that comfort zone. I

am proud of myself that I moved on stage. Anyone who knew me before, I

was like that little quiet girl who had the mic and looked on the floor.

I actually sang to millions of people on TV and that was amazing.

Did you love it when you were up there? I loved it. You could tell.

Georgia, you were talking about when you were at the knock-outs, even

thinking about the lives gave you heart palpitations. How was it oh

knowing you were -- how was it knowing you were on that huge stage

with millions watching you? Very scary. I had a few heart

palpitations back stage. I loved it. Well done! I mean, how sort of and

oh, the lovely thing is, Sam Smith, you sang one of his songs and he got

in touch with you, didn't he? He Tweeted me, thanking me for singing

it. It was surreal? And he's following me on Twitter.

I love that! OK, well, let's look at your, Iesher, we'll look at your

story. We have some tissues ready in case there is a moment. Hold tight,

girls. I am here to prove to myself that I can do this. I am nervous,

but I am going to be strong. The first note - what!

-- wham! The four turns of the coaches and

maybe I am better than I thought I was. I am going to go with Will.

That voice from that little girl! # Don't be afraid to help yourself

I want to prove to Will I have potential. You have what it takes.

Pushing herself to know herself more is transforming Iesher.

It's time for me to stand alone... . I have gained so much confidence, it

feels like I can reach out and grab my dream.

# No, no, no no place I'd Iesher! That is great! You look like

you were born to be on that stage! It is incredible! Georgia, are you

ready? It is your turn now. Hold tight, Georgia. I want to sing and

get up every day and perform and I'm ready to show the world who I am and

what I'm made of. # Let me tell you about a boy I love

# I just heard something that I liked.

I heard a free spirit. Here I am and here we are.

Team Tom. She is not like anyone else - she has her own style.

I am related to Adele. I feel in this competition I have found my own

voice. It means so much to me to think I am

in a position where I could po tep Shali change my life. It is just

incredible. # I don't have Money On My Mind

# I do it for the... George y, out of all the friends you

have made, who in the final eight would you like to see win the voice?

For me it is a tie between Sally B and Lee.

OK, you are mates. What about you? I have no idea. Everyone in that

competition deserves to win, so... They are incredible. It will be

very, very tough. Not goodbye to the girls because you will see Iesher

later in the show. Georgia, we will see you singing later on in the

week. Give it up for Iesher and Georgia.

APPLAUSE I promised you backstage gossip. I

am a woman of my word. He is some build-up to the first live show on

Saturday. It is going to be absolutely

brilliant! I am so nervous. It is show time!

Wow! It is the morning of the live shows.

I found two grey hairs! It is the stress of the live shows! We are all

here. We are all feeling nervous. Trying to breathe in the waist coat!

I'm just chilling for a minute! Just had a vocal warm-up and we are about

to have the first dress rehearsal. What do you think of my little pin

stripe number! ? Dress rehearsal is the last bit now. If anything goes

wrong in this it is the last chance to get it right. We have to get in

there and do it. Here we go, go, go! Two, three and... La... La... Strap

yourselves in Great Britain, this is the voice and we're live!

The excitement is running high. This is the first time we have seen

everybody. It is like, I wonder who is going out? Watching people's

performances, it makes you raise your bar. It makes you go on stage

about think, right, I am going to do it the best I can. It is good to see

how it works behind the scenes. This is the first time we have ever seen

anything done live. It is fast-paced. It is a new experience

for us. Right now, I am not nervous, but I

know later on I will be like terrified getting on that stage. It

was really fun. Absolutely loved getting my hair

done and all that. I could totally get used to it. So much fun! Look

how big my hair is! Oh, my gosh! Look at your hair!

Got make-up done, all the clothes on. About to go on stage - I can't

wait! They are all know coming to watch us

on live shows and screaming at the windows!

It is a bit emotional. We have not seen them in ages. It is like, arhh!

We have Fife minutes until our first live show. Here we go, gang!

Five minutes until we go live. Everything is happening at a rapid

pace. It was 9am this morning, two minutes ago and now I am about to go

on stage! I am really nervous, but really excited too. Let's do it!

charity. Hi girls. We have been having a

gossip. Apparently no romance on the show - I am devastated. Great

performances from you both on Saturday. Singing and dancing - the

whole works. How much fun did you have up there, Racheal? So much fun.

I am glad on my last performance I had such a ball. You did. And lady,

oh, my word, you were working it up there! In platform heels as well!

