I do want to win. I'm more nervous than for a world title fight. Me in | :00:18. | :00:27.
a leotard, that's ridiculous. My back feels like it's going to It | :00:28. | :00:31.
will snap. Be tough. But I'm so excited. Gymnastics is hard, crazy | :00:32. | :00:37.
hard. Dignity is much overrated. There are no solutions against pain. | :00:38. | :00:43.
That's a serious stretch, man. There is such a huge mountain to climb. O | :00:44. | :00:54.
h! Why am I doing this? I think we're going to win. Wow! Expect | :00:55. | :01:08.
pain, injuries, fear. If their hands aren't bleeding, they haven't | :01:09. | :01:13.
trained hard enough. This is gymnastics like you've never seen | :01:14. | :01:22.
before. I've got to do this in front of the nation! | :01:23. | :01:42.

world champion super-middleweight boxer Carl Froch with Sita Bhuller. | :04:43. | :04:50.
Aren't they a fit looking lot? Now, for the last eight weeks, they've | :04:51. | :04:54.
been training with their own elite gymnastic coaches, who are all | :04:55. | :04:58.
sitting over there, evening coaches! There they are. I tell you what, | :04:59. | :05:04.
they have had a tough job. Some of the celebrities hadn't even done a | :05:05. | :05:09.
forward roll before this. But, this isn't gymnastics as we know it. We | :05:10. | :05:13.
are adding a whole lot of showbiz magic. Tonight, we'll see | :05:14. | :05:17.
performances that take place on the floor, and the aerial hoop and | :05:18. | :05:29.
someone will be facing this. That vault looks terrifying. But nobody | :05:30. | :05:33.
said this would be easy. And each week, our celebrities will find | :05:34. | :05:38.
themselves under the glare of four judges with very serious | :05:39. | :05:42.
credentials. My name is Nadia Comaneci. I competed in two Olympic | :05:43. | :05:47.
Games. I won a total of nine medals, five of them gold. In 1976 in | :05:48. | :05:53.
Montreal I was the first female that scored a perfect ten in Olympic | :05:54. | :05:57.
history. COMMENTATOR: That's perfection. I'm | :05:58. | :06:03.
Louis Smith, a British Olympian and a bad aon the Pommel Horse. Winning | :06:04. | :06:11.
a medal at London 2012 was the most emotional time of my life. It was a | :06:12. | :06:16.
magical year. It sounds cheesy, but it really was. I'm Sebastien Stella, | :06:17. | :06:25.
a special I choreographer and circus performer. I've worked with Cher, | :06:26. | :06:32.
Pink, etc, etc. I've been developing all different techniques from flying | :06:33. | :06:39.
to flipping to jumping. I'm Craig Heap. In 1998 I made history by | :06:40. | :06:45.
captaining England in their first ever Commonwealth Games Gold Medal | :06:46. | :06:48.
and four years later in Manchester, I did it again. To be the only | :06:49. | :06:54.
person to represent Great Britain in gymnastics at the 2000 Olympics is | :06:55. | :06:59.
probably the most special thing in my life. I'm totally committed and | :07:00. | :07:03.
dedicated, that's what the celebrities will have to do. If they | :07:04. | :07:08.
don't, they've had it. Every performance from the celebrity | :07:09. | :07:12.
is going to be expected to be extraordinary. They face | :07:13. | :07:17.
embarrassment, injury, humiliation and they've got to wear lycra! I | :07:18. | :07:21.
don't think they understand how hard it's going to be. I've got sweaty | :07:22. | :07:25.
palms thinking about it and I'm just judging. I'm looking forward to | :07:26. | :07:34.
giving a perfect ten to somebody. Our head judge, Olympic legend, | :07:35. | :07:39.
Nadia Comaneci. APPLAUSE | :07:40. | :07:45.
Commonwealth Games multimedallist, gymnast, Craig Heap. | :07:46. | :07:52.
APPLAUSE Circus and aerial performer and | :07:53. | :07:58.
choreographer to the stars, Sebastien Stella. | :07:59. | :08:02.
APPLAUSE And our very own Olympic and | :08:03. | :08:12.
Commonwealth hero, Louis Smith. MBE. APPLAUSE | :08:13. | :08:16.
The Tumble judges everybody! APPLAUSE | :08:17. | :08:24.
I've got goose bumps. It's so exciting. Let's get this show on the | :08:25. | :08:28.
road then. Believe me when I say nobody wanted to be the first to | :08:29. | :08:31.
perform tonight, but somebody had to. And she's a girl band member | :08:32. | :08:42.
with high hopes for the high hoops. I'm Amelle Berrabah best known for | :08:43. | :08:49.
being in the Sugababes. Being in a girl band, most people's perception | :08:50. | :08:52.
is that it's easy, you get your hair and make up done, but you have to | :08:53. | :08:55.
really work hard. That's what I want to do with this competition. Any | :08:56. | :08:59.
minute now I'm going to meet my partner. I'm really excited. I'm | :09:00. | :09:07.
Doug. I became acrobatic world champion, not once but twice. Nice | :09:08. | :09:12.
to meet you. I've met my professional partner and I have a | :09:13. | :09:18.
coach called Dave as well, who is amazing. Pleasure to meet you. I'm | :09:19. | :09:23.
so excited. Off we go. Gymnastics is definitely really hard. Everything | :09:24. | :09:27.
in your body is saying, "No, don't do it. She's a perfectist. And she | :09:28. | :09:33.
keeps on going until she completes that skill. I've been given aerial | :09:34. | :09:38.
for my first routine. I'm a little bit nervous. Big day. Yeah. First | :09:39. | :09:44.
time on the hoop. It's gymnastics and dance in the air. The hoop is | :09:45. | :09:48.
always moving which makes it difficult and dangerous. That's a | :09:49. | :09:57.
serious stretch, man. In terms of the pain threshold, the pain is as | :09:58. | :10:02.
good as it gets. You have to grit your teeth, literally, and work | :10:03. | :10:07.
through it. I'm just going to take the pain. We have them on separate | :10:08. | :10:12.
hoops and then to make it harder, they're on the same hoop and they | :10:13. | :10:16.
have to mirror each other. There's not a lot of space on the hoop for | :10:17. | :10:20.
two people. It took getting used to. Sorry, the wrong leg. I'm in a funny | :10:21. | :10:25.
position. When you're on the hoop together, you're totally reliant on | :10:26. | :10:31.
each other to do the move safely. I have a tear in my right hand. You | :10:32. | :10:37.
take the pain or you fall. My hands are torn up at the moment. | :10:38. | :10:40.
I'm going to block out everything around me and literally cling on for | :10:41. | :10:42.
dear life. CHEERING AND APPLAUSE | :10:43. | :12:05.
Huge pressure, being first up, but you'd never know it. What a | :12:06. | :12:08.
consummate performance from Amelle. She has the audience right with her. | :12:09. | :12:16.
Fabulous stuff. Splits Ghazal with great range and control. Look at the | :12:17. | :12:21.
confident smile. And the inverted stag, well, so impressive. This | :12:22. | :12:27.
really is a good performance, a great opener. Waist balance, | :12:28. | :12:36.
beautiful form, stylish and confident performance. Well done! | :12:37. | :12:40.
What a great start to Tumble, honestly, thank you both. The | :12:41. | :12:42.
audience loved it. CHEERING | :12:43. | :12:46.
So good. How was it for you? Really good. I'm really happy that we got | :12:47. | :12:51.
everything on point. Really enjoyed it, to be honest. Thank you so much. | :12:52. | :12:55.
Really enjoyed it. It all came together. We'll say a quick hell | :12:56. | :13:00.
throw Mitch Fenner in the commentary box. Hello there! Hi everybody! | :13:01. | :13:08.