They did have insols in because they were a bit on the large side. Did

you have to stuff the ends with cotton wool? I did. Let's hear from

your coaches, Kylie and Ricky and see what they had to say about your

departure from the show. Kylie and Ricky, your first year, so

it was your first lives. Did it live up to all expectation? It did. It

was the relief afterwards - it was incredible. It was like doing a gig

but even more so. Very excited watching at home as well. Let's talk

about you having to lose Racheal. How hard is it saying goodbye? It is

awful saying goodbye. I thought she did a great job. I was happy she was

living her dream up there. She was tickled pink all week. She couldn't

wait to get on the stage. And the baby of the group of the 12 - only

17 - how much is that to cope with as a 17-year-old? It is a lot. I

always say, it is a lot if you are older as well, if it is a new

environment or even if you are a seasoned professional, it is a

different stage getting on there. Age - we always say, oh, they are so

young. Sometimes young people, so many things are new in their lives

that maybe they cope with it better. And young Emily, we have to say

goodbye to her. How was she? Amazing last night. She was moving around. I

didn't mention at the time she was dancing with dancers and singing at

the same time. She's so determined it is one of those weird things

where you know people have this, they don't have an off-switch of

determination. Working out what was going on and looking at other

people. This has been a real benefit to her because sometimes if you are

a really good singer and the best in your town, you don't get any better.

Now she has come here and she's seen people that can really sing as well.

She was like, I have to up my game now. I think she wouldn't have as

much if she had not been around other singers. It is an

inspirational atmosphere. I would love to see where they can go with

it. If you can give Racheal advice to take away - Kylie, what would you

say? It was such a pleasure to watch you week after week grow and

develop, not only as performer, but just blossoming into this world. You

are a blufl -- beautiful, beautiful girl. I will keep watching you.ly be

that guardian angel on your shoulder. I am not going anywhere.

And Ricky? My turn. Hi Emily. You know I am rubbish at this kind of

thing when I try and speak from my heart I get tung--- tongue-tied. We

know you will not stop. That is the greatest skill of them all - you

will keep going until it happens. If you keep going at this rate it will

be sooner than you think, so, an amazing show last night.

Well done, Ricky. He's such a cuty. Racheal, how is it hearing Kylie

Minogue saying those things about you? It must be great! It does. The

whole way through the competition Kylie, she's been there the whole

time. I am so grateful to her. It is because of Kylie that I am confident

today and it is because of Kylie that I want to perform and just do

it all the time. How amazing was it to dance on Saturday. You has a huge

stage to cover. You had the giant you behind you. It is like being in

your own pop video. . It was like living the dream. I have dreamt of

it for so, so long and to have my own production and that's what I got

and more than happy. You worked it. All the days in the lounge with the

hairbrush - it has paid off, it really has! And let's talk as well,

Emily, about your choreography on Saturday - platform heels. You were

working it. How chuffed were you to see all four judges on their feet,

dancing, including Ricky? It was incredible because at that moment,

on stage, after I finished that high note, I thought, oh, it's over and I

enjoyed every single minute and like I said, at the end, this is not the

end of me. I have stuff ready to go and I am just working so hard to get

where I want to be and I will not stop until I am there. I know and I

loved the fact that the Blackpool laz had fingers of tangerine every

single performance. How much has the support from home

within for you? I had a party before I moved to London. It made me cry

and well up when I saw everybody there who came and supported me.

Just to see that level of support back home makes me miss them much

more and I get a bit emotional when I think of home. I know they are all

behind me. Racheal, you have gone international. Kenneth from Dessel

said, he knows you will be a star and we must mention Eddie and your

dad - we heart you, we think you should have your own show. He's not

on The Voice. I am the contestant! Let's see your story, Racheal.

I am only 16 and to be on stage in front of four huge names in this

industry is absolutely surreal. # So, I'll be your clown...

Seeing Kylie Minogue turn around, smiling from ear to ear was amazing.

Racheal's voice sounded so pure. A lot of emotion in it.

# You take the clothes off my back # And I let you... Working with my

idle every day is a -- idol every day is a dream come true.

I have learnt that this is what I want to do. I want to stand on

stage, perform and make people smile.

# Left me in the dark # He left me with a broken heart

How is that? How is it to watch that all? It is quite emotional. I mean,

it has been such an unbelievable experience and I just have to stay

positive and make it happen. And see what happens next. We will watch

with interest. Emily, are you ready? Here are the best bits of Emily Nina

Adams. There is a lot of pressure on people my age to get their A lesms

and go off to university. My dream is to be -- A levels and go off to

university and my dream is to be singing. I don't care about anything

else other than turning around. You have made my dream come true. Thank

you so much. My dad owns a hotel in Blackpool. Sometimes I help out.

Singing is what I want to do in life. The thing that makes her

special is potential. I remember... The win ore this battle

- it is Emily. Vy as a person being on the show.