APPLAUSE And a big hello to the judges, | :13:09. | :13:12.
settling in. You look very comfortable. Seb, you've worked a | :13:13. | :13:16.
lot on the aerial hoop, what were the main things you were looking for | :13:17. | :13:21.
in that performance? Well, we have a saying in circus is you have to be | :13:22. | :13:26.
the boss of the hoop, because it's a very dangerous apparatus. I didn't | :13:27. | :13:30.
see the hoop swing. I saw you in perfect control. I | :13:31. | :13:32.
see the hoop swing. I saw you in perfect control. saw perfect | :13:33. | :13:32.
transition. perfect control. saw perfect | :13:33. | :13:37.
Everything was into place. It was great entertainment. Bravo. By the | :13:38. | :13:46.
way, congratulations on the Commonwealth Games as well. Thank | :13:47. | :13:51.
you very much. Thank you. I would like to start off by saying well | :13:52. | :13:55.
done for being the first person up on this brand new show, Tumble. | :13:56. | :14:00.
That's brave in is of. Definitely. I like the fact that you're working | :14:01. | :14:02.
hard and you have the blisters to prove it. That's a very important | :14:03. | :14:06.
part. It showed tonight. It was very clean. It was finished. I love the | :14:07. | :14:10.
drop to the bottom bar. I think it was a great performance, well done. | :14:11. | :14:22.
Nadia? Gymnastics is hard. The key ingredients you have. You have great | :14:23. | :14:26.
technique and beautiful line and speed and timing. That is important. | :14:27. | :14:33.
Great job. Very good. Mr Craig Heap. I remember as a kid when the first | :14:34. | :14:38.
time I got a washing machine, because I'm from up north. Where is | :14:39. | :14:43.
this going? I remember sitting on the floor watching it going round, | :14:44. | :14:48.
being amazed by the machine. That reminded me of that performance. I | :14:49. | :14:53.
was mesmerised by what you did. I could have watched it for hours. | :14:54. | :14:57.
Well done. I think that is good. Happy with that? Very happy. Thank | :14:58. | :15:05.
you very much. Amelle and Doug. Craig went back to his childhood, | :15:06. | :15:15.
said great technique. Louis likes the blisters. And David the coach | :15:16. | :15:20.
looks very happy. Each judge will score the performances out of ten. | :15:21. | :15:26.
With a total of 40 points available. In Tumble they can give half a point | :15:27. | :15:32.
too. So judges let's hear the scores o's for the first performance. | :15:33. | :15:34.
Seven. That is 24 out of 40 for Amelle and | :15:35. | :16:01.
Doug. Craig? We are going to fall out. If you're into social media, | :16:02. | :16:06.
the details are up here now. You can find out what Amelle and the others | :16:07. | :16:10.
really think of the judges' comments and see other exclusives that will | :16:11. | :16:16.
keep you going from week-to-week. We have been up in the air. So now for | :16:17. | :16:20.
our first performance on the floor. This man is a legend of children's | :16:21. | :16:26.
television. But his Blue Peter badge won't help him now. | :16:27. | :16:33.
The man on the street said to me, Peter, Duncan, I know you, Blue | :16:34. | :16:42.
Peter man. That is great. I love that. I love that positive thing | :16:43. | :16:47.
that Blue Peter spread across our culture. I think the older you get | :16:48. | :16:51.
the more physical you should get. That is always my secret weapon. You | :16:52. | :16:57.
start humble and frail and when they think you're way ahead, suddenly | :16:58. | :17:03.
you're ahead. How will they catch up with this ancient God of a man who | :17:04. | :17:14.
is 60 years old? I'm Kate and I'm an acrobat. I recognised him from Blue | :17:15. | :17:19.
Peter. That is fantastic. The fact he has been comfortable to jump on a | :17:20. | :17:24.
trampoline is brilliant. I'm looking forward to start. You have a team | :17:25. | :17:28.
helping you develop your skills. I have a coach called Andy. I started | :17:29. | :17:41.
gymnast from age seven. We have the choreographer. Don't do that. You're | :17:42. | :17:51.
not eating an hamburger. I'm going to go for her. OK. My first | :17:52. | :17:59.
performance will be an acrobatic floor routine. He has got a | :18:00. | :18:08.
difficult lift called Front Ane kl that -- front angel that turns into | :18:09. | :18:14.
the pigeon. There could be a serious injury. The most dangerous routine | :18:15. | :18:19.
is the pitch into the somersault. The most important thing is the | :18:20. | :18:23.
relationship I have with Kate. Mainly trust. Most gymnasts build it | :18:24. | :18:31.
up over years. We are talking about weeks. If he was to drop me. It | :18:32. | :18:38.
would be game over. If I mess it up, she lands on her head. I have got to | :18:39. | :18:40.
get it right. CHEERING AND APPLAUSE Well this man | :18:41. | :20:03.
has tried everything from wrestling to high wire walking and he was | :20:04. | :20:08.
worried about dropping his partner. No need, Peter. Fron angel into | :20:09. | :20:13.
pigeon, no problem. Look at that strength. Look at that poise and | :20:14. | :20:19.
look at the rack ra si of this. O' e-- accuracy of this. Hugely | :20:20. | :20:24.
confident, totally reliable and look at this - he is enjoying it! He has | :20:25. | :20:30.
got someone balancing on his head and he's loving it. Brilliant. Did | :20:31. | :20:38.
you just see that? This man is like Popeye, you're incredible. I love it | :20:39. | :20:45.
when it's live. You were amazing. Louis, you spoke about the | :20:46. | :20:54.
difficultness of that pigeon lift. How difficult is that? That is very | :20:55. | :20:59.
difficult. Any parent know what is it is like to throw their kid around | :21:00. | :21:05.
when they're two or three, but to do wit a full grown woman is hard. That | :21:06. | :21:09.
pigeon lift if you get a gap and they start falling, it is all over. | :21:10. | :21:14.
But he is so strong and went from lift to lift and didn't seem to | :21:15. | :21:22.
struggle. The gymnastic side wasn't as good. But the lift made up for | :21:23. | :21:28.
that. We thought it was excellent. Nadia? I consider myself a person in | :21:29. | :21:32.
shape. But after seeing this, I think I need to go work out a little | :21:33. | :21:37.
more! You worked with a lot of confidence on the floofr and if you | :21:38. | :21:42.
had -- floor and you had done, you did five tricks hard. You would have | :21:43. | :21:47.
done two, I would be happy. I was amazed. Congratulations. Very good | :21:48. | :21:54.
comments there. Craig, a lot of the audience were watching like this. | :21:55. | :21:58.
What did you make of it? Well, I was so impressed with that back pitch | :21:59. | :22:02.
somersault. It is impressive and coaches find it difficult over years | :22:03. | :22:07.
to be able to spot gymnasts like that. So that was awesome to see. | :22:08. | :22:12.
Peter, I have not said this to a bloke before, I think I love you, | :22:13. | :22:26.
man! Seb? Well strength, focus, balance, I think you understand a | :22:27. | :22:31.
lot about floor acrobatics. It is amazing. I can't wait to see what | :22:32. | :22:34.
you're going to do in the air. We are all very excited. An amazing | :22:35. | :22:41.
performance. Peter and Kate everyone. Surely worth a Blue Peter | :22:42. | :22:49.
badge to add to his collection. Louis said this is not easy. Craig | :22:50. | :22:53.
has fallen in love and Seb is just impressed all the way through. He | :22:54. | :22:59.
has the lot, he said. So judges, let's hear your scores, starting | :23:00. | :23:00.
with Seb. 23.5 out of 40. Do you know, we seem | :23:01. | :23:27.
to know another Craig similar to this one. He said he loved me. Now | :23:28. | :23:37.
then, Andy, you are Peter's coach and you said in the difficult it was | :23:38. | :23:41.
as a coach to get the celebrities up to a certain standard in eight | :23:42. | :23:45.
weeks. Can you put that into words for describe how it has been for | :23:46. | :23:50.
you? These guys have worked hard and what normally takes months and | :23:51. | :23:53.
years, they have done in eight weeks. That is amazing. The show is | :23:54. | :23:57.
amazing and I'm proud to be part of it. Brilliant. Well done. I am going | :23:58. | :24:08.
to nip in here. David, you're Amelle's coach. We saw her on the | :24:09. | :24:16.
hoop. How hard is it to do all these disciplines with a celebrity in such | :24:17. | :24:22.
a short space of time? Normally they stick to one discipline and they | :24:23. | :24:26.
have to do all the disciplines in eight weeks. So they're doing a | :24:27. | :24:30.
fantastic job. Amelle, you have been injured. We have seen your abes, | :24:31. | :24:35.
they look brilliant. How intense has it been as celebrities? It is really | :24:36. | :24:41.
intense and it is a shock to the system for all of us. It has been | :24:42. | :24:46.
the most enjoyable experience. I'm so proud of myself and of everyone. | :24:47. | :24:51.
I didn't think I would be able to do half the things. I'm blessed to have | :24:52. | :24:56.
Doug and Dave and I want to carry on with Tumble. It is such an amazing | :24:57. | :25:01.
thing to watch you all. Now, you will know our next celebrity as a | :25:02. | :25:08.
loose woom. But hanging from a -- loose woman, but hanging from a hoop | :25:09. | :25:14.
she will be more of a hold on tight girl. I'm Andrea McLean and I'm a | :25:15. | :25:33.
loose woman. Bhi main goal is to do a rolly Poley. If I can do that I | :25:34. | :25:39.
will be really pleased. I'm Alex, I'm a world champion. Do you have | :25:40. | :25:46.
any worries? Just don't spin me. The last time I tried spinning, it was | :25:47. | :25:51.
horrendous. I did three spins and felt sick for about four hours. | :25:52. | :25:56.
Today is my first day of aerial training. I'm nervous. Oh, my | :25:57. | :26:03.
goodness. I'm not great with spinning. I'm just going to have to | :26:04. | :26:08.
butch up. She must be careful, the hoop, once it starts spinning, it | :26:09. | :26:15.
has a mind of its own. If I can't get my head around the shin spinning | :26:16. | :26:20.
problem I may not be able to tackle the hoops. I feel like I'm going to | :26:21. | :26:23.
be sick. It is horrible. It is not like I can ignore it. It becomes so | :26:24. | :26:29.
all consuming, I don't know what to do. I will try anything. I have got | :26:30. | :26:36.
sickness bands and tablets. Everything. I'm never going to like | :26:37. | :26:41.
the spinning thing. But I am taking every potion known to man to help me | :26:42. | :26:45.
get through this. Live performance, there is two ways it could go. I'm | :26:46. | :26:51.
very ill and become a YouTube sensation. Or it could go well. I | :26:52. | :27:00.
know which one I prefer. CHEERING AND APPLAUSE. | :27:01. | :27:15.
CHEERING AND APPLAUSE No sign of spin phobia there. She has left | :27:16. | :28:30.
roly-polies far behind. That was such a confident performance. | :28:31. | :28:33.
Forward circle through the hoop. Lovely toe point and look at that | :28:34. | :28:43.
smile, no problem there. Forward Arabesque. Loving every moment and | :28:44. | :28:47.
the one-arm fish hang, well, what a performance. Well done! | :28:48. | :28:55.
We saw you have struggled with this motion sickness, but you did it? | :28:56. | :29:05.
Yeah! I did wonder whether I should bring a bucket. But you're fine. At | :29:06. | :29:11.
the moment. I did have a moment. Nadia, you first. The quality of a | :29:12. | :29:18.
champion is to not give up when it is hard. You're a champion. I like | :29:19. | :29:23.
that you attempted the routine and the skills were clean, there was not | :29:24. | :29:28.
very difficult, but I know you can do much more. So good job. Craig? | :29:29. | :29:41.
Andrea, saucy, Sasse, house wife. Gymnastics is about pushing yourself | :29:42. | :29:46.
and feeling the fear every week. I guess like Nadia says, we want you | :29:47. | :29:50.
to believe in yourself more. I want to see more. And I'm sure you can do | :29:51. | :29:55.
just a little bit more next week. But well done. What about you, Seb? | :29:56. | :30:07.
Well, one of my aboutings was the spinning hook and for 24 hours we | :30:08. | :30:12.
had to spin. My friend at the time was a bucket. That is what happened. | :30:13. | :30:17.
Just the fact that you went through that and built a routine to perform, | :30:18. | :30:24.
I admire you. You did very good. And Louis. I loved it. You smiled | :30:25. | :30:32.
throughout even you probably wanted to vomit is great. But no, it was | :30:33. | :30:37.
good. Like they said, I would like to see yourself push yourself in | :30:38. | :30:41.
training and step it up. But I thought you did a great job. So are | :30:42. | :30:47.
you going to push yourself for next week? Yes. I thought this was hard. | :30:48. | :30:53.
The floor routine is more difficult, because I keep banging into him. But | :30:54. | :30:58.
I can't wait. I'm so excited that I did it. We can't wait to see what | :30:59. | :31:06.
else you have up your sleeves. Andrea and Alex everyone. From wash | :31:07. | :31:12.
day blues to bliss. Thumbs up from everyone. They're loving it. | :31:13. | :31:22.
Let's hear your scores then. Six. Five. 5. 5. 4. 5. So, a total of 21 | :31:23. | :31:42.
out of 40 for Andrea and Alex. OK then, Mitch, let's look at how | :31:43. | :31:43.
the score board stands: It's early doors yet. You have to | :31:44. | :32:00.
remember, there's still a long way to go. Oh, yes there is. Thanks | :32:01. | :32:08.
Mitch. Our judges aren't just here to offer words of wisdom. Later, two | :32:09. | :32:12.
of them will be stripped to their gym gear, One Showing us exactly how | :32:13. | :32:17.
the vault is done, and the other will be, well, showing off. I'm | :32:18. | :32:20.
joking a, very special performance coming up later from one of these. | :32:21. | :32:25.
Now, there are plenty more famous faces panicking back stage, | :32:26. | :32:31.
including world boxing champ, Carl Froch, Girls Aloud's Sarah Harding | :32:32. | :32:38.
and TOWIE's Lucy Mecklenburgh. Learning all these new skills, it | :32:39. | :32:41.
has been the hardest thing I've ever done. I hope it pays This is off. | :32:42. | :32:45.
Going to be physically, mentally demanding. I would like to prove to | :32:46. | :32:51.
myself that I can do this The hoop is a ring, but it's no boxing ring. | :32:52. | :32:59.
Yeah, plenty still to come. Our next celebrity has come a long way in | :33:00. | :33:04.
training already. In fact, you could say he's made some great steps. | :33:05. | :33:14.
My name is Ian Watkins and everybody will know me from Steps. I've been | :33:15. | :33:24.
called H since I was nine years old. It stood for hyperactive. I've not | :33:25. | :33:29.
met my partner yet. So I think I'm going to play a little trick. Can | :33:30. | :33:36.
you see me? I'm Holly. I'm trained in circus arts. My special I is | :33:37. | :33:40.
aerial hoop and I've performed all over the world. It's H! Hi. Come and | :33:41. | :33:52.
give us a love. I've met Holly and if that wasn't amazing enough I have | :33:53. | :34:01.
a coach called Alex. H! We've met. It's time to start training. That's | :34:02. | :34:11.
it, good. My neck is killing me. H has been moaning, to be fair, he is | :34:12. | :34:16.
covered in bruises. I can't even believe you've set there already and | :34:17. | :34:20.
I can't do them. You just need to do them. We gave H a particularly hard | :34:21. | :34:24.
routine today with a lot of advanced gymnastic skills in it and we're | :34:25. | :34:27.
asking him to dance. But he was really negative about it. I'm just | :34:28. | :34:34.
knackered. I'm frustrated with H because he's good. You have an | :34:35. | :34:38.
amazing team here, but you need to shut up. I'm going to stop | :34:39. | :34:42.
complaining. I'm going to ignore the pain and plough through it. | :34:43. | :34:55.
That felt better. . I'm writing down key points. He's totally changed his | :34:56. | :35:02.
attitude. I worked so hard. I just hope that it's going to be enough. | :35:03. | :35:17.
CHEERING AND APPLAUSE Well, well, well. The audience will | :35:18. | :36:25.
be queueing up to buy aburg frer that store. Fast food with a | :36:26. | :36:29.
difference from flipping burgers to flipping backwards. And just look at | :36:30. | :36:37.
this. Consummate just like a gymnast. We've tried those any | :36:38. | :36:44.
gymnast worth his salt has suffered learning. This I remember it well! | :36:45. | :36:50.
And the needle splits on shoulders, beautifully supported. Well done, | :36:51. | :36:55.
young man. You did it! And you did it | :36:56. | :36:59.
brilliantly, both of you. I want to do it again! You will, next week. | :37:00. | :37:04.
Oh, OK. You know, what I thought that was great. Let's go to the | :37:05. | :37:08.
judges. Craig, what due make of it? Well now you're cooking, yeah? I was | :37:09. | :37:12.
feeling like I'm going to get on the chair and start jumping up and down | :37:13. | :37:16.
with excitement. That's what it's all about. There was so much fun in | :37:17. | :37:20.
there. But looking at the gymnastics, technically it's very | :37:21. | :37:25.
good. And the straddle jump at the start, straightening your legs, | :37:26. | :37:28.
pointing your toes, you have got the landings. One thing I cannot forgive | :37:29. | :37:34.
is anybody who puts their hands down to get up in a forward roll - twice. | :37:35. | :37:39.
But apart from that, you smashed it. I knew it. Very good. Sebastien? I | :37:40. | :37:46.
think you have to realise you set the bar right here. Because now you | :37:47. | :37:53.
just show all of the UK and everyone else what a number should look like | :37:54. | :37:57.
in that show. Thank you. This is huge. But that means also that | :37:58. | :38:04.
you're going to have to do better than that for the future. It's a big | :38:05. | :38:09.
challenge, but amazing, amazing. You'll do it. We will. For me, that | :38:10. | :38:16.
is Tumble. That is what this show is about, H. That was unbelievable. | :38:17. | :38:25.
What I like that round-off tuck back, it was a great technique. Your | :38:26. | :38:28.
head was in, you reached up, you spotted when you went off. | :38:29. | :38:32.
Technically brilliant. There was really nice gymnastics in there as | :38:33. | :38:36.
well. Unblfable, well done. -- unbelievable, well done. They like | :38:37. | :38:41.
it. I will take my burger with cheese. I saw that hand over there, | :38:42. | :38:46.
fast, you put your hand because you didn't trust yourself. You do a | :38:47. | :38:50.
great job. The cart wheel over the top, every gymnastics move is right | :38:51. | :38:55.
how it is in the book. Good job. Brilliant. You've worked very hard. | :38:56. | :38:59.
You should be proud of yourself. Holly and H everyone! | :39:00. | :39:04.
APPLAUSE Louis said it, that is what this | :39:05. | :39:10.
show is all about, great gymnastics, who could ask for anything more. And | :39:11. | :39:15.
their coach Alex is thrilled to bits for them. Very good. Let's hear your | :39:16. | :39:17.
scores then. 26 out of 40. How can it be? Craig? | :39:18. | :39:46.
Loads to improve on. 26. 5 by the way, I got excited there. It was a | :39:47. | :39:49.
low score from you. Any way, who's next? Well, he's an actor and star | :39:50. | :39:54.
of CBBC's Wolfblood and he couldn't wait to sink his teeth into Tumble. | :39:55. | :40:05.
I'm Bobby Lockwood. I'm an actor. You might know me from Wolfblood, | :40:06. | :40:15.
where I play Rhydian Are you Morrison. Asking me out on a date? | :40:16. | :40:21.
Yeah. I'm hoping my partner will be someone that I can get on with. We | :40:22. | :40:26.
are spending a lot of time together and we will have to get quite... | :40:27. | :40:33.
Close. I'm Kristin. I'm a world champion acrobat. I've come from | :40:34. | :40:39.
across the pond. My pro-partner and myself have just arrived for our | :40:40. | :40:43.
first session. I'm excited. Bobby and Kristin get on well together. | :40:44. | :40:47.
They're a great working team. I just can't tell you how happy I am that I | :40:48. | :40:52.
have Bobby as a partner. I don't think he realises how talented he | :40:53. | :40:56.
is. We get on great. She's awesome. I do genuinely feel that we're in it | :40:57. | :41:03.
together. They're such an adorable couple. They're technically amazing | :41:04. | :41:08.
on the hoop. Now we need to work on the performance. Because we've given | :41:09. | :41:13.
them such a romantic routine, we need to see that romance and | :41:14. | :41:18.
chemistry. Moving together as one, touching their faces, lots of eye | :41:19. | :41:23.
contact. Where are you looking? I'm looking at you. You have to act | :41:24. | :41:30.
being in love. I don't think the chemistry is a problem though. We've | :41:31. | :41:36.
been working really hard on those romantic moments trying to make the | :41:37. | :41:39.
routine special. Where you put your hand. Where you tilt your chin, | :41:40. | :41:44.
using your eyes, all those things make the love come across. #234 I | :41:45. | :41:48.
love performing with Kristin. She's great. Lovely sharing a hoop with | :41:49. | :41:52.
her. Give her a kiss. | :41:53. | :42:00.
Well, not a dry eye in the house. Romance is in the air. | :42:01. | :43:32.
Full of emotion. Full of control. Look at this. The upside down eagle, | :43:33. | :43:37.
you'd think he was born to it. Fantastic. And a double fish. We | :43:38. | :43:46.
call it a double fish hang and they does it so well. -- he does it so | :43:47. | :43:53.
well. Now then, look at this - will they? Won't they? We will have to | :43:54. | :43:58.
wait and see. Ah, that was stunningly beautiful, | :43:59. | :44:04.
guys. Really well done. Everybody in here has been, oh, they loved it. | :44:05. | :44:10.
Seb, did you feel the love? I did feel the love. They remind me, my | :44:11. | :44:15.
wife and I were performing around the world, this is a very | :44:16. | :44:18.
professional act that you just performed, you guys. Because when | :44:19. | :44:22.
you're able to not remember the technique and just enjoy the moment, | :44:23. | :44:26.
that's a real number. That's very entertaining. It's great, wow. So | :44:27. | :44:36.
good. I had to swallow a lump in my throat. A softie after all. It was | :44:37. | :44:42.
amazing. It really was. I've only ever felt gooey a few times in my | :44:43. | :44:46.
life, one was after my routine at the Olympic Games. And another time | :44:47. | :44:52.
here. It was beautiful. Well done. That's major. So good. And Nadia? | :44:53. | :44:58.
When I was competing, I used to have a balance beam in my house and I | :44:59. | :45:02.
used to go from the living room to the kitchen on the balance beam | :45:03. | :45:05.
because I realised you have to practice, practice, practice and | :45:06. | :45:08.
you've done that. But I think that you can do much more than you showed | :45:09. | :45:16.
tonight. So, I like it. Craig, tell us that it melted your | :45:17. | :45:22.
little heart? No, it was really nice. It was. If we get rid of all | :45:23. | :45:27.
that lovy-Dovey stuff and get down... No I want to get back to the | :45:28. | :45:32.
acrobatic skills around the hoop and things like that. I must agree with | :45:33. | :45:36.
Nadia, it was beautiful but I'd like a bit more. I think you're a lot | :45:37. | :45:39.
better than what you think you are. I don't want people to think oh, | :45:40. | :45:43.
he's mean, giving low scores. It took Nadia a long, long time before | :45:44. | :45:47.
she scored a perfect ten. And the same for me, when I was in the gym | :45:48. | :45:51.
competing. So, you guys have got six weeks. My mum give me a ten. Be | :45:52. | :45:59.
generous this time. It was lovely. It was good though, guys. Well done. | :46:00. | :46:03.
You should be proud of yourselves. Kristin and bobby everyone! | :46:04. | :46:13.
APPLAUSE He has a heart of stone. The romantic story unfold and most | :46:14. | :46:18.
of the judges felt the love. This should be interesting. Let's hear | :46:19. | :46:21.
your scores. 26 out of 40. A great score for | :46:22. | :46:46.
Bobby and Kristin. Now, none of our celebrities will leave, the scores | :46:47. | :46:51.
will carry over. So at the half way point. Let's have another look at | :46:52. | :47:00.
the score board. We have been treated to some great moments. Not | :47:01. | :47:05.
to mention a bufding romance. At the moment it is H and Holly in front. | :47:06. | :47:13.
-- budding romance. It is heating up and there is still five performances | :47:14. | :47:21.
to come. Oh, it is quite close. I know you're thrilled with your score | :47:22. | :47:25.
and your performance. I came to your training session and saw first hand | :47:26. | :47:30.
how hard it is. Give us an idea of how it has been. I can't tell you. | :47:31. | :47:37.
It has been like boot camp, we have had tear, blood, sweat. And ready | :47:38. | :47:42.
for the hoop? Not yet. But it is next week and we will have more | :47:43. | :47:47.
blisters and tears. Please don't try this at home. Even if you have an | :47:48. | :47:52.
aerial hoop in your lounge. It is very dangerous. Somebody who knows | :47:53. | :47:59.
how dangerous is this lovely man, Mr Motivator everybody! Just tell us | :48:00. | :48:06.
what happened to you. Actually it is a competition, they wanted me out of | :48:07. | :48:14.
the way. No, I was doing a vault and I missed my step and landed badly. | :48:15. | :48:19.
But the thing is it was a disappointment. I was more | :48:20. | :48:22.
disappointed for my wonderful partner Kerry and Alberta who worked | :48:23. | :48:29.
so hard with me. But there are lessons to be learned. It is tough. | :48:30. | :48:34.
But you're on the mend. Yes and the thing is right, what I have to do is | :48:35. | :48:38.
applaud every one of the guys. They say it is only in the dictionary | :48:39. | :48:46.
where success comes before work. And they must continue. We wish you a | :48:47. | :48:51.
speedy recovery. Thank you Mr Motivator. Now, if you told me that | :48:52. | :48:59.
one of the most immaculate stars of Towie would be down the gym sweating | :49:00. | :49:05.
it out without her make up, I would have said no chance. Well guess, | :49:06. | :49:08.
what it's happened. I'm Lucy Mecklenburgh and I'm known | :49:09. | :49:25.
for starring in The Only Way Is Essex. I'm not the mug. I'm hoping | :49:26. | :49:31.
my partner is tall, dark and handsome with lots of muscles. Oh, | :49:32. | :49:44.
my God! Hello. That was unreal. That was so good. I'm glad you liked it. | :49:45. | :49:55.
I'm Lucy. I'm Billy. I'm the UK's leading wheel artist. We are going | :49:56. | :50:01.
to win, yeah?? I love my partner, he is so supportive and he has been | :50:02. | :50:05.
encouraging me the whole day. We are having a great time together. She is | :50:06. | :50:11.
wicked. It is rally wicked. It is great they get on. That chemistry is | :50:12. | :50:19.
vital. But they're easily distracted. Where have the gymnasts | :50:20. | :50:24.
gone? They are testing me. They wanted to put war paint on. Right. | :50:25. | :50:34.
Taking selfies. They want to do well. Sometimes they don't | :50:35. | :50:38.
demonstrate the behaviour that goes with that motivation. I had to have | :50:39. | :50:41.
a chat with them. When we are in the middle of something, what we need to | :50:42. | :50:49.
do is foe xus. I'm glad Kate has put her foot down. We are definitely | :50:50. | :50:53.
work a lot harder than we did. They have an amazing lift called the | :50:54. | :50:57.
helicopter. It has the wow factor. When it goes right! Learning these | :50:58. | :51:02.
new skills has been the hardest thing I have done and I hope it pace | :51:03. | :51:04.
off. -- Pays off. Can you feel the sun on your face? | :51:05. | :52:39.
We certainly can. But watch out for sun burn. Beach time frolics, I bet | :52:40. | :52:44.
you felt like joining in. Look at the confidence here. From the baby | :52:45. | :52:49.
balance, we saw a back angel walk out with such aplomb. And just look | :52:50. | :52:55.
at the risk here. This is a helicopter and she does it so | :52:56. | :53:02.
bravely. Great stuff. And a supported front somersault, which | :53:03. | :53:06.
she made look her very own. Well done Lucy, it looks pretty | :53:07. | :53:10.
impressive. You did the helicopter lift! I can see your face thinking, | :53:11. | :53:16.
here we go. You did it. Louis? I thought it was good. I could tell | :53:17. | :53:21.
you were nervous, the first lift you didn't quite hit it and you started | :53:22. | :53:26.
to settle into it. You were doing it well. Very impressed with the front | :53:27. | :53:33.
somersault. But the gymnastics was a bit basic. But having come from a | :53:34. | :53:39.
none gymnastics background you did well. Nadia, we have mentioned the | :53:40. | :53:43.
helicopter lift. This is a hard move isn't it? Yes, that is a difficult | :53:44. | :53:49.
lift and I'm happy that you did it successfully. But you have to do it | :53:50. | :53:53.
higher to be more impressive. I liked that you went for a difficult | :53:54. | :53:58.
gymnastic skill. I appreciated you did a cartwheel over the head. Which | :53:59. | :54:02.
is important in gymnastics to be able to do more, you have to work on | :54:03. | :54:09.
your strength and flexibility. Craig? I guess I have got to agree | :54:10. | :54:17.
with Louis, it is obvious you're not from a gymnastic background, so fair | :54:18. | :54:21.
play. Sometimes in the performances it is not about the performance, but | :54:22. | :54:24.
what memories, it strikes in a person. That reminded me of as a | :54:25. | :54:31.
kid, my parents took know Blackpool and I tried to impress the girls. It | :54:32. | :54:36.
didn't work for me, but it worked for you guys. I did like the | :54:37. | :54:39.
performance. Just need a bit more. But well done. Quickly, Seb. I can | :54:40. | :54:50.
see your a graceful performer. You have that summer way to go around | :54:51. | :54:54.
the stage and you understand the performance. Now, I join my partners | :54:55. | :55:00.
here, you need to work your tricks, your gymnastics. I want to see that | :55:01. | :55:04.
front somersault, I want to see you doing by yourself. Because you can | :55:05. | :55:08.
do it. If you have to push the machine you have to work harder and | :55:09. | :55:11.
challenge yourself. Anything you can do, go for it. As Craig said, we | :55:12. | :55:16.
have to remember you're all new to gymnastics and you did it with a | :55:17. | :55:22.
smile on wrour face. I -- on your face. Billy and Lucy. Craig lost | :55:23. | :55:30.
himself down memory lane. Seb thought it was so natural. So some | :55:31. | :55:36.
mixed comments. Let's see the scores. | :55:37. | :55:49.
20 out of 40. Well our next celebrity is a pop princess who used | :55:50. | :56:02.
to something kind of ooh, but what about something kind of ouch? I'm | :56:03. | :56:13.
Sarah Harding, I'm better known as the crazy one in Girls Aloud. I | :56:14. | :56:21.
think this will be hisically and mentally demanding, but I would like | :56:22. | :56:30.
to prove can I do this. -- physically. I'm Leon. Leon and I | :56:31. | :56:44.
have arrived. They look high up than they are. I was like, how am I going | :56:45. | :56:49.
to get up. Part of reason I wanted to do this, is I missed performing. | :56:50. | :56:54.
This is another element and it is a scary element. Get me out of it | :56:55. | :57:00.
quick. I think she could do well. If she is can be a bit more confident. | :57:01. | :57:06.
She's quite hard on herself. And doesn't think she can do stuff and | :57:07. | :57:12.
actually she can. I haven't got strength. Yeah, it is terrifying. In | :57:13. | :57:16.
a band, you have four other girls to push you on. I need to be strong in | :57:17. | :57:21.
myself. But what can you do? I quit. I'm done. She has to realise she is | :57:22. | :57:29.
not on her own. She has me as a coach. Don't stress yourself. She | :57:30. | :57:33.
has Leon as a partner. We are in it together. We are here to help her. | :57:34. | :57:39.
Now, what I do I do? She will have to hang from my neck. That is all | :57:40. | :57:45.
about team work and trust. I'm petrified, but not only do I want to | :57:46. | :57:50.
it for myself, I want to do it for my team. | :57:51. | :58:06.
Wow Sarah's focus on teamwork has paid off. She is adding gymnastic | :58:07. | :59:36.
skill to that. Look at the grace and elegance and shape in this Mermaid. | :59:37. | :59:43.
She is in control. The ankle hang, you would never believe she was | :59:44. | :59:48.
upside down a and four metres off the ground. And a double stag hang | :59:49. | :59:57.
from Leon's neck. A great finish. You look ecstatic. Are you? I'm just | :59:58. | :00:02.
glad it's over. I was spinning for so long, before it starts, I know | :00:03. | :00:08.
why you need that bucket! It was very good. So Nadia? At the start, I | :00:09. | :00:16.
thought you struggled. I am not sure if you're not ready. Then you | :00:17. | :00:19.
started to show the difficult skills, which was great. I don't | :00:20. | :00:24.
think you connected them so well. I like a flawless connection between | :00:25. | :00:29.
one skill to the other one. But you can do better. OK mixed. Craig? | :00:30. | :00:39.
You're not going to like this, but I have to disagree with you on that. I | :00:40. | :00:45.
really loved that. It was action packed and great choreography and | :00:46. | :00:49.
chemistry. When you got off at the end, there was a peopling -- beaming | :00:50. | :00:55.
smile. I would like to see that during the routine, not like, this | :00:56. | :00:58.
is killing me. So smile more. But well done. | :00:59. | :01:11.
That cross-ankle hang is difficult, it's scary, it hurts. You went for | :01:12. | :01:15.
it and I think it's the reflection of your hard work and talent. It's | :01:16. | :01:20.
great. I have to agree with all my judges, | :01:21. | :01:26.
there were parts where it was Januaryingly in the transitions. But | :01:27. | :01:34.
it's -- jangly in the transitions. But it's like television and the | :01:35. | :01:38.
transitions were a bit, oh, what am I doing. When you settled in, it was | :01:39. | :01:42.
fantastic. Action packed. Well done. For your first go, brilliant effort. | :01:43. | :01:50.
Leon and Sarah everybody! Craig was brave enough to argue with Nadia, | :01:51. | :01:54.
brave man. Louis and Seb thought it was difficult. The thought it was | :01:55. | :01:59.
impressive. Not all the judges always agree. Natalya looks thrilled | :02:00. | :02:03.
as well. Your scores: OK, so total of 25 out of 40 for | :02:04. | :02:24.
Sarah and Leon. A good score. I think they'll be pleased with that. | :02:25. | :02:31.
So, a bit of Hollywood glamour now. An actress whose soap story lines | :02:32. | :02:37.
included a long triangle and alien abduction. Never a cart wheel on the | :02:38. | :02:47.
telly, mind. I'm Emma Samms and probably people | :02:48. | :02:51.
will know me from Dynasty. Obviously, it was massively | :02:52. | :02:55.
successful. I joined it when it was at its height. I'm representing | :02:56. | :03:03.
women of a certain age. I'm 53, soon to be 546789 I'm not ashamed of | :03:04. | :03:07.
that. In fact, I'm telling people it regularly, so they'll give me a | :03:08. | :03:16.
break! I'm Ivan, I'm a medal-winning GB gymnast. Ivan is great. My coach | :03:17. | :03:24.
Phil is lovely. The start point Emma comes from is zero position, she has | :03:25. | :03:28.
no gymnastics training at all. The whole thing is pretty scary. That's | :03:29. | :03:32.
it, feel. It We're having trouble with standing on the shoulders | :03:33. | :03:34.
because it's dangerous. It is dangerous. If I were in a film, a | :03:35. | :03:40.
stunt person would do that. That's all I need to say. It's really high! | :03:41. | :03:45.
I know. I think they need to push her a bit more. We take that fear | :03:46. | :03:49.
away from her and she will go on to much better and more complicated | :03:50. | :03:54.
things. No, don't, don't. I think we need a little gnatter because I want | :03:55. | :03:59.
to push it to another level and up the antea bit. It depends what the | :04:00. | :04:05.
ante amounts to. I'm open to let's move it on a notch, absolutely. I | :04:06. | :04:12.
think she's now starting to see that she's capable of more than she | :04:13. | :04:17.
thought she would be. It's asking a lot to learn an entirely new | :04:18. | :04:22.
discipline in such a short time. You deserve a pat on your back. I'm | :04:23. | :04:25.
delighted we've improved as much as we have. If we keep improving at | :04:26. | :04:28.
that rate, then maybe, we're not going to make complete fools of | :04:29. | :04:33.
ourselves on live television. Tea break. | :04:34. | :04:46.
CHEERING AND APPLAUSE Well those stunt -- no stunt double | :04:47. | :06:04.
needed there. The audience was with you all the way. Great stuff. And | :06:05. | :06:10.
what an entrance. Even the coat was falling with style. Look at that, | :06:11. | :06:15.
standing on shoulders and then she comes into the blue bird lift and a | :06:16. | :06:20.
supported walkover, this from someone who hasn't done gymnastics. | :06:21. | :06:25.
Back angel Spiral, wrapped it up nicely indeed. I think that was the | :06:26. | :06:31.
best time I've seen you done that, out of all the rehearsals. | :06:32. | :06:34.
Brilliant. Are you happy with it? Yes. Yes. He's very good, isn't he? | :06:35. | :06:40.
He's very strong. You're very good as well. Craig, what did you make | :06:41. | :06:46.
TV? I think -- Make of it? I think you're great. We can't forget it | :06:47. | :06:51.
wasn't very acrobatic. It was dramatic, glamorous, beautiful, just | :06:52. | :06:53.
like you. Well done. | :06:54. | :07:03.
Seb? You're a very classy, beautiful performer and that was really high. | :07:04. | :07:07.
It required a lot of control and balance and it's something new. So | :07:08. | :07:13.
you got everything to do even better, trust yourself. Work harder. | :07:14. | :07:20.
You're going to get amazing tricks. I thought you did a great job. I | :07:21. | :07:24.
think what you did perform it was performed with class and elegance. | :07:25. | :07:27.
You showed great control in the hand stand, one arm, especially when it | :07:28. | :07:31.
starts burning in your shoulders, that's a hard skill. Challenge | :07:32. | :07:34.
yourself in the gym. I think you can do a lot more. Trust Ivan, trust | :07:35. | :07:38.
your coach and come back and knock us away. Joo-Ho if you would have | :07:39. | :07:47.
taken the coat off and go out of the arena, it would have been happy. I | :07:48. | :07:51.
love that you finish everything to the end and you point is better than | :07:52. | :07:54.
mine. Great job. Wow! That's saying something. The | :07:55. | :08:00.
one thing we all want to know, do you get to keep the coat? Yes, I am | :08:01. | :08:05.
hoping. If I say yes, they have to, right? Exact ly. Go back to coach | :08:06. | :08:15.
Phil, Ivan and Emma! Glitz, glamour and ball theic elegance. The judges | :08:16. | :08:59.
thought it was classy and Craig similar pressed with Emma. | :09:00. | :09:01.
She's bounding back across the floor, obviously thrilled with that. | :09:02. | :09:06.
Your scores then: So, it's 21 40. Now, don't know much about boxing, | :09:07. | :09:07.
but I know that it doesn't really involve and elegant fingers, | :09:08. | :09:08.
especially when dangle with an aerial hoop. | :09:09. | :09:13.
I'm Carl Froch, aka the cobra. I'm the WBA and IBF super-middleweight | :09:14. | :09:19.
champion of the world. I've just recently defended those two world | :09:20. | :09:22.
titles successfully at Wembley Stadium, which is the biggest fight | :09:23. | :09:29.
to happen in British boxing history. It was very satisfying. Gymnastics | :09:30. | :09:35.
is something I've always wanted to do. I've just come off the back of a | :09:36. | :09:41.
massive fight and now what I'd usually do is sit house putting | :09:42. | :09:46.
weight on and getting stiff. It's nice to get physically into | :09:47. | :09:56.
something else. I'm Sita and I'm a professional acrobat. Sita, my | :09:57. | :10:06.
coach, Rob, and myself are off to our first training session. I know | :10:07. | :10:13.
the aerial hoop is a ring. But it's no boxing ring. I've got a lot of | :10:14. | :10:17.
restricted movement from being a boxer. I'm stiff in areas. My arms | :10:18. | :10:19.
aren't very good at straightening. There's certain things I can't do. | :10:20. | :10:20.
As flexibility is such a problem for Carl we have given him strength | :10:21. | :10:25.
based moves, the biggest is the back lunge. | :10:26. | :10:30.
Carl has to engage muscles he's never engaged before to do it. If he | :10:31. | :10:34.
pull it's off, it will look amazing. I was worried about Carl when we | :10:35. | :10:39.
first started. Credit to him, he's worked really hard and shown amazing | :10:40. | :10:43.
progress. This has been really physical for me. My body is now | :10:44. | :10:48.
conditioned perform these moves to the best of my ability. So I'm | :10:49. | :10:51.
confident on fight night I will do the business. | :10:52. | :11:05.
Well, it's fight night for Carl and he's left the audience totally | :11:06. | :12:31.
floored. What a performance. Some window cleaner he turned out to be. | :12:32. | :12:35.
There are no gymnastics words to describe this. And look at the | :12:36. | :12:41.
strength in the back planche. Any gymnast would be proud of it. What a | :12:42. | :12:47.
finish. Not for the faint hearted. The leg to leg catch, terrific | :12:48. | :12:55.
stuff. It seems to have got very hot in here, all of a sudden. Anybody | :12:56. | :13:00.
else feeling it? Boiling! Craig, there's... Carl I don't even know | :13:01. | :13:04.
your name any more. There's a towel there for you. Any way, very | :13:05. | :13:11.
impressive. Very good. Seb, now, the back planche, was executed well? | :13:12. | :13:16.
Yeah, come on he opens the routine with that, which is a horizontal | :13:17. | :13:22.
position, arms attached to the hoop and finish with a leg catch. That | :13:23. | :13:25.
tells you the level of the act is just brilliant. Good comments. I | :13:26. | :13:32.
thought it was a little bit rugged, which suited the kind of theme. I | :13:33. | :13:36.
thought that was greet, very lucky there. The back planche was great. | :13:37. | :13:41.
The stiffness in your shoulders helped. To do that in eight weeks is | :13:42. | :13:47.
great. Craig trained all his life and he still can't do it. We won't | :13:48. | :13:52.
have that It's true though. I'm not lying. Work on that flexibility. | :13:53. | :13:56.
Especially if you get to P bars later in the series. Good job. | :13:57. | :14:02.
Nadia? I wanted to do one of those myself. I like that you packed | :14:03. | :14:08.
everything with difficulties. Everything was skill well executed. | :14:09. | :14:10.
If there's something that I would like you to work on it, it's your | :14:11. | :14:15.
legs. If they're bent, you're bent. If they're straight, they're | :14:16. | :14:21.
straight. And Craig, this is your right to reply, can you or not do a | :14:22. | :14:27.
back planche? At least I did six pieces of apparatus Lewis, not just | :14:28. | :14:29.
one. I had better be careful what I say, | :14:30. | :14:40.
otherwise you will knock me out. If you don't go back to boxing, you can | :14:41. | :14:46.
get a job window cleaning for ladies, because that was pretty | :14:47. | :14:52.
impressive. One technical thing, if you learn to point your toes, then | :14:53. | :14:57.
that will be another level. But that was awesome. A great performance, | :14:58. | :15:03.
well done, Carl and Sita. Fascinating blend of macho and | :15:04. | :15:06.
elegance, that is the verdict and Craig and Louis need to sort out | :15:07. | :15:11.
their differences. Nadia, she was impressed. So let's hear your scores | :15:12. | :15:15.
then. Seb. A very good score. 26 out of 40. And | :15:16. | :15:39.
they look thrilled over there. So our final celebrity has done a fair | :15:40. | :15:43.
bit of tumbling in his time. But usually out of the Queen Vic on a | :15:44. | :15:46.
Friday night. I'm John Partridge and people know | :15:47. | :16:01.
me for playing Christian Clarke in Eastenders. I went to the Royal | :16:02. | :16:06.
Ballet School when I was ten. You weren't allowed to do gymnastics, | :16:07. | :16:10.
because we didn't want to hurt yourself. But now I thought, why | :16:11. | :16:17.
don't I hurt myself now? I'm here to meet my pro partner. I hope she gets | :16:18. | :16:28.
to love me! I'm Kat, I'm an elite gymnast and performer. Are you ready | :16:29. | :16:33.
to win? I don't know about that. Very happy with who I have got. I | :16:34. | :16:39.
think he will be the winner. What is next. I don't want to tomorrow, I | :16:40. | :16:45.
want to do everything today. He is a bit too tough on himself. He wants | :16:46. | :16:50.
to do things perfectly straightaway. I can't get it. As a young person, I | :16:51. | :16:59.
had a natural aptitude for dance. I'm clearly not a natural gymnast | :17:00. | :17:04.
and I'm starting to wonder if I ever will be. What worries me is maybe I | :17:05. | :17:10.
can't do it. It is just not clicking with me. It is not going in. It | :17:11. | :17:19.
takes 500 repetitions to learn a skill. I have done 500. We have done | :17:20. | :17:25.
nowhere near that. He must keep positive. I'm waiting for that | :17:26. | :17:30.
click. And I really hope it comes soon! | :17:31. | :17:48.
CHEERING AND APPLAUSE It is not easy closing the show. But that was a | :17:49. | :19:00.
real show-stopping performance. John has driven himself so hard, but the | :19:01. | :19:07.
results are wort it. Look at this. He enjoyed it, look at the way he | :19:08. | :19:16.
stands shows it off. Brilliant. Supporting the Angel and sliding to | :19:17. | :19:24.
splits. At look at this counter balance. Fantastic. Everybody here | :19:25. | :19:30.
loved it. I don't know technically who was great, but your performance | :19:31. | :19:35.
was amazing. What did you make of it Louis? Mr Partridge, somersaults | :19:36. | :19:43.
tick, lifts tick, holds tick, flexibility tick. Unbelievable. | :19:44. | :19:51.
Thank you so much. Nadia. I'm often asked if I see any tall gymnasts, if | :19:52. | :19:57.
there are, I say yes, but they're not good. You proved me wrong! Good | :19:58. | :20:06.
job. Craig. OK, quick, I think you are probably the best performer of | :20:07. | :20:10.
the competition. I'm going to give you a tip. When you go into your | :20:11. | :20:15.
somersault, everybody does this massive jump into it. You don't need | :20:16. | :20:19.
to, little jump, react from the floor and you will nail it every | :20:20. | :20:26.
time. Great job. Thanks Craig. Seb? You said earlier you are waiting for | :20:27. | :20:32.
that click. You say yes, I will give you the click. Click. You have got | :20:33. | :20:36.
it. That is it. You click. You have worked very hard and it was worth | :20:37. | :20:43.
it. Kat and John everyone well done. Even Phil Mitchell would be pleased | :20:44. | :20:47.
with that. Louis thought it was unbelievable and Nadia loved to be | :20:48. | :20:53.
proved wrong. A tall man can do gymnastics. Come on let's hear your | :20:54. | :20:55.
scores. Really? But it is a great score of | :20:56. | :21:25.
27.5. Out of 40. So after all ten performances let's get final | :21:26. | :21:30.
confirmation of the judges' score board. Mitch. What a night we have | :21:31. | :21:34.
had. We have been cleaned window, hung out the washing, tossedburgers | :21:35. | :21:40.
and -- tossed burgers and been on holiday. | :21:41. | :21:54.
There is still next week to come. It is not over yet. Not by a long shot. | :21:55. | :22:03.
So that is what the judges made of tonight's performances. But later | :22:04. | :22:07.
you at home will get the chance to vote for you favourite couple and | :22:08. | :22:13.
crown the Tumble champion. So top of the leader board, John. I want to | :22:14. | :22:19.
thank my partner Kat and my coach Warren, because we are a team and I | :22:20. | :22:24.
couldn't do it without them. All the partners and the coaches have worked | :22:25. | :22:28.
hard, so a round of applause to you all. Over here, oh, Lucy, Emma, | :22:29. | :22:36.
Andrea, at the moment, you're down at the bottom. But things could | :22:37. | :22:40.
change. At the minute you're in danger of facing the vault. So next | :22:41. | :22:46.
week step it up. I think you did brilliantly. You did Emma. You're | :22:47. | :22:50.
right. Earlier I promise you'd that two of the judges would be putting | :22:51. | :22:58.
their money where their mouth is. Craig will be showing us how to | :22:59. | :23:05.
tackle the vault live. Louis, hot off the success of Commonwealth | :23:06. | :23:08.
Games has brought along some friends. So let's meet them. | :23:09. | :23:26.
Very nice. Yet another medal for Louis Smith. Oh, it is hard work | :23:27. | :23:38.
winning all those medals. But what do the boys get up to when the coach | :23:39. | :23:43.
isn't looking. You're about the find out. Please welcome Louis Smith and | :23:44. | :23:50.
his medal-winning friends. Great training guys. See you tomorrow. | :23:51. | :26:16.
CHEERING AND APPLAUSE Louis and the boys. It is no wonder they goat 18 | :26:17. | :26:25.
Commonwealth Games medals between them. Now, next week, at this point | :26:26. | :26:32.
of the show, the two celebrities bottom of the score board will face | :26:33. | :26:36.
each other in the first competitive vault and it is not something | :26:37. | :26:42.
they're queueing up to do. The vault is about facing your fear and | :26:43. | :26:51.
overcoming it. The thing" s I will be looking for are the body | :26:52. | :26:58.
position. The height. And the landing. I want the celebrities to | :26:59. | :27:08.
be brave. I want them to be tough. And I want them to be confident. I | :27:09. | :27:14.
want them to impress me. And I want them to do the perfect vault. That | :27:15. | :27:27.
looks like it is going to hurt and painful. And it's head judge Nadia | :27:28. | :27:34.
who decides who stays, based on the the vault. You're currently bottom | :27:35. | :27:37.
of the leader board. It could change, but you may want to pay | :27:38. | :27:42.
close attention to what happens here now. For one night only, judge Craig | :27:43. | :27:46.
Heap has come out of retirement to show us how the vault is done. Now | :27:47. | :27:55.
he hasn't faced pressure like this since the 2000 Sydney Olympics. So | :27:56. | :28:06.
let's unleash the Heapster. It has been a while since he vaulted in | :28:07. | :28:14.
anger. Craig, please prepare to vault. | :28:15. | :28:33.
CHEERING AND APPLAUSE A lot of determination in the run. A good | :28:34. | :28:45.
push in the hand string. -- hand spring. Clever stuff. But we it not | :28:46. | :28:51.
issed it. Look at this. There is the hand spring. It should finish here. | :28:52. | :28:56.
But Craig, being Craig, has to jam it up. Look at this! You didn't fool | :28:57. | :29:09.
us, Craig. Well, that looked pretty good to us. How was it for you? That | :29:10. | :29:13.
was terrible, but probably that is just dessert for giving such bad | :29:14. | :29:17.
scores tonight. Did you feel the nerves that our contestants would | :29:18. | :29:21.
have felt? Yes, it is so difficult. I felt I was stepping United - | :29:22. | :29:28.
stepping out for the Olympics. It is tough and I do love you guys. Nadia, | :29:29. | :29:36.
what did you make of his vault? For a minute, when you started, I | :29:37. | :29:41.
thought you were going to go to Rio in 2016. It was good, it was a good | :29:42. | :29:47.
push. Actually too much push that made you do that extra thing. I am | :29:48. | :29:52.
not sure what you call it. A Craig something. You put your hands down, | :29:53. | :29:57.
so you have to work more on that. Thank you. Well, that is what two of | :29:58. | :30:03.
your ten celebrities will face live next Saturday. And over the coming | :30:04. | :30:07.
eweeks they will be -- over the coming weeks they will be tackling a | :30:08. | :30:12.
lot more. We only have eight weeks to do this. It is mad. Me and the | :30:13. | :30:20.
trampoline are not friends. That is skilling -- that is killing me. | :30:21. | :30:30.
Rhythmic. The beam is so hard. In it to win it. I did it! So much more | :30:31. | :30:37.
still to come. That is it for tonight. A huge thank you to our | :30:38. | :30:41.
Tumble couples and their coaches. Thanks to our head judge Nadia and | :30:42. | :30:52.
her fellow judges and Mitch. Next week the Queen of British | :30:53. | :31:02.
gymnastics, Beth Tweddle will visit us. See you next Saturday at 6.30. | :31:03. | :31:06.
Good night. And it's about time | :31:07. | :31:27.
that I did something about that. | :31:28. | :31:39. |
